Together Mentoring

Pros: Very well-structured and easy to follow -- The format of the program is effective and makes adhering to the established schedule simple.

Cons: Ultimately I like that the program is so very clearly structured however that can be a double edged sword as it is also rigid and therefore less flexible than perhaps it could be.

Pros: The opportunity to interact directly with senior professionals in WHO, who are successful and sharing their own experiences on how they got there.

Cons: Excellent. I got more than my expectations for the session. my mentor always gives practical examples to make me understand what he was trying to say

Pros: It integrated with our existing system for easy scheduling. The options for in-person and on-line meetings was very nice.

Cons: I wish there were more informal (not meeting) ways to interact with the entire mentoring cohort. The one session we had was very helpful.

Pros: I feel I was matched with a great Mentor and can really help with insights and help move my career fwd

Cons: It is still too early in the process to give any negative or areas of improvement. At this time there is nothing to mention

Pros: It was very easy to schedule appointments as it was integrated with our Microsoft Outlook calendar. It made the experience enjoyable.

Cons: There was really nothing. I liked the concept of sharing ideas together with expected goals. I learned from this session.

Pros: I loved the quality of my mentor match. My mentor is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in my growth. The platform is easy to use, and scheduling sessions is seamless. I also appreciate the resources and guides available, which add a lot of value to the overall experience.

Cons: The only downside is that there aren’t many filtering options when searching for mentors. It would be helpful to have more advanced filters based on industry, experience, and specific goals.

Pros: The application is very easy to use. I love that it helps me connect with my mentor and we're able to see each other's feedbacks, notes, etc.

Cons: So far, there isn't anything that I don't like about Together Mentoring. So far so good and I'm in a good shock that this application exists. :)

Pros: I think the matching algorithm worked well in getting me matched up with someone who has like interests.

Cons: The thing I like the least is the AI customization. It applies, the 'standard business lingo' if you will, and it doesn't really serve a purpose for our conversations. Our conversations tend to be very organic and genuine whereas the AI prompts want you to focus on specific tasks that aren't applicable as we are in different countries and spectrums of the business.

Pros: I like the auto scheduling, note taking ability, and the matching algorithm. It is a valuable piece of software for enterprises to use to bring more structure into the mentoring program and build an internal network.

Cons: Sometimes its hard to find the right page, or if a meeting is cancelled, then the scheduler won't update and I found it a bit tricky to postpone meetings linked with the scheduler, ,sometimes it would pull through notes from the previous meeting instead of having the ability to cancel. It seemed like mentees had less privileges to edit the occurrences.

Pros: It really helped me by setting up all the calendar invites, initial templates and a lot of documentation on how to kickstart the Mentoring.

Cons: Perhaps the feedback after each of the session is a bit too much - there is not much I can return after each half an hour meeting. I feel one after the first, middle and last sessions should suffice.

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was an exceptional mentor and one of the most valuable parts of my experience with the Association of Energy Services Professionals Together Mentoring program. What I appreciated most was his ability to connect high-level industry concepts to real-world application, especially in areas like demand side management, program design, and utility strategy. He was consistently accessible, thoughtful, and intentional with his guidance. Our conversations were not just surface level. He took the time to understand my professional goals and provided tailored advice that directly supported my growth in the energy sector. I also valued his willingness to share insights from his own career, which helped me better navigate opportunities and think more strategically about my path forward. Overall, [sensitive content hidden] created a mentoring experience that was both practical and impactful, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to grow within the energy industry.

Cons: There was very little to dislike about the Together Mentoring experience. If anything, the only challenge was that the program timeframe felt somewhat limited given the depth of conversations and the value of the relationship. More structured opportunities for continued engagement or a longer program duration would have made it even more impactful.

Pros: What I liked most about Together Mentoring is how simple and organized it makes the entire mentoring process.

Cons: One downside of Together Mentoring is that the platform can feel a bit rigid at times, especially when trying to customize meeting agendas or discussion topics.

Pros: I enjoyed the learning how Mentoring can be very how it can be helpful in my employment with Covered California.

Cons: I do not have anything to report in this area of, "What did you like least about Together Mentoring?"

Pros: How to scheduled the meetings - it makes it really easy to schedule meeting. I had to cancel meetings and then rescheduled meetings.

Cons: I wonder if it would be easier if it had a little more direction on what tabs provide the information. It takes me a little time to find what I am looking for.

Pros: it's a very clean user interface and easy to navigate. the learning curve is not steep and can be utilized effectively very quickly.

Cons: It would have been nice to have the options for some drop down options to drive the conversations and also track actions that come up in the conversations.

Pros: easy to use, prompts to complete each activity, scheduling sessions is a breeze. I found a perfect match in my mentor.

Cons: Initially logging in was an issue, however once I saved the shortcut and permissions, this was no longer an issue.

Pros: The structured environment to maximize the time and lessons wanting to be learned in an achievable, actionable timeline

Cons: Currently there are none as I have never used this platform, so not sure what to add to make the platform more

Pros: The AI-generated meeting agendas have been especially helpful. I noticed that by session two, the agenda was already building on our previous meeting notes, which made each conversation feel more intentional and continuous. I also appreciate that meetings scheduled in Together Mentoring automatically appear in my Outlook calendar.

Cons: There was some initial confusion around where to take notes — between the pre-session agenda and the “notes” section in session feedback. I eventually realized that notes entered in either space are saved in both places, but it would be helpful if that connection was made more explicit upfront.

Pros: The ability to establish connection and the follow up materials to keep the discussions relevant and at the top of mind.

Cons: At times the scheduling can be a bit difficult to change between our use of Microsoft and the influence of Zoom via this program.

Pros: Together Mentoring is an intuitive and impactful platform that truly enhances professional networking and learning. It offers smart matching algorithms that connect mentees with relevant mentors, making conversations meaningful and goal oriented. The interface is clean, and the customization options allow users to tailor their experience effectively.

Cons: However, response times and scheduling features can sometimes be improved for smoother interactions.

Pros: i like to see that someone really is trying his best for me and giving his insight about this company

Cons: videos that are very long these could be more summarized but overall very helpfull so thats what i would say

Pros: It provides summary of what's next and allows you to provide feedback even anonymously for privacy for those that may not be comfortable with personal sharing.

Cons: Accessing requires additional steps that isn't terrible but a few less steps to make it easier to access.

Pros: I have really liked this platform as it has helped in keeping our sessions, topics, reminders and such very organized. The customization is super easy on the site which is a huge benefit. I

Cons: I wish there was an area to enter comments in the "agenda" that are separate or a different color format, so the creator of a session can do the agenda then after you can add notes in a different color or just a way for them to stand out.
