It really does what it promises
Pros: The new interface is quitely completer than the older version
Cons: The older version was much easier to use than the current version

Overall InTouch has been very helpful for me and the others in my office. Knowing when and who to contact in terms of leads was extremely helpful for us in closing sales! I would absolutely recommend InTouch to other companies.
Pros: InTouch has been my favorite CFM system I have used. It is user friendly and aesthetic! I relied on this software daily especially since it synced with our other software, ABC.
Cons: The Search Engine does not work as well as I would like and I would like better options to generate emails in a way for me to copy and paste to send mass emails.

Overall it was a good experience. Ownership ended up switching to a platform called lead lion, which has been about the same as far as experience. I believe price was a factor in this decision, but am not entirely sure. They have been managing our campaigns, as well, sending 100 automated texts, per day to our lists of previous clients.

Pros: Having your guest pass waiver and sign in as one platform with your CRM software is a major benefit. Using ABC financial for guest passes then having to manually move their data over was a pain and often led to missed leads. With InTouch they were able to check in at the front desk and could immediately follow up within the same platform.
Cons: The organization of the platform could have been better. It was sometimes difficult to get staff to properly navigate without spending a lot of training time.

Pros: The easy communication between myself and my leads.
Cons: The leads lag sometimes and don’t always load.

We use it everyday and love it!
Pros: Yes it is easy to use and easy to train others.
Cons: I wish it could recognize repeat attendees of our health club easier so we could train our front desk.

Still new to the product.
Pros: Captures prospect information and helps to engage them right away and consistently AUTOMATICALLY.
Cons: I would like automatic computer notifications when a certain amount of time has passed and calls need to be made. Turn on computer notifications even when I’m not in the system.

Heading over on pleasant experience, it's very easy to use.
Pros: Love everything about it. It absolutely a dream to use.
Cons: I wouldn't change anything. It's absolutely perfect the way it is

Overall its amazing! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for something like this for their business not matter how big or small. Keeps you on track, organized daily and smooth to use.
Pros: The product is extremely easy to use! Each feature does exactly what we need and its simple to navigate which is fantastic when you want to do things in a speedy fashion for your clients!
Cons: The only issue and its not a huge one, but entering in our schedule in InTouch used to be very simple and now we have to go through an external link to do so and that process is not quick or smooth.

Very good, overall experience. Enjoy using the software and makes work that much easier.
Pros: The ease of access to communicate with leads
Cons: The interface seems dated compared to other softwares

The connection to our BOSS system-eagreements is essential to the presentation of our sales and the simplicity.
Pros: Easy to maneuver- bright colors make it easy to read. Love the features of the notes that can be accessible to everyone on my team.
Cons: The "Calling feature" --you have to jump through hoops in order to receive status of "made" calls!

I was easy for me not to use......
Pros: Having everything in one convenient place. If the system is used regularly, it would probably be effective.
Cons: I found it to have a learning curve, like anything. I did not find it to be real user friendly-a bit complex. For me it was just another "thing" we were supposed to do. It wasn't my go to for tracking. Again, with some actual training with the system, it would probably prove itself effective.

We've eliminated redundancy in follow ups from multiple employees, identified where our lead generation is most successful, redirected resources appropriately, and increased our closing percentage for sales.
Pros: Every feature adds either an invaluable metric that identifies who/where your business is most successful or helps to streamline every step in the lead generation pipeline to maximize your potential converting them to sales.
Cons: The only thing I really don't like is the aesthetics of the interface feel a bit out dated, but nothing is disappointing about what the software offers from an operational perspective.

Very crucial to our business. Great staff - that's the main reason I haven't shopped for another vendor.
Pros: InTouch Drive has many features that would be perfect for clubs where sales people sit at desks in front of computers most of the day and love mostly tech stuff. I wish they had a more streamlined version - like their older version last year - in fast paced clubs with less staff that multi-tasks. Having said that, the customer support staff is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I also like the upgrades to their email creation features. I have been using InTouch for over 10 years now and plan on continuing.
Cons: As stated above - some of the new navigation features such as texting and recording phone calls seem more difficult than the old version. My staff and I feel like we never grasped the right way to use all the features.

