Floranext

Pros: I wish I would have used floranext years ago. Instead of loosing so much money with other website providers that took a large percentage from each order I received ! With floranext , you know what you are being charged and there’s no hidden fees . I highly recommend this company !

Cons: I have no complaints . There was really no issues that I can complain about .

Pros: What I liked the most about Floranext is that they made my transition as a new owner very easy. The website was already designed, and the pricing was already in place. They took their time to show me the website's ins and outs and were always available to me when I could not figure something out.

Cons: I have noticed that I can make partial payments, which would be really handy for weddings and big funeral orders.

Pros: Quick learning curve. If you've used other ecommerce software, this should be no problem. Easy upload of pictures, holiday pricing ability, all really good.

Cons: The price of course haha. But honestly, if you're the average busy shop, the 180/month for the package is well worth it in saved time alone.

Pros: It handles just about all of my needs and we are very happy with it.

Cons: One of the biggest issues for us is the duplicate customer problem and that we can't consolidate without floranext's help. I wish we could see a full list in alphabetical order so we could tackle the enormous amount letter by letter.

Pros: Easy to write, produce different proposals. Florals are loaded for you minus you entering in cost. Completely effective for a small business owner.

Cons: Would love to be able to copy pictures from websites vs. saving them on my computer.

Pros: The fact that they do most of the things for you. And above all they really put your name out there.

Cons: Customer service could be improved for when you need immediate assistance but can’t complain. I

Pros: The ease of using the platform and introducing it to new employees, it integrates well with Quickbooks, and the proposal section is alos very easy to work with and spits out a worksheet, a menu card and what needs to be ordered.

Cons: The only problem I really had was connecting to Stripe, I ordered the wrong equipment by mistale and it took forever to fix it.

Pros: Floranext provides a user friendly POS that allows upper management to train with ease. The POS is designed to correct you when fields are missing and is easy to follow. In a world built around online ordering, the website allows you to manage it yourself giving you flexibility to add or change any products or inventory at anytime of the day. Clients rave of the ease of navigating the website. The Proposals for wedding and events is amazing to give details to your clients so there is no room for error. Having the built in payment link is also a time saver for both the client and business.

Cons: After the new update there are a few changes that are being addressed by Floranext such as stock pictures to be removed, cut and paste in the website descriptions. Having said that, the Floranext team continues to work on this.

Pros: Product is easy to user friendly, but customer service is amazing! Very quick response and issue is always resolved.

Cons: Wish in addition to offering a website, an app could be offered.

Pros: They understand the needs of a florist.

Cons: Their website is user friendly and their customer service is superb.

Pros: If there’s one thing I really love, it’s the wedding proposal section. It’s literally my favorite part of the whole software. The proposals come out so clean and professional. The whole interface is so user-friendly, I don’t even think it takes a whole onboarding session to understand it. If you play around with it, you’ll discover a lot at your fingertips. You will be happy with this if you’re a florist.

Cons: There isn’t much freedom to have the website done to your own standards or do any back-end coding, and that is my only criticism. They have their own templates, and I truly wish one day Floranext gives us the option to seek website design services outside of them. I’m normally not into cookie-cutter looking websites, and even though I still get that vibe from our site, I hope they somehow implement that feature for florists in the future. Also, the email campaign I had started I was having problems with for the back end, in which I had requested help a lot for, but wasn’t getting the help I needed on a timely manner. Thankfully, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] helped me but it was over a month later.

Pros: What I like most about Floranext software is that all the things that come up are usually fixed with floanext whether it be saved in a draft from an order to go back the examples are endless.

Cons: I can't think of too much that I don't like about the software.

Pros: Very easy to set up, very easy to use. Cloud based makes it super easy and flexible for working from anywhere.

Cons: Staff could know their product a tad better.

Pros: We had a website from another company for years that was more expensive than Floranext and less user friendly. I love that our Floranext site can be customized by us and it stays that way until I change it, software updates etc., do not mess up hours of work like we used to have to deal with. If we ever have a problem customer service is awesome and always gets things taken care of very quickly.

Cons: The one tiny drawback is that customers cannot select a pick up time for their orders.

Pros: I have used other Florist software and can say that I love how easy Floranext is to use. The software guides you through the process of taking an order, pretty much click, type and print. Floranext also helps me with our website and it is very user friendly and easy to upload our own pictures to our website. You can also route your deliveries from the software! Bonus!

Cons: I do wish you could see the routes after they were delivered and be able to print a map of the route. Not just the list of the route.

Pros: Easy to use and lots of features just for florist shops. Integrates with QuickBooks to save time.

Cons: Stock photos are kinda dated and weren’t go my taste

Pros: Our shop has been using Floranext products since 2013 and would never consider changing. We get compliments all the time on our website because it is so different from all the other cookie cutter sites. Our clients mention how easy our site is to navigate and are happy that they are able to place their order online with no hassles. As an admin on the site I like how easy it is to make changes when necessary. The Banners given are beautiful and we can keep our customers updated on the tag line provided at the top of the front page. This especially came in handy when we expanded our business and through the COVID issues.

Cons: I can't think of one feature that I don't like with this software.

Pros: Floranext customer service is great. Anytime I had a question about the website [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] or another team member responded quickly with guiding me through every step. When I wanted to add wedding packages and other special events all I did was tell my floranext rep and he did all the work .The website is easy to use.

Cons: What I like least is that I had not heard of it sooner

Pros: This software is very easy to use! We enjoy using Floranext because it is streamlined and simple and allows us to create our own website that is connected.

Cons: I have not experienced anything negative with this software yet.

Pros: Floranext is super easy to use to build on and navigate through. It's affordable and the staff is quick to get back to you if you have an issue.

Cons: I want to add tip line for our delivery drivers to get tips in advance from the sender, but right now Floranext is not able to add that feature to our website checkout page.

Pros: Floranext Proposals really helps our day to day work. The system is very user friendly and convenient. Customer service is excellent.

Cons: everytime we come across something we think would help us i just call, discuss and we're able to find a solution to make things that much better.

Pros: I love how user friendly the software is. Everything from managing my POS to making changes to the website can all be done quickly and easily. Taking and receiving online orders is a breeze! I also absolutely LOVE that they've added Google review integration with delivery confirmations. In just 2.5 weeks we've gotten 7 new reviews... such an impact for my growing small business.

Cons: I wish there was more customization available for the website. The templates available don't allow me to create the website I want very well - or maybe I just don't know how to do it? There wasn't a lot of training in the way of website creation and so it's been a lot of learning as I go.

Pros: This website POS system saves my day I’m telling you! Forget doing old school paperwork, and having a ton of paperwork sitting in boxes for 10 years!! This has been a complete lifesaver and came changer for me and my business! Love love love!

Cons: I wish there was more banners to choose from.
