Overall, Fran Connect has been very user-friendly. It seems easy to navigate once you play around in it, at least for my purposes.
Pros: It works well as a checklist for our New Restaurants and many of the benefits, i.e., the ability to upload documents and communicate with each note. Support appears to be very responsive when needed.
Cons: Wish I could add multiple attachments per task, a way a franchisee can turn off notifications themselves, and a way to add a task to a Checklist without activating the checklist across the entire system, Ie it only activates for checklists that are live. Finally, having a way to keep a task "in progress" without it turning into Overdue once it passes its date.

So far my experience has been very positive. The system seems well organized and easy to learn, even as a newer user. It looks like it will be a helpful tool for managing franchise development and keeping everything centralized.
Pros: FranConnect makes it easy to keep franchise information organized and in one place. The platform is straightforward to navigate and helps streamline communication and tracking during the franchise development process.
Cons: I’m still fairly new to the platform, so I haven’t run into any major issues yet. As I continue to use it more, I’ll probably have a better sense of areas that could be improved.

Worked with FranConnect for years and they are patient and always listens to what we have to say or suggest.
Pros: The Sales Module - it is very smooth, including sending FDDs, applications. Office Pride has a lot to do in the other modules and look forward to having it do what it is supposed to do.
Cons: FDD Reports as there is still additional checking that is needed to make sure data is as of end of year, specifically if ownership has changed after the year ended.

Very good. It helps keep all of my notes and calls in order. using the calendar for scheduled call up me in outlook.
Pros: Provides everything I need for recruiting. from all of the contact information to setting up schedule calls
Cons: Sometimes I can't email pdf files. Not sure why so I have to use outlook and then upload the email to FranConnect.

The user experience is terrible. It is not intuitive at all and their customer team is next to useless.
Pros: It is a disappointing platform, the search has never worked right, it gives us a black eye with our network.
Cons: It has been an extremely difficult platform to work with. Customer service is terrible. A recent update done to our platform has changed the complete look and feel and it was done without our approval and they tell us it cannot be undone.

It is a good experience. We used to manage our Franchise development team as well as the onboarding process
Pros: The robust reporting and lead management capabilities. Make your job and compliance tasks simpler and streamlined.
Cons: The sms interface is not very good. It is hard to find the messages; also, the DocuSign integration sometimes does not work well.

FranConnect is been great. The customization with reporting or using custom integrations has been great.
Pros: FranConnect allows for a lot of customization when displaying links and allows us to pull many reports from one source.
Cons: The UX/UI can be a bit messy. Some of it feels dated and not current. But it's cosmetic fixes mostly.

They have been a good partner and have made updates and changes to help us serve and manage our franchise locations.
Pros: They are quick to reply and conscientious to follow up! They have made many updates for me over the 18 years I have used their services.
Cons: Some of their document creation editors can be a bit tricky or clumsy to use especially when needing to copy and paste from an outside document.

Pros: Easy to use, very intuitive. Creating reports is a breeze, gathering all the information you need, and none of what you don't need. The CS is second to none, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very good, been almost 10 years now. I use the platform almost daily to record calls and meetings, topics discussed, etc.
Pros: It's a great platform for keeping everything handy and recorded as required by the Agreements. I can direct all of my owners to go there to see the current news, etc.
Cons: Documents section needs an Add button on the top of the list rather than the bottom of the list. This would make it much easier to upload new documents without scrolling all of the way down.

I use it daily and with use i get more comfortable and familiar. It is easily navigable but would benefit from a bit of a redesign to improve the user interface. It is pretty quick with loading and downloading which is nice. I have not used it on an iPad or iPhone but would love to see an app for that
Pros: I find value with FranConnect to keep me up to date with the National Support Center and the goings on with the franchise in general. Anytime I need to find marketing materials, all I have to do is search and typically they are there. If i need something created, there is a place for that too. I also like the fact that the site is secure and that I have to log back in after inactivity. Its a good way to keep proprietary info secure.
Cons: The interface is a bit old and dated looking. I would love a cleaned up front end with a better calendar and a better directory. I would like to see a map of franchisees and their territories. I would also like to sort franchisees by state and city separate. Please include the H.H. name in addition to the business name. As for the National Support center, an org chart with quick click to contact would be incredibly helpful.

