Pros: The idea of being able to work in both a portal as well as export to spreadsheets. Then be able to import the spreadsheets into the portal with updates.

Cons: The portal was very dated. Support was lacking. Nickle and dimed me when I was ready to cancel. Said it required a 30 day notice before our last invoice, thus trying to charge us for an additional unwanted invoice.

Pros: maintains and accurate inventory data across a variety of sales platforms, Amazon, eBay, and others.

Cons: Users have complained about sporadic outages or delayed system responses, which can cause disruption

Pros: •One of the most important features for me. I used to deal with overselling or listing items that were out of stock, but now SkuVault keeps my inventory synced perfectly across my Shopify and Amazon stores. Also, this has reduced picking errors big time. I just scan items and the system tells me if it’s right or wrong. It makes the process faster and kind of fun, honestly. I didn’t expect to use the analytics part much, but the reorder reports have helped me avoid stockouts and plan ahead with confidence. I was nervous about setup, but connecting to ShipStation, Amazon, and Shopify was actually very smooth. They also support many other platforms I’m considering using in the future. Once you're past the learning curve, daily use is intuitive. I love being able to track my orders, inventory, and warehouse processes from one dashboard.

Cons: Let me tell you about the other side of this platform. The dashboard felt overwhelming in the beginning. I had to spend a couple of hours watching tutorials and reading guides before things started making sense. Besides this, while the support team is polite and helpful, I sometimes had to wait longer than expected for responses when I had specific questions during setup.

Pros: I like most about Sku Vault Core is its real-time inventory accuracy — this is the core strength that consistently delivers the most value

Cons: I liked least about Sku Vault Core that it can be hard to learn, unintuitive at times, and prone to small sync issues that can have big operational consequences.

Pros: It is been I have used it number of times and hope to keep on using it as time go on and also love to know how it navigate it

Cons: No issue at the moment and thinking of the customer service , hope there should be improvement at the end of it all

Pros: Some features are daily essential to our business model, such as picking items, inventory management

Cons: Perhaps the interface and layout of how the products and catalog are displayed could be more flexibl

Pros: I like that Skuvault Core allows me to control multiple warehouses, all with different layouts, in one platform.

Cons: I dont like the way that Skuvault Core handles kits, and bundles. I can preassemble bundles to make Quality control easier, but if I sell more bundles than I have kitted it changes how things scan and makes it difficult to keep the pick pack line moving.

Pros: “Finally we have a software that can manage our inventory quick and effectively. Love how easy the integration to Amazon was!!! The training team was extremelly knowledgeable and friendly The few questions I have had since then have been answered quickly. The support has been awesome and I really appreciate that they are located in the US.”

Cons: “You are also unable to resize columns in the catalogs making it difficult to see long strings of text.” “It's almost maddening at times. In comparison, Ecomdash finds my product before I even finish typing; the right product shows up after I type just a few characters.”

Pros: The inventory management that the system provide is most thing I like.

Cons: SkuVault Core provide the capability to solve e-commerce businesses problems and help to take corrective strategic solutions.

Cons: Walmart integration doesn't work, most of the time.

Pros: SkuVault allowed me to manage my online business SO much better by keeping my inventory more up to date as well as where it specifically was.

Cons: The learning curve is pretty high, in my honest opinion. With that being said, I did have one on one's with the SkuVault team and that really helped.

Pros: Easy to use, excellent inventory organization, and helpful customer support.

Cons: Initial setup was complicated, performance can be slow at times, and lacks some advanced features

Pros: SkuVault is a well-designed product with solid coverage of inventory, WMS, and basic purchasing functionality. There's a solid API and a great set of built-in integrations. Their team - from sales to onboarding to support - is extremely knowledgable about their product and how to tie features to real-world applications.

Cons: Parts of the system can be glitchy in minor but frustrating ways. There's not consistent UI across the system so each screen is designed differently and has different quirks and features.

Pros: It allows a lot of excel importing and exporting. We created an extremely efficient system using Excel and SkuVault allows importing and exporting that facilitates our Excel system.

Cons: The system itself is not great. It always has errors during high volume periods of the year, customer service is worse than useless, and the most important parts of a WMS are all mediocre at best. Not the right fit for anyone handling more than a couple hundred orders a day.
