It's one of my favorite tools. The virtual cards, the expense management, the automations make my life easier.
Pros: Spendesk is really easy to set up and use. It also offers great automations, particularly for expense management.
Cons: When reporting an expense, it can take a while to fill in all the fields - I wish the OCR feature would automatically fill them for me.

I really enjoyed using this app; it's simple and user-friendly, and it makes getting reimbursed much easier.
Pros: I like the ease of the app. You can use it on your phone and it is really fast and intuitive. I used to use it for my spend at works.
Cons: Maybe some esthetic on the app. It might be the application's aesthetics. Sometimes, if the company doesn't configure the settings correctly, the aesthetics can be compromised.

My experience with Spendesk is very satisfying. I save time and the mobile app is intuitive and highly practical.
Pros: Very easy to use for uploading receipts, its smart receipt detection and role-based access system are excellent.
Cons: The main drawbacks are credit card payments limits and the lack of native automations to sync receipts from other tools.

Spendesk funktioniert einfach zuverlässig. Gerade bei wiederkehrenden Ausgaben oder spontanen Online-Käufen ist es sehr praktisch. Ich fühle mich damit sicher, weil alles gut nachvollziehbar dokumentiert ist.
Pros: Ich habe schon in mehreren Firmen mit Spendesk gearbeitet und war immer zufrieden. Besonders das Erstellen von virtuellen Kreditkarten für Online-Zahlungen klappt super – schnell, einfach und ohne Probleme. Es gab nie Ausfälle oder technische Schwierigkeiten.
Cons: Mir ist bisher nichts Negatives aufgefallen. Vielleicht könnten ein paar kleinere Funktionen in der Oberfläche noch klarer dargestellt sein – aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Pros: Its easy to setup and easy to use. Approval process is easy and the data is visible in a neat form

Je suis très contente que ma société possède ce logiciel. Nous sommes seul sur nos sites et le fait d'avoir un moyen de paiement à disposition permet vraiment d'être réactif. J'aime le suivi et voir mes dépenses effectuées au fur et à mesure. Je recommande ce logiciel pour les sites où les employés sont en autonomie, l'utilisation est très simple et les manager et équipe financière peuvent suivre toutes les opérations en temps réel.
Pros: Je l'utilise dans le cadre de mon travail où il est nécessaire d'avoir un moyen de paiement à disposition quotidiennement. Je peux donc faire tous les petits achats dont j'ai besoin. Le suivi est simple. Mon manager peut suivre en temps réel mes dépenses et je peux recharger la carte via une demande qui est traité dans les minutes qui suivent.
Cons: J'utilise le logiciel depuis 10 mois et je n'ai eu aucun soucis jusqu'à maintenant, ni de désagrément d'utilisation.

Pros: Es hat lange gut funktioniert und der Service war ok
Cons: Plötzlich wurde das gesamte System umgestellt und man musste durch einen aufwändigen Prozess. Massenhaft Unterlagen und Dokumente vom Mietvertrag bis zur Gesellschafterstruktur wurden angefragt, ein komplizierter Prozess auf der Platform wurde angestoßen. Folgt man dem nicht, wird der Zugang gesperrt und Kunden werden alleingelassen. Kein Verlass mehr auf diese Platform.

Pros: Really easy to use in terms of submitting expenses, good UI - much simpler than some other competitors. Doesn't involve endless steps and you can customise approvers etc.
Cons: I think it'd be good if it did nudge notifications to approvers so you get reimbursed quicker as some people are just terrible at this so it'd be a good feature.

Pros: The platform is super easy to navigate and use. It's intuitive to make a supplier payment request and track its status. Once I've paid, the system sends reminders to upload receipts. I like the fact you can drag + drop files into requests. We use virtual credit cards to for credit card purchases, too. The mobile app is super helpful for the same uses, too.
Cons: If I want to submit an expense claim with several different receipts, I have to upload them one-by-one rather than drag + drop all into one request. The mobile app also does not support multi-receipt expense claims, they have to be individual requests.

Pros: Très grande simplicité à l'usage, la version app permet de demander, gérer et suivre ses remboursement à tout moment.
Cons: Ne pas pouvoir associer plusieurs justificatifs différents pour une seule note de frais. (sauf erreur…)

Basically, is a good tool and gets the main purpose. but when you need more specifications and needs, you need to find other more complete. Then, the report at the end of the month needed to be modified because the import process to Netsuite was very touhg and the final statement very complicated to accomodate to Netsuite.
Pros: The user experience was very correct. you could manage your tool very easy, and modify your accounting settings quickly.
Cons: We were working with EUR and USD but we needed the GBP coverage. The multi currency was not very good covered, and we changed to other product. The reporting was not very good.

C’est un outil que j’aime beaucoup utiliser, sa simplicité et la sécurité des paiements rendent l’outil très compétent. Je ne me vois pas sans l’utiliser et je me demande comment on a pu survivre avant !
Pros: Le paiement en ligne est simple, rapide et très sécurisé, les cartes virtuelles sont crées instantanément et le paiement 3D secure fonctionne parfaitement. La gestion des notes de frais est également très simple et rapide !
Cons: L’outil est très bien pensé, le support client est peut être un peu moins rapide que le reste.

Spendesk helped us get on top of our paperwork and was a stepping stone to a more robust and complete system.
Pros: First introduction to this form of payment software and dramatically reduced the time we spent chasing receipts and reconciling payments.
Cons: Customer service was slow to respond and often unhelpful. Some major vendors did not accept Spendesk cards as payment.

Un logiciel qui facilite la comptabilité comme la vie des collaborateurs et qui rend la gestion des dépenses beaucoup plus simple pour les PMEs.
Pros: La flexibilité offerte. En tant que responsable marketing il m’arrive souvent de devoir utiliser des cartes bleues. Avec spendesk, on soumet la dépense qui est approuvée par le manager et on peut ensuite effectuer les paiements en autonomie.
Cons: Aucun points faibles notes sur le logiciel
