La verdad es que HubSpot Marketing Hub me ha dejado un súper buen sabor de boca. Como creadora de contenido y freelancer, me la paso haciendo malabares, y esta herramienta me ha salvado la vida para tener en orden las campañas, los contactos y los correos con los clientes sin volverme loca. Poder manejar todo lo de marketing desde una sola pantalla te hace el día a día mucho más fácil. Y ni hablar de las automatizaciones y las métricas; literalmente te quitan de encima un montón de trabajo manual aburrido y te ayudan a sacarle el máximo provecho a cada proyecto.
Pros: Lo que más me salva la vida de HubSpot Marketing Hub es tener todo en un solo lugar. Eso de no tener que saltar de una app a otra para armar campañas en automático, darle seguimiento a los leads o cuadrar los proyectos con mis clientes es un alivio tremendo. Aparte, la plataforma es súper limpia y fácil de entender, así que al final del día sacas el trabajo mucho más rápido y sin estresarte con mil herramientas.
Cons: Siento que todavía tienen margen de mejora para que algunas cosas no sean tan rebuscadas. Sobre todo a la hora de armar automatizaciones así la curva de aprendizaje no se haría tan cuesta arriba.

Pros: Compared to other e-mail marketing platforms we tried, everyone agrees that HubSpot is the most complete. We used to use the CRM and using the entire platform was easy.

I use it to keep track of networking opportunities, contact details, important information about people I know, and tasks to keep me on track. I also use it to keep track of activity over time.
Pros: It feels modern and is easily integrated into my daily schedule using the app and APIs that can build it into tools like Outlook.
Cons: It takes a little bit of learning, but that is to be expected with any new software. The learning curve was less than I've experieced with some similar projects.

I do a lot of outbound efforts in my role. I like how HubSpot integrates really well with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn SalesNav.
Pros: I like HubSpot's user-friendly interface. I like being able to easily track all my daily tasks to complete. In my role I am able to easily ensure proper CRM hygiene of my prospects and use HubSpot's AI tools for email writing and discovery call notes.
Cons: There is a specific limit on how many contacts you can export into HubSpot and when you go over that limit the price tiers can get expensive.

If you have a budget for expanding your business, then HubSpot is a great tool. Enabled me to structure my marketing life much better than with five different low-cost instruments.
Pros: My favorite part is all of this is packaged in a single tool! I can manage my email campaign(s), social media posts and landing pages without having to switch between websites. My favorite part of that is the automation, it saves me a ton of time.
Cons: I find the one thing I can't stand is the price. Once you begin the addition of more contacts into the list, then the bill quickly skyrockets. Keep up with the expense is difficult for small businesses.

Aktuell nutzen wir den HubSpot Marketing Hub hauptsächlich für das Tracking auf der Website und für Formulare.
Pros: Ein super mächtiges Tool. Man kann damit wirklich alles automatisieren und es HubSpot kann super in die Website integriert werden. Es arbeitet sehr integriert mit dem HubSpot CRM.
Cons: Es ist sehr schnell sehr teuer. An manchen Stellen ist es doch nicht so gut integriert, wie man es erwarten würde. Auswertungen sind zum Beispiel teilweise nicht übergreifend möglich, oder zumindest nicht so einfach.

My overall experience is therefore positive, but the positivity is getting contained, when I want to explore more and is met by further constraints within HubSpot.
Pros: I like how I can easily make a dashboard, that shows all leads that came from our marketing efforts, and that it contains a lot of information on those leads.
Cons: There are a lot of great functions, but they are hidden behind a paywall, and that paywall seems a bit too much. E.g. you can only create a certain amount of audience lists dependent on your package deal. But that audience list also can only contain what they call marketing contacts, which dependent on your package deal you only have a certain amount of, unless you buy more.

