They have a good support team and they host zoom calls with tips. They are always trying to enhance the technology.
Pros: They provide me a professional looking website that I can modify myself. I like the layout of the website.
Cons: I don't have anything negative to say. They are easy to work with. Their reports could use a little work.

I have experienced a very helpful them that promotes the florist to reveal their creative talent, choose their prices and paid accordingly, There are no fees applied. They offer programs that benefit the florist in so many ways.
Pros: BloomNation contacted me to become a member of their team. I was hesitant because of experiences with some other wire services. They stated they were different because their interest was to promote the florist and be of service to us. This has been very true.
Cons: The only thing that I have disliked is their POS system. It is a little complicated. However, they are very helpful, committed and patient to help in any way to be of service.

Overall our experience has been so helpful and has really helped to improve our business. We switched our business from a competitor right before Covid hit and it has helped keep our business afloat during some rough times.
Pros: Great value for very little investment doesn't require any special equipment to get going fast. Their customer support is always very helpful and very responsive to phone calls and email. Payment processing is fantastic and above what we had with our other floral provider.
Cons: No cons for our business. They have only been very helpful with guiding our business. They have continued to make improvements to their business which in turn gives us much more control over customizing our website and point of sale business.

What I really appreciate about BloomNation is the personal rep and straightforward web management that we handle ourselves. It allows you to be authentic with your shop, and the freedom to set prices and add your own designs is what has kept me loyal to BloomNation rather than switching to another wire service.
Pros: My overall experience with BloomNation as a store owner has been excellent. I value the support options, whether by phone or through the FAQ that includes helpful videos you can access immediately.
Cons: I honestly haven't had any bad cons on this platform. I just wish more people could see your platform.

I have been with Bloom Nation from the very beginning and having a software program that is seamless and easy to run has been a positive in my business
Pros: This platform in constantly updating and offering new features which makes the day to day processes of running a florist easier.
Cons: As with any programs there are fees-some of the cc processing fees are higher and every once in a while the payouts screens are off by a penny or two.

BloomNation truly changed my flower business!I’ve been using their platform for a long time, and it’s honestly the best thing that could have happened to me as a florist! The experience has been incredible ,the system is simple, intuitive, and created with real florists in mind. Their support team is like my second family , always kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. I feel their support every single day, and I’m endlessly grateful. Our success is truly their success! They built a beautiful website for me, and my clients always mention how smooth and easy the ordering process is. BloomNation gives me amazing tools to grow, manage orders, and communicate with customers.I highly recommend BloomNation to every florist looking for a reliable, supportive, and powerful platform. I’m so grateful, I truly love them and wish them only continued success!
Pros: I love how BloomNation truly supports florists , the platform is easy to use, the team is caring, and their tools help my business grow every day!
Cons: Honestly, nothing at all ! I’ve always had great experiences with BloomNation and never had any issues

After 6 months I feel I made a horrible decision to move my POS and Website to BloomNation. While the system is great. There is absolutely no customer service. I purchased an add-on to my website that was never built and I have been trying to get a refund for that product ($50) since Feb and it is now May.
Pros: We love how easy the POS system and website backsides are to use. The clear and straight forward pricing.
Cons: ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service on the plant it once they sign you up. They take weeks to fix anything.

Wonderful! Love the team, amount of support, the new features and that ability to work and grow with Bloomnation.
Pros: EVERYTHING! This is truly a site for florist AND our clients. Wire services have destroyed the trust between florist and clients, Bloomnation had helped repair the trust by adding tools, like Bloomsnap, to show our clients what we can do with a full value. They help with marketing, offer a full POS system, invoicing, delivery tracking and more! We have noticed as they keep growing and improving the site, we grow too!
Cons: the bugs! I know it's a work in progress... we will get there. and I would love to see the auto disable for our catalog once our arrangements have sold. Maybe a counter that will count down and once the last arrangement sell its auto disabled.

