Pros: What I liked most about Flowtrac is its ability to simplify inventory and asset management through real-time tracking.

Cons: At times, the system can feel a bit complex when setting up advanced features, and it may take some time to fully learn all the functions. The pricing might also be a bit high for smaller businesses, and occasional syncing delays can happen when handling large data sets.

Pros: It can be customized to fit the individual needs of the company. It's also cloud-based so it can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection.

Cons: It's a lot to it and therefore a lot to learn initially. Also, items cannot be deleted once entered.

Pros: What I liked most about Flowtrac is its easy-to-use inventory tracking system that gives real-time visibility and control.

Cons: What I liked least about Flowtrac is that the interface can feel a bit outdated and takes time to get used to.

Cons: a interface do usuário pode parecer um pouco densa ou sobrecarregada, principalmente para equipes que não estão tão acostumadas a lidar com sistemas mais robustos. A visualização e a navegação no software podem não ser tão intuitivas quanto gostaríamos, o que pode gerar um desconforto no início.

Pros: Great for inventory management and designing barcodes for products . And scaning products to sell and ship out.

Cons: It don't cover purchase requisition and sourcing. It just a software that's only for scanning products and inventory management

Pros: I have definitely enjoyed implementing Flowtrac into our workflow. It has been so convenient having the barcodes. It makes everything so much more seamless!

Cons: There have been no cons with using Flowtrac. The only comments we have heard are that sometimes there is trouble with scanning the barcode but it is such a simple fix that it is not a problem.

Pros: They're budget friendly which make them more accessible to many people and offer a user-friendly interface with a wide range of features

Cons: Not a lot of customization features, the customer service is kind of hit or miss and there's a lot of add-ons that make it get expensive

Pros: I loved ease of use and installation. It is pretty simple for fast install. Drop downs for alot of variety.

Cons: It can be a bit slow sometimes and needs some added drop downs on inventory and ordering. Errors pop up quite abit.

Pros: The Dashboard. Having the ability to see the products, where they live, and the activity of the items is amazing. So is having the ability to use a scangun, tablet or phone to be able to log items is awesome.

Cons: There are a lot of screens that you will need to go through in order to be able to see the activity and the product history.

Pros: The best thing about Flowtrac for me was the fact that it was cloud based. It made managing the data easier.

Cons: The visualization summaries were not the best to look at, it was hard to make inferences.

Pros: What stood out most about Flowtrac was its high level of customization. The system allows users to tailor features to fit specific business needs, which is especially useful for companies with unique inventory or workflow requirements. The user interface is also clean and relatively easy to navigate once you get used to it. Additionally, their customer support team is responsive and willing to walk you through issues in a timely and detailed manner.

Cons: The biggest drawback was the initial learning curve. While the system is powerful, setting it up and understanding all its functions can be overwhelming without proper guidance. There were also moments when updates or changes required additional training or troubleshooting, which slowed down our workflow. More comprehensive onboarding resources or tutorials would be a helpful improvement.

Pros: provides me with a way to track clothing inventory for our goods department

Cons: A little more complicated for the smaller businesses. Maybe more basic packages.

Pros: The most i like it about this program is i can track the performance of our sales agents, how many call they get per hour, how many sales they close. Everything really accurate, it's amazing.

Cons: I haven't found any mayor issue yet, but i wish i could track the statistics individually in real time, so i could provide any feedback to my agents in the moment.

Pros: Speed of the software. No glitches and easy to use.

Cons: Signing in sometimes can be a hassle and it will be nice to get this fixed.

Cons: There is nothing I dislike, I love every part of it.

Cons: Though the customization is easy to get done but it’s expensive too.

Pros: Flowtrac has been an incredible system for not only managing our inventory but also having visibility to our product every step of the way. We have access to data by sku, location, customer, date, associate, or really any parameter we may need. We have been able to fully customize this platform to become a tool that fits our individual needs due to the nature of our unique industry. Having the ability to make changes or add features fairly easy to improve our process has helped us scare our operation not only in size but also efficiency year after year. Everyone who has visited our facility gives praise to our organization and capabilities and that is in large part thanks to Flowtrac being a great tool for our business.

Cons: Since we utilize a highly customized version, we do not all capabilities visible or turned on. There may be a feature we could use that is available but we do not know until we request it, so at times it feels like we could be missing out on features due to our needs.

Pros: The ease of use and format layout. Very similar to an excel spreadsheet

Cons: Undetermined at this time as we have only just begun implementation

Pros: Flowtrac is very customizable and unique. Users have the ability to learn the software themselves or request training support. Either way, the software delivers what it promises to fit business needs.

Cons: Flowtrac offers a wide selection of customizable features for its users; however, the more customizable features an organization requires, the higher the costs. As a result, there should be an in-depth analysis on what a company needs to limit unnecessary costs while maintaining maximum efficiency.

Pros: We have really appreciated the straight forwardness of navigating both the browser and mobile site. The integration from our previous inventory management was made easier due to extremely knowledgeable employees and being readily available via zoom calls or emails. Our favorite part has been getting to use the bar codes and seeing how much faster that allows our transactions to occur and the fact that all transactions are easy to track in Flowtrac.

Cons: The only con I can think of would be during importing, the system had errors that it wouldn't notify me of. For instance, when we were loading our On Hand quantities it showed the import complete. However, our Warehouse Managers were going in and finding that items on our import document were not translated into the site (i.e. we have 40 sheets of Copper - which was on the import doc, but 0 sheets were imported and made available into Flowtrac).

Pros: Love that flowtrac does everything we need for inventory management, e-commerce order sync and fulfillment and manufacturing processes. The customer support and working with [sensitive content hidden] has been the biggest pro to using flowtrac. It's awesome because he stays on with you as support after the implementation process.

Cons: There are multiple windows that open up instead of a tab like window feature so finding what you need is cumbersome sometimes.
