I've been using it for 13 years now, and the best part is that I don't need to find any other software.
Pros: The easiest to use and most complete I've ever used. Intuitive for the remote user, and easy to connect unattended computers.
Cons: They should make the usage reports simpler and more complete; right now they are still very limited.

This is just one of those small programs that makes life as an admin easier. No need to make to many changes, works fine as it is.
Pros: Easy to work with. Very little footprint on the clients. Stable, even when the internet is slow. Easy to find clients on the list.
Cons: Every time I install a new client I have to active share it with the other users, would be easyr that the was shared by default.

I would not consider any other remote support s/w. I have tried them all. Not interested in any other remote support s/w.

Cons: Nothing, it works GREAT. I cant think of anything I dont like about ISL. Great product, GREAT support.

Overall I am happy with its use. What I appreciate the most and is of main priority is safety and privacy.
Pros: Simplicity of installation and user friendly interface. Transparent and efficient, stable running as for simple or professional use.
Cons: That its not yet fully capable of using it for smart phone aplication. Perhaps I'm not doing something right but at creating new sessions I am constantly experiencing push for new interface downloads.

Have used this product for 15 years, and have never looked back. Much better and cheaper than Teamviewer.
Pros: It is easy to use - both for us and our customers. Really light. It is so nice that you can restart computers and still have remote connection!
Cons: Better support for Linux. The installation right now is a bit of a hassle on Arch / OpenSUSE. Please get to the AUR and Zypper repos!

I am very happy with the product, and will use it in the future. If anyone ask i will reccomend the product.
Pros: I like the most that i can see all monitors of the user and switching between them. And that can se administrator windows.
Cons: Sometimes its a bit slow. And i dont like that i have to enable every time administrator function. Sometimes is on sometimes i hawe turn it on again.

Still new to administering it. But using it, I've used it extensively for remote support. Not a fan that there's a minimum amount of characters before I can submit this, so I'm just typing random things to meet the quota.

From a user perspective, this is a very convenient tool that puts everything in one place. It doesn't get buried amongst all the open browser tabs and makes it easy to find. Setting permissions is a little cumbersome initially, but it's a very convenient tool to use once all that is set up.
Pros: ISL Light is a great alternative to using the web interface. It removes a step and puts all the access that I need on a regular basis in one place. There are extra options in the web interface but since they aren't used often, it's not needed. This gives me a much simpler option and I am able to package the program and deploy through SCCM removing the need for admin rights to install.
Cons: This it nitpicky. I would love to be able to alter the white background and use a custom background and not just change the image. I would also like to be able to remove the computers tab for those that don't need that access.

Pros: ISL Light is provided as a small download, and after start it is easy to handle. It opens up, you give the session code, thats it.
Cons: Some few applications do not allow to share the screen for security reasons. So ISL Light will show in this case the screen in black.

As mentioned, the overall experience has been excellent and truly positive, and there are absolutely no hard feelings.
Pros: Reliable operation of ISL – it is important that you can rely on ISL, because there are never any issues, it always connects without problems, and it works very well even with lower connection speeds.
Cons: Easy connection, but screen sharing on Mac OSX requires additional setup. We’re still working on a solution...

We used the software for several years and are very satisfied with it. It is possible to combine the software with a local firewall.
Pros: It's reliable. The support is excellent. The license is unsophisticated. We can use our own server. Videos of all sessions can be created automatically on our server. It supports Windows, iOS, Android and Linux.
Cons: To date we didn't manage to automatically renew ssl certificates. We don't know of any further possibilities for improvement.

Overall is has been good. I have roughly 400 computers to deploy the software too and now that we have figured out the custom deployment with intune I have no doubt this will be a smooth deployment process.
Pros: Its a very easy to use piece of software and does exactly what I need it too with remote access. The ability to group computers together and assign different permissions for each user is great too.
Cons: Few issues around deployment with Intune the custom deployment link having /start instead of /download which was causing issues when we tried deploying to remote computers but after a couple support sessions we have resolved the issues and I'm quite happy with the customer services provided.

Pros: implicity of using it and Stability of program. Also the administrator mode is very useful and very simple to use.
Cons: File transfer is not so intuitive. When transferring files is not so logical to select target folder of remote computer.

Pros: I like the simplicity, how easy it is to be connected with another user and how quickly you can offer help - email or via website.
Cons: I don't like how the administration tools are implemented, especially when you accidentally open UAC window you have to call user back as you can't press any buttons.