I feel like I have a personal IT tech company, a personal customer service representatvie when I have issues, and a personal bookkeeper with all thier software. I love it all!
Pros: Since becoming a Bloomnation florists in 2013, we have increased our sales and manage to stay ahead of the competition every year after that and I think It is because of the control I have over the website retail contents and my photo upload to easily and constantly update products for each season.
Cons: Although change is good I am a person who likes to keep things the way they are, specially if it is not broken. However Bloomnation is always making thier software better with many improvements and each time I want to complain about it, however once I get used to the new system, it always works out for the best.

I love our website. We get many compliments on the layout, on the look, and on the ease of use. Social media and reputation is managed in one place. They are always looking to improve, and listen when you have an issue. Putting pictures up and taking them down is simple and quick. Even the customers who like to call their orders in, look at it for ideas.
Pros: The ease of use. You can put an arrangement on and take it out with ease.
Cons: There isn't much-- would like to see some different drop down menus, but that really isn't a reason to dislike.

Wonderful! Sales exploded when we moved over!!
Pros: I love the team, especially our Service reps. I also like their integrity and values. Finally, to get started, I like the model of a % off sales, rather than upfront costs.
Cons: Seems like they are understaffed at this point and service times can be delayed at times. Also, not having full control of our credit card processing.

We have multiple shops using BloomNation for 3 + years now. Upon introduction of their new dashboard all Hell broke loose. I still can't access my data for 2 of my 3 shops as they insist that the ownership was never transferred correctly. They don't listen. I have given them ALL of the information they have requested and then they call the shop and ask for one of my employees. Or they try calling and asking for the old owner. This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating. I can't even get them to cancel my partnership at this point.
Pros: Nothing actually. It was relatively easy to use for the basics.
Cons: Anything beyond basic was too much for their inadequate customer service and "support team". They don't answer the phones. You leave a message or send an email and they will eventually get back to you. Typically 12+hours later. Issues never resolved. The latest experience was enough for me to cancel my partnership with them. I'm done.

Pros: The website design and back end interface is easy to use
Cons: No one helps you, you can’t make any changes on your own to design, customer service can’t ever help you and everything is a ticket which never gets back to you You can’t stop taking orders without closing your entire business down

My overall experience with this eCommerce platform has been quite positive, with some challenges and areas for improvement. The highlight has been the increased visibility my business has gained since I started using it. There has definitely been an increase in customer attention and interest towards my page, which has been crucial for the growth of my sales.
Pros: Since I started using this eCommerce platform, I have noticed a significant increase in my page visibility, which has been a really positive change. I feel more connected to my clients and see growth in my business.
Cons: What I liked least about this e-commerce platform is the actual cost, which turned out to be higher than what was initially indicated to me. The 10% commission that was initially mentioned appeared to increase over time, creating some uncertainty and discontent regarding the clarity of the pricing structure.

I was so happy to join Bloomnation and the onboarding process was so smooth. They do not give you all the information up front. My partnership with them barely showed up on my radar and they want to charge $200 a month for a basic website. I called and cancelled my subscription but was told I could still keep my website and just use them to do my CC processing. That was not true at all. They are keeping my money that I worked hard for to pay for the remainder of my contract....Its time that you train everyone in every department to know their job and to communicate with the client.
Pros: Nothing. They were convincing to get you to sign up.
Cons: Lack of up front knowledge. I had to figure everything out by myself when I noticed things weren't working.

Originally we were raving about BN and very happy about the design, the platform and the cost. But over last 2 years, it is clear the focus on florist is not there anymore (I even think they now outsourced their support), POS was not updated despite clear issues. So it is a bit frozen in time. Great product compared to FTD and the other bloodsucking dinosaurs. But I am wondering whether there is not another platform designed by florists for florists that will steal the show, we are actively looking to change.
Pros: We loved the pricing schedule, the website design and the ability to manage catalog ourselves. We loved the tech team at the beginning as they were very responsive and agile. ZIP-based delivery charges
Cons: The lack of customization is getting more and more of an issue. The POSand reporting have not been upgraded in 2 years and we fear they will be frozen as is despite all the flaws. No customizable holiday pricing (flat increase/decrease across the board for period of time), no customizable catalog based on dates, it is in or out. Marketing seems to be mostly in LA/SFO and NY area. All customers from BN were based in these cities (we are Houston-based).