It gets the job done but can be better.
Pros: Interface is easy to access, calendar is clear
Cons: Allow to create duplicate leads with POS, often leads to error page, one lead takes up the whole page if we were to edit it.
Kenny L. · General manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 23, 2021
I do not view InTouch as a system that adds a lot of value to our business.
Pros: Integrates with our customer management system.
Cons: Does not fully match how our business runs. Integration does not go both directions so there is a lot of manual work to cancel members then put them back in to any sales pipeline.
Brooke S. · Director of Sales and Marketing · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 23, 2021
Pros: It makes it easy to keep track of all leads and review past interactions with them, and key reminders to follow up
Cons: Even with mgr capabilities I cannot see the daily tasks for other reps and it would be nice to have better campaign tracking (for instance with text in or online forms) could be more streamlined.
Jake C. · Sales Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 23, 2021
I found the upgrade to be a downgrade. We did not want to switch, but were given no option to maintain the prior version we were using: InTouch Follow Up.
Pros: I can't say I see the Pro... it has been a big set-back having to change from the prior version. If it's not broken/why fix it?
Cons: Difficult to access leads. We have not been able to integrate with our CSI software yet.

Overall good program
Pros: Communication to leads with text and email blasts.
Cons: Would like to see some more reporting on analytics.
David A. · Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 23, 2021
Pros: The new look is better than the older version.
Cons: The older version of the software was definitely more user friendly.
Bobby C. · Membership Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 23, 2021
Overall it does what i need it to do for my job. Dont have many complaints
Pros: Its easy to use and navigate. I like that its quick to earn
Cons: So issues and updates needed every now and then
Emily B. · Membership Manager · Sports · June 23, 2021
Frustrating that I cannot do things quickly. Complicated to teach as there are many steps to each process
Pros: It's easier than InTouch Follow Up to filter types of leads/dates on to do list
Cons: Almost every change they made from InTouch Follow Up. It takes too many steps to do one task (like make a call to a lead, or mark an appt as confirmed). Additionally, when I manually schedule a call for a future date it does not override the auto-scheduled calls which means I then have to delete the auto-scheduled call or it will show up as overdue. On the Calendar page, after making a change to an appt I have to refresh to view my appts for the day (the whole page goes blank). Basically, there's too much of a lag/delay with everything
Brinna W. · Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 21, 2021
Pros: We use In-Touch primarily because if we have turnover of sales staff or sales staff that does not complete calls, the leads are always captured and continue to get emailed during transitions.
Cons: It is a little difficult to switch owners of leads in bulk.

I've been using the "new" version for the last 6 months and I miss the old (flash-based) version. All of my co-workers feel the same way. The old system wasn't as "pretty" and had the same awful search issues, but it was faster and didn't require as many clicks to accomplish tasks.
Pros: Fairly easy to use once you understand the flow. Legacy reporting is good.
Cons: Too many "clicks" are needed to achieve what you want to accomplish in certain circumstances. Interface is confusing, clunky, and slow. Front-end scaling isn't that great on my laptop. Search feature is absolutely HORRENDOUS and has always been that way. (I.e. - You type in "Jim Smith", you see it for a second, and then it switches to "Jim Acer". Delete the "th", type the letters in again, and then "Jim Smith" *may* appear.) New report generation is insanely confusing (thank goodness they left a way to do the "legacy reporting"!) No way to do batch updates to records (I.e - I send a mass email, but have to update the communication to each individual record). Other smaller issues exist as well...

It serves as a single purpose, unfortunately I cannot start a sale and finish it, I have to use 3 platforms to do so, if a constant stream from one source to another without opening 3 different softwares like agreements, BOSS would be much more constructive. Unfortunately with some platforms not designed for POS it is only a information gatherer, and useful to managers.
Pros: I do think in touch for what it's worth is great for lead organization, and tasks, as well as general communication. but our company does not intersect POS with the system, so we cannot use all the features, like calling out, but for the most part it's easy to use.
Cons: I cannot generate lists from In Touch, if I could customize it to my own needs as if it were individualized for me to concentrate on my own marketing, creating lists and more organization where I can place certain leads into categories of importance this would help. It does give me a time frame of days to which something is overdue, but a prioritized list I could create, where copy and pasting email would be available. Also, our company in my experience train well on how to use in touch it is mostly concentrated around the company itself and not how to utilize the software available which can make our job a lot more productive. If there could be an easier way to eliminate prospects of less importance, and create lists, or have a hot leads list, which I could update it by process of elimination, it would be great.

I liked to "old" intouch much better, the new drive is not user friendly. I don't think the intouch developers came from a gym membership background to understand what is needed to track prospects effectively.
Pros: Easy to input leads and do destop texting.
Cons: Way too many steps to do a simple task. Too many clicks to get a phone call or text completed with notes. Too much navigation and back and forth to do mulitple tasks within the lead. don't know when the next contact is until I go back to the lead. Too cumbersome to effectively use and track prospects. Member database pulls leads from Intouch for the sale, but it still does not convert the lead as a sale in Intouch, have to do this manually.
