Pros: Notion ist extrem flexibel und ich kann alles in einem Ort verwalten. Notizen, Aufgaben, Datenbanken, Wikis - das alles geht in einem Tool. Die Vorlagen sind super hilfreich.

Cons: Die Lernkurve ist am Anfang etwas steil. Vorallem für neue User ist es manchmal unübersichtich was alles möglich ist. Offline-Modus könnte besser sein.

Pros: One of the best productivity apps that I have ever used! The simplicity and number of features provided is generous. I make my class notes, project assignments etc through Notion only. The BEST feature is the Free sync with the app and pc version.

Cons: I wish we could integrate our existing ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude accounts into Notion AI without purchasing a separate subscription.

Pros: Overall, it's been a massive help for keeping my student life organized. I used to have notes and project files scattered everywhere, but now I have one central place for my engineering assignments, internship applications, and personal to-do lists. It’s highly rated for a reason and offers great value, especially once you get past the initial setup phase.

Cons: Honestly, the sheer flexibility. I use it to organize almost everything - from tracking my B.Tech coursework and Python/Java projects to logging my gym progress. Being able to create custom databases means I can set up my workspace exactly how I need it for task management. It's also super easy to share pages with teammates for group assignments.

Pros: Cross team collaboration. Having a document space, that serves as a record and a live document is amazing with remote teams. It makes async RFC's genuinely colloborative

Cons: I dont love the fact notion AI massively increased the cost when i looked into it. Although it was a dream to have an ai with access to our documentation - the same thing can be achieved quite easily using MCP products.

Pros: I like how much you can customize Notion and make it how you want it to be. It’s perfect for those who want to Notion work for your brain

Cons: The flexibility can become a downside if there isn’t proper structure or ownership internally. Over time, workspaces can get cluttered with duplicate pages or outdated information if teams aren’t maintaining things consistently. I haven’t really had issues with bugs or stability personally, although larger pages can occasionally feel a bit slow to load. Customer support also isn’t something I can comment on too heavily because I haven’t needed to engage with them due to not having major issues with the platform. Spam filtering isn’t really relevant to Notion specifically, but in terms of information management, things can become noisy if content governance isn’t handled properly internally.

Pros: Notion AI made it much easier for me to set up CRMs and project libraries quickly, and it is extremely useful for editing my writing. I also like using AI agents to write in different styles.

Cons: It took time to understand at first, but Notion AI made it much easier. I wish Notion AI were more affordable because I use it so much.

Pros: Seeing as it is free it has great value for the money. I have never needed the customer support. It is easy to use. Easy to collaborate on projects. And great Data synchrynazation. I Recomen organizes every thing Into pages and using pages like folders for other pages.

Cons: One downside to notion is that the taks managment aspect of it is difficult. However I have found a system that works for me. Notion does not have folders so you kind of have to organize you pages as folders, and link pages in the page.

Pros: I think Notion brings a wide range of wonderful blocks into a single spot where I can quickly set up my own workspace and I rely on it as an effective system for projects when I am doing website builds.

Cons: I’ve noticed the interface can feel awkward to move around in and when several people begin creating pages it tends quickly losing structure and becoming difficult to manage unless someone constantly tidies things up.

Pros: La ventaja principal es su centralización total, un gran ecosistema de sus plantillas y también la integración de IA con agentes, que le da un poder más elevado sobre las cosas que puede hacer su IA.

Cons: La principal negatividad (Proviene de su principal fortaleza) que es la integración forzada de IA, adicional a esto necesita una curva de aprendizaje mas prolongada debido a que es un software muy grande y potente, esto hace que pierda identidad, que quiera hacer mucho pero se especializa en poco.

Pros: Notion è estremamente versatile: permette di gestire note, documenti, database e task in un unico strumento. La possibilità di personalizzare completamente le pagine e creare sistemi su misura è uno dei suoi punti di forza. Ho apprezzato molto anche la collaborazione in tempo reale e l’integrazione tra diversi tipi di contenuto.

Cons: All’inizio può risultare un po’ dispersivo, soprattutto per chi non ha già una struttura in mente. Alcune funzionalità avanzate richiedono tempo per essere padroneggiate e, con database molto grandi, può diventare leggermente meno fluido

Cons: Its packed in features and that can sometime overwhelm certain users Sometimes moving data from Notion to other place doesn't go smoothly (it doesn't look the same as it is on Notion)

Pros: Notion is our all in one intranet, planner, documentation system, note taker, and so much more. We use it to create public-facing pages as well, allowing external parties to have access to content when needed.

Cons: As with most other modern business software, the thing I like the least is that Notion tries to push things like AI heavily, when there’s so much saturation in the market already. Almost every platform or software we use is trying to push their AI solution, and it gets frustrating.

Cons: Notion è perfetto così com' è, non ha difetti ed è una piattaforma molto versatile, veloce, di facile condivisioni, tante informazioni e aiuti disponibili di supporto che permettono di realizzare qualsiasi cosa.

Pros: Notion m’aide énormément à organiser mes projets marketing, mes notes et mes contenus. C’est un outil très flexible que j’utilise autant pour la planification que pour le suivi.

Cons: Il faut du temps pour bien structurer son espace, sinon on peut vite s’y perdre rapidement sinon il reste et demeure le meilleur en matière de planification .