Overall it was positive once you've commited enough time to learning the full ins and outs of Hubspot.
Pros: A great all in one platform for email management, lead tracking and fully realised CRM system. Its so useful having everything in one place
Cons: The learning curve for getting the most of out the platform is very steep, you will spend alot of time looking up stuff and researching

Overall, it has become more useful over time. It helps structure marketing processes better and saves time on day to day execution. While there is still a learning curve, once set up properly it makes managing campaigns much more efficient.
Pros: It brings marketing activities into one place, which makes campaign management more organized. The automation workflows and email tools help reduce repetitive work and the integrations make it easier to connect with other tools. Over time, the reporting and analytics have been useful for tracking performance and improving campaigns.
Cons: Initial setup and understanding of workflows can still take some time, especially for new users. Pricing can also become a concern as you start using more advanced features or scale usage.

Overall it’s good, but the new adjustments makes it dificult to be able to be a full admin without needed to have specific permissions for example sales professional, when I am and admin setting up workflows for sales and marketing.
Pros: The workflows for sending emails based on different triggers and being able to see several campaign results in on dashboard.
Cons: Hubspot has becomes more expensive, and keep getting stumbled with needing to purchase new users or upgrades.

Pros: Covers a lot of different functions at the same time. The contact and company management sections are comprehensive and exporting is easy, gives a lot of different options, with a lot of data available.
Cons: Property management can be a bit tricky and can get easily out of hand. Email formatting option feels limited and out of date.

I'm a huge fan. It's so powerful and easy to use. Way faster learning curve to become an expert in HubSpot vs Salesforce.
Pros: Constantly innovating and improving. Plenty of resources between customer service, knowledge base, user groups and consultants. User-friendly, powerful, intuitive and with plenty of apps/integrations and flexibility so you can achieve anything you need.
Cons: not a con of marketing hub itself, but unfortunately so many companies are still stuck with their Salesforce CRM and integrating with HubSpot Marketing Hub instead of getting enterprise HubSpot. Get enterprise, it's so much cleaner and usable than Salesforce!

Really impressed with the set up and customer support, however for a smaller business who needs to dip into different features the pricing just gets too expensive.
Pros: The customer support was good. There are a lot of integrated features which can make using it a kind of one stop shop for the user if you can switch everything over.
Cons: For what we needed it was too advanced and too expensive to justify using all the features. We found it cheaper to use different companies for the different areas than all the features at Hubspot.

Overall Hubspot it is a solid product however the quality of the support needs improvement as it was the reason we downgrade the services
Pros: Are the capabilities for the emails and the sms that are very intuitive and very easy to deploy for our campaigns and the reporting it is full of good insights
Cons: The support, we were facing a deliverability issue and when contacting we were send to review the knowledge base instead of providing an actual support

Pros: Very user friendly. Great Automations. Amazing integrations with thrid-party tools. You can get as creative as needed!
Cons: There is nothing I mainly dislike. They are always improving the product and few updates happen on a weekly if not daily basis.

Cons: It’s a very capable system but I don’t find it overly intuitive and easy to navigate. The amount of time I have spent searching for things creates a slightly negative experience.

As a senior consultant with certification, hubspot is the best CRM for entry level but also for bigger scale companies. Easily accessible and consistent , and possible to go beyond your expectations.
Pros: -the free Marketing Hub services without payment option -Unmatched "Time-to-Value" and UX Consistency with powerful data contact management for list creation, audience -interface is consistent across Email, Social, and Workflows -The Workflows feature is very intuitive, powerful to handle complex logic -Email management easy to manage and setup
Cons: -While the entry point is accessible for small business, the pricing jumps significantly for big scale integrations -Compared to Salesforce, HubSpot’s sandbox management is too simplified for deployment test

Great experience. The email, forms and campaigns are the sections that I use the most and as a brand manager they make my work very easy.
Pros: I use HubSpot marketing to send mass email to my subscribers. What I like the most about it is that it's easy to use and that I can clone previous templates to create a new one very fast.
Cons: I recommend HubSpot to my clients and I know that for small businesses the plans can be a bit out of their budgets.
