Pros: ease of it and easy job searches for both applicant and Job poster.

Cons: Support is not always good about follow up. Our account support is amazing but our members trying to reach support needs work. They complain often of no replies back to emails or password resets and calling leaves them unresolved as well.

Pros: Easy to work with [sensitive content hidden]. Posting options clear - open to additional suggestions to engage our community.

Cons: Tracking would be helpful - but to date is unavailable. Ability to have additional options for discounts.

Pros: Layout of website was good, setup, and eye appeal.

Cons: The value proposition of the sales team is lacking.

Pros: its personalized approach to career development. The platform uses advanced algorithms and machine learning to create customized career development plans for each user, taking into account their skills, interests, and career goals. This makes it easy for individuals to focus on the areas that are most important to them and to make meaningful progress in their careers

Cons: users have reported that the platform may experience technical issues, such as slow loading times or glitches, which can impact the user experience.The cost of YM Careers can be a barrier for some individuals, particularly those who are just starting their careers or who have limited budgets.

Pros: I love the ease of use and the resources that are provided to help me market. The marketing templates are amazing and save me time.

Pros: The best part of this career center is how specific it is to our field of work. Our members work in K-12 Schools and having a career center that caters to those job postings and job seekers is the best.

Cons: The rollout was a little bumpy and I would suggest this to anyone looking to have a career center, but I would suggest that they ask many questions and make sure you understand the features on the back end and front end before you launch.

Pros: The hands off administration once the job board is set up. The customer service team is timely and helpful!

Cons: The Job Board itself is less customizable than I would like, however, it is very clean and modern in both looks and usability so there is less I am seeking to customize than previous boards.

Cons: Profile page for each user, with information about company or resume poster. Basically a social media page within YM Careers that once signed into the community, you can engage with employers or employees.

Pros: Ease of use for people seeking or posting jobs.

Cons: This is a non applicable item, we would have stopped using a bad service.

Pros: YM Careers allows us to provide a job board for our members with manageable administrative input. Members can post and search job opportunities to maximize their careers. We can easily access a data dashboard that shows how our members are using the service.

Cons: I cannot think of anything that doesn't make this tool easy.

Pros: YM Careers is easy to use. We get a good assortment of people that use our job career page to post jobs and look for jobs. They all seem to be quite pleased with the platform.

Cons: There aren't any features that we don't like.

Pros: The product is relatively easy to use and to implement for an association.

Cons: I wish it was more refined like other products where the postings looked like a profile vs. text.

Pros: We love that YM Careers has salesperson working on our behalf. They follow-up on leads we send them and make the sale! We also love the marketing emails that go out every month!

Cons: Some of our hiring sites have had difficultly setting up their job postings and paying VIA credit card. That is disappointing.

Pros: Easy to use and integrate with our current site.

Cons: Formatting for Job Posts is very elementary.

Pros: Low maintenance for us as the organization, and very profitable.

Cons: Not enough communication when we ask why revenue is high or low. No analysis of trends, across venues, etc.

Pros: The job boards are easy to operate from the admin & user side. Set up was very easy & the YM team made the selection & integration process as simple as possible.

Cons: The biggest issue I have with the way I use the software is that when I try to create a new employer i am unable to do so if they have an existing YM account through another job board, i have to contact customer support to do it manually. I feel we should be able to search any email & if it comes back that the email exists within the system as an employer user account, then we should be able to maybe push an email to that person who can click a link authorizing our access to their account to post a job on their behalf / associating them with our job board.

Pros: Overall pretty easy to use and some good features on the site.

Cons: I think it would be helpful to let you know where you can get some training or videos on the site.

Pros: We have used a YM Careers Jobs Board for almost 20 years. Our customers report it's easy to post their jobs, and the jobs are displayed in a clean, modern fashion.

Cons: I do not feel there are any missing features.

Pros: The software seems to work well. I'm confident that should we build up the number of employers and job seekers in the database, it will function well.

Cons: I selected the YM Job Board because the company said its sales and marketing efforts would support our job board. The salesperson told me I could expect YM to perform approximately 400 sales activities a month. Three months in they have not generated a sale or even, as far as I can tell, an employer to sign up for the system. Today I learned that a salesperson did not respond to an email from someone looking to place a job post. My numerous requests to address this and to receive periodic reports on their sales activity have gone nowhere.

Pros: the ease of administering it; how YM did/does all of the heavy lifting

Cons: very minor: the limited customizability of the employer login page

Pros: The site is easy to navigate and support is available when needed.

Cons: I don't have any cons at this time, but if I think of any I'll reach out.

Pros: We find the Job Board to have enough support and tutorials on how to better use the software, and also enjoy the ability to add customizations to it

Cons: Only a main administrator receives emails and updates, and we would like for the whole team to have access to that feature.
