All features is available on the main dashboard, make it easy to use and navigate between all different tools and expedite the work.

Cons: Some lagging issues during peak hours is the things that need to be improved. It is quite annoying when the system frozen and need to restart my hardware for it to working properly again.

Pros: It has a very simplified system making it very user friendly to make use of.They also have a very helpful and reliable support team that is always ready to find solutions to user's problems.

Cons: I cannot complain about this tool since it meets my expectations as a daily user