Overall, my experience has been exceptional. I would recommend this site to anyone looking to receive high level analytics.
Pros: I love how easy it is to use FranConnect. It allows me to view relevant data which I use to compose reports and decipher analytics to grow our operation.
Cons: So far, I do not have any complaints with FranConnect. At first, there was a delay with trying to figure out how to navigate, but once I figured it out, it was easy

Overall, my experience with FranConnect has been pretty good. I mainly use it for training and to find resources related to European Wax Center. It makes it easier to stay organized and up to date. Even though the search tool isn’t perfect, the platform itself is super helpful and a big part of my day-to-day work.
Pros: What I like most about FranConnect is that it’s really easy to use. The layout is simple, and everything is organized in a way that makes sense. It’s especially helpful for staying on top of training and updates.
Cons: The search feature could be better. When I try to look up something specific, it pulls up a lot of similar results, which makes it harder to find exactly what I’m looking for. It just slows me down sometimes.

my overall experience is quick and easy. Simple and I love that everything is straight to the point.
Pros: the information is so easy to find. I have no trouble looking up anything I need. All the links are easy to find and understand.
Cons: I really do not have any trouble with the app. Everything about the app is self-explanatory. i enjoy the breeze of navigating through it.

I have found it very easy to use and I use it every day. It allows me to send emails to my leads in a very simple process. It allows me to cut and paste into the form to send an email allowing me to either keep the formatting or chose not to. It is very effective in all aspects.
Pros: I have used FranConnect for 7 years and love the ease of use. I am able to take copious notes that allow me to be able to connect well with my leads even if it has been years since I spoke with them in some instances.
Cons: When I input a phone number, I have to try it several ways in order to get it to pull up the lead. For example with dashes and without depending on how the lead was inputed.

Overall my experience with Franconnect has been positive. I always get a response when I need help and they do a great job of following up until a resolution is found.
Pros: What I like most about Franconnect is it's versatility and customizability. There is almost always a solution or efficiency that can be found which will result in making our company stronger in one way or another.
Cons: The same thing that makes it great is also a pain. There is SOOO much that you can build out, and it's constantly getting upgraded. If you don't stay on top of it you will miss out on optimizations, and it's easy to run into walls if you don't fully understand how the back end is built and needs to be navigated. Their support is good, but with so many levers to check and a significant knowledge base to maintain, the solves rarely come same day.

It took some time, but I am very satisfied with the tools and features in FranConnect. The more you use it, the more you discover new ways to stay on top of important tasks, and key items are always within reach.
Pros: It's a centralized hub for everything we need to manage the franchisees and the locations, from communication to royalty collection, location audits, and reporting. It's the spine of the operation.
Cons: Like most technology-based tools, there is a learning curve, and franchisees who aren't tech-savvy often struggle with onboarding. However, this is mainly due to the user and not the platform itself. FranConnect still does a good job of making the UI user-friendly for everyone.

The team was very efficient and helpful throughout the entire process. We stayed on track from the very beginning because the FC team helped move us through implementation despite our team internally figuring things out. Very rarely did they not have an answer or solution to our problems and questions.
Pros: Extremely helpful getting our new sales process into the system. As we started implementation we were creating a new process internally- the team was patient while we figured things out and helped bring different aspects to the journey to life.
Cons: I wish the backside or 'Settings' for Admin was easier to navigate. I also wish the 'Export' feature was similar. Although all the information is nice, I wish I could easier export a list of contacts, their basic information from [X inquiry date] to [Y inquiry date].

Franconnect has long been a leader in the industry. In my career in restaurant operations and training leadership I have engaged with the product on several occasions. The product is a robust platform that can set the stage for an integrated system to track all activities from initial conversations to the lifecycle of a business. Building that base for activities is extremely beneficial so you don't have disparate systems with disconnected data. I have used FranConnect in various capacities and always found it to be a great tool for efficiency and effectiveness. Every member of the team I have engaged has been incredibly helpful, insightful, and a pleasure to work with.
Pros: FranConnect is user-friendly while providing numerous features and functionality. The platform saves significant time and manual effort. Within the platform you can manage all the way from sales to development to operations with interconnected analytics providing actionable insights. Beyond the product, the team is all around fantastic. Responsive, knowledgeable, and always eager to help.
Cons: While the platform is user-friendly, it can be a bit to learn for some and may be somewhat complex in areas. For more creative users, there can be some limitations on customizations.

Overall, using FranConnect for our needs has definitely been a learning curve for our team. We still frequently reach out to the support team for help, when needed. However, once everything was finally set up and we had a good foundation in place, it lead to a much more structured and organized way to access important information for our business, all in one place, by both internal corporate and external franchise users, if we so choose to. There are also a number of additional modules we can always look into in the future as our business grows and evolves, which is reassuring.
Pros: Our team likes how customizable the modules are and how easy it is to reach out to support when you're in a jam or just aren't sure where to go, what to do or how to find something. Their support team is very friendly and great with follow ups.
Cons: We find it's a little challenging to navigate and use. Not super user friendly for folks who have a) never used a platform like it and/or b) are used to simpler dashboards and programs (our team is very much G-Suite users where we feel FranConnect is reminiscent of Microsoft).