I know that my page is getting noticed more with bloomnation which is a huge plus!
Pros: I like that I'm not forced to pay a monthly fee. I was told over the phone that there would only be a 10% commission but it does seem higher than that. I like the look and feel of the website and that there is a florist to florist wire out available.
Cons: The price was higher than promised. I would like a little more control of the website design. The catalog is very slow in uploading new products at times.

We love it! It was been a great asset to our team.
Pros: Relatively simple to get up and running, it provided us with a way to sell online which we didn't have before.
Cons: Some of the photos provided seemed a little dated, so to get started it was frustrating until we were able to provide our own.

We are situated in an aging community. I am using my Bloom Nation website as a catalog for funeral and Celebration of Life services. The site is offered for browsing when clients call regarding particular funerals. We also have a private room set up specifically for families to spend time making special decisions on floral selections, when planning there funeral. We feature a large screen monitor with the website showing our own design ideas for there perusal. This is extremely helpful, and when set up carefully, it is a very easy selling tool.
Pros: $77
Cons: Customer service is a bit slow on making changes if I need support. However, this really isn't a software issue. Also, should your community only have one zip code, such as mine, the software does not allow a way to up-charge on farther away and rural route destinations, for delivery fees.

I appreciate the young mind-set of Bloomnation. I have excellent response from almost everyone I have interacted with there. It is an easy website to manage and any one of our team members can make changes easily. We have seen such tremendous growth in our online business and our relationship with Bloomnation has been the major driver in this increase.
Pros: We switched to a Bloomnation website a few years ago. It was a risk but I was looking for something different. The entire process was simple. We had photographs taken of about 40 custom designs and as soon as our website went live we saw an increase in sales. Our Bloomnation site helps us stand out from the crowd. The support is really professional, quick, responsive. When we ask for something on our site there is a 24 hour turn around on our requests. Editing product is simple. We add custom designs every week and are able to switch products up easily. We switched to Bloomnation and our sales took off!
Cons: I would like to be able to edit my header on my site. I wish we could add seperate cut off times for different days of the week - we close early Saturday so I set my cutoff time at 1pm for the entire week but I would be able to add an additional hour if I had the option for different times for different days There isn't a way to separate designs you will never activate again because of product or style so they clutter up your disabled design area. There should be a place you can move these designs to to keep your disabled designs less cluttered. I was underwhelmed with the AdWord service and was really disappointed that I did not have direct access to the AdWord account to see exactly what was happening

Satisfied
Pros: Customer marketing and information saved is helpful
Cons: Being able to edit delivery information to a time later
Heather G. · Owner · Design · August 24, 2018
I have had a basically positive experience. We have hit a few road blocks because of updates they are doing to all the clients on the site so they don't have the designers time to do specific changes to my site that I want done. I am assured they will be done in due time. I know the changes I want can be done because I have seen it on other sites. I am happy to be patient.
Pros: Very helpful support staff .
Cons: Can't make many changes quickly.

I recommend BloomNation to every florist I speak with. I love that they take only 10% (no other fees whatsoever) and that 10% INCLUDES all the CC fees. Customer service is amazing and fast, and payments are deposited within days. BloomNation is amazing!

my experience with Bloomnation, was a lot more than i expected. I originally had 1800.... as a management for my website and after a horrible falling out we had find a new company fast to build and host our website. After researching high and low i had stumbled upon Capterra.com and looking at all the options i knocked out all the wire services listed and made a couple of calls to the other options. Bloomnation was quick to not only help get my website built and live, but had given me the tools to insert my own product, charge cards, add customer information for marketing and so much more! I would recommend to anyone who is tired of that "same ol" wire service "bait, hook and fry" loophole. Not too many cons other that the shift in credit card processors did take a tad long but other than that im content and impressed at how much my online sales have flourished since switching to bloomnation
