It has become critical to maintain advertisers happy. It is critical that you know immediately that a station has failed when you're dealing with $2M worth of annual contracts. It was very painful to set up, but is now self-operating. When it means not losing the last advertising deal because of dead air, it's worth every penny!
Pros: Uptime monitoring alerts us to our streaming problems before our client calls to complain. Last month it notified me that our transmitter in Dallas is going down at 2am - saving a huge advertiser relationship. All client meeting materials and information are displayed on Dashboard. Real time notifications are sent directly to my phone, so that I can let advertisers know about any disruptions right away.
Cons: It took me three weeks to get custom alerts set up, and I was going back and forth with support. I'm having issues with my copy of the app crashing on my iPhone 12 roughly twice per week. Also, wonder why pricing is not more transparent, took some negotiating to get a reasonable price to monitor 47 stations.

Pros: Massive feature set. From SSL monitoring to Nutanix and Kubernetes support, it covers everything. The price point is unbeatable for the level of detail you get.

Our experience has been transformative. Previously, we were often reactive, learning about server or functional issues from site owners. With Site24x7, we've moved to a proactive model. Now, we often detect a "down" state or a functional glitch and fix it before the partner or their users even notice there was a problem. It has significantly improved our reputation as a reliable white-label partner and reduced our support ticket volume.
Pros: As a provider of white-label dating software (SkaDate), we manage a portfolio of dozens of dating apps—both our own projects and those of our partners. Site24x7 is a game-changer for maintaining this scale. We’ve implemented Synthetic Transaction Monitoring to track critical user journeys, specifically the login flow and the core "search/discovery" functions. It ensures that the API returns matches correctly and users can access their accounts without issues. The ability to monitor everything across a mix of AWS and Hetzner infrastructure while handling heavy asynchronous tasks is exactly what a high-load dating platform needs.
Cons: Setting up complex synthetic scripts for mobile app monitoring can be time-consuming and requires a bit of a learning curve to get the configuration exactly right. Also, the alert noise can be high initially, so you need to spend some time fine-tuning the thresholds for each of the dozens of apps in the portfolio.

Pretty good, reliable and useful system for monitoring API endpoint availability. Not very difficult to update monitoring configuration.
Pros: It is easy to set up monitoring for an API endpoint or to update it. The report of when events have fired is quite useful to see the availability over time. The alerts come through quickly.
Cons: It can be a bit sensitive to network connectivity faults between the Site24x7 and the system endpoints being monitored.

Pros: We’ve been using Site24x7 mainly for uptime and basic infrastructure monitoring. What I like most is that it didn’t take long to get running, and once the alerts were configured it’s been pretty reliable. When something goes down or performance drops we usually know right away.
Cons: The UI took me a little bit of time to get used to, but after the initial setup it’s mostly “set it and forget it.” Overall it’s been a solid monitoring tool for our needs.

Pros: Site24x7 immediately filled the void we had - having a third party monitor public services to make sure our platform was online and available for our clients. The entire process from reviewing the product to deploying took just a few days. We onboarded our team and quickly started deploying monitors. Add in being able to host a status page and allow users to subscribe to alerts? Cherry on top.
Cons: What I like least is their SMS credit recharge system for allowing subscribers to receive SMS alerts when we post an update to our status page. But honestly, if that's my biggest drawback, I'm not complaining.

Great. No real issues and much better functionality that our old simple monitoring service for local servers and external sites.
Pros: Very broad monitoring capabilities. Easy to use and setup. Excellent tools and very reasonable pricing. No issues since we starting using the product.
Cons: API documentation is very limited so it was difficult to make scripts to update monitors but was able to automate most of our processes eventually.

Pros: Site24x7 has been a game changer for our operations. The visibility it provides into network performance, availability, and issues is clear and actionable, allowing us to identify and resolve problems before they impact customers. The alerting is reliable without being noisy, and the dashboards make it easy to understand trends at a glance. Setup was straightforward, and the platform has proven to be stable and scalable as our environment has grown. Cons: The only thing issue we've had is no dynamic interface alerting rules to add monitors but not alerting on access ports.

So far, the product is exactly what we need as a MSP. Easy to configure, easy to add agents to devices.
Pros: Easy to configure agents, clean useful dashboard, default monitors are just about all that most people need. Not difficult for a competent tech to implement and manage.
Cons: Nothing so far - well perhaps configuring dashboards could be a little easier. Overall I have found this to be one of the easier monitoring / management tools to get going with. Just started to look at MS 365 (cloud) monitoring - not sure how useful this will be in real-life.

Pros: Easy to use with simple and easy to contact support for when we got stuck. Over a great experience, reliable and very few bugs or issues.

I’ve been using Site24x7 to manage a hybrid environment for a while now, and it’s become our go-to for infrastructure management.
Pros: The "single pane of glass" visibility is the biggest winner for me. Being able to jump from a high-level website uptime check straight into server-level metrics or cloud resource usage without switching platforms is a huge time-saver. I also really value the flexibility of the alerting system; the fact that it can actually place a phone call to me when a critical circuit goes down, rather than just burying another notification in a noisy Slack channel has saved our team during off-hours more than once.
Cons: The user interface feels a bit stuck in the past. It’s functional, but it’s definitely cluttered, and finding specific advanced settings can feel like a scavenger hunt. Also, the alerting can be a double-edged sword; if you don't spend significant time fine-tuning your thresholds early on, you’ll get hit with a "storm" of individual notifications for a single incident instead of one consolidated report. The pricing model can also be a bit of a headache to navigate once you start adding various monitors and add-ons.

We were looking for a way to monitor our services and the integrations they have with Zoho came in handy
Pros: It is a very useful tool that can not only be integrated into the Zoho environment but also into your website and servers, and has many channels to inform you of incidents with your services in addition to allowing you to manage and customize many things to your liking.
Cons: It is a site that requires basic technical knowledge to be able to use the basic actions, plus it has so many menus that it is easy to get lost.

We are using Site24x7 since almost 5 years and I can say that this is one of the best decisions we made. We have moved from Nagios, and we are happy about it. We get alerts on our email as well as the android app where we get notification that production sites are down or not.

Cons: I don't see major drawbacks in the site24x7 but rarely seen that server's site24x7 agent takes bit high memory/cpu.
