Pros: Intuitive and incredibly easy to use. Has been a game changer for note taking and review of large PDF documents.
Cons: Great to use and review on an IPad - don’t love the results when I print things out.

Found worth the subscription plan and a tons of features.
Pros: Notes taking experience is good and also works in an imported doc. So works well for editing some too. Also, includes powerful features for every aspect like pdf editing, making notes, book reading and managing multiple docs at a time.As of my experience, I found this app getting better and better and new features are constantly added. There's no bug yet that I faced. Very smooth and fluid experience 👍
Cons: There are multiple plans available which is a bit confusing. They should give a free 7 or 15 days trial to try out all the features and then decided whether plan to choose from.

Best optimized for iPad and feature rich.
Pros: I personally like the thing that it contains all necessary features at such a nice price point. You can edit any pdf, open any doc file, do multitasking and make the notes at the same time. Would say that definitely go for this. Talking about professionals and students, this is the best that they can get.
Cons: Need to add the feature for changing the thumbnail of the documents.

complete package for Journalism.
Pros: Editing features are really good, highlighting the text, editing text, creating a doc and accessing multiple docs at a time are really useful for journalism and this serves the proper purpose with perfection. Also, it really works the best if you have an Apple ecosystem.
Cons: A few more note taking features can be added. This is good for note taking but if we try to make some art, it doesn't have proper brushes. I know this is not made for this but still, it would be really nice if this had these.

Really great app for all document related purposes. It is the only app that you'll ever need for your document related purposes in you iPad.
Pros: It offers multiple type of plans that you can buy according to your need. Every plan have their own features according to their price but you will find that all the usefull features are available in the basic plan which is the best thing that I like about this app. Also some features like linking the topic to a comment and editing the pdf file are great and unique features for this app to have.
Cons: User interface could be a little bit more graphical and beautiful.

Pros: LiquidText has revolutionized our document management. Its secure data storage and access control ensure data security. Collaborative features like real-time sharing and innovative ideation tools have boosted our productivity. While content management is efficient, some additional text editing options would be welcomed.
Cons: While efficient, some users find LiquidText's content management options could be more intuitive or streamlined for smoother navigation.

Best for teaching purposes, sharing docs and managing/editing PDFs .
Pros: As a professor, I found this really helpful for making all the notes, sharing those to the class, controlling the access of the shared notes and managing all books and docs at the same place. I can edit the PDF files accordingly and then distribute it to the students. so, for teaching purposes, trust me nothing is better than this.
Cons: notes taking experience could be a little bit better. My writing feels so different in this and I really want this to improve this feature a little bit more.
RajaSekhar A. · Assistant Professor · Education Management · October 6, 2023
Pros: Some really cool features that are only present in this are really great. I can store any kind of doc and then edit it with almost every editing tool it provide. Works well when you have Apple ecosystem and have LT in all devices with syncing turned on. Best app for managing documents and PDF files while making the notes by default integrated within the app.
Cons: The price of the monthly plans is a little bit higher. Also, all the features are not available in every plan so its like for any specific feature, we have to pay whole price of that plan but still I would say, its worth the every penny that you pay

I personally found this feature rich and it does almost every document related need complete.
Pros: It’s extraordinary ability to edit the pdf file is really nice and handy. Combination of all document related features is good. Haven’t used this feature a lot but the pointing kinda thing that we can link a topic of a pdf to a comment is really nice though. Collaborative feature are good also and I found this app the most advance one in whole Apple ecosystem to be honest. So, you can definitely go for this.
Cons: 1. it is not available for android which is really a headache.2. It’s note taking experience is not as good as Goodnotes and team should focus on improving this.3. Price of its plans is really high and some of the goodies is only available on those only.4. Document storing experience can be a little enhanced.

Almost perfect. If developers are seeing this review please add some mentioned features to collaboration tools.
Pros: I really loved the Top notch data security, Granular access controls, Efficient file sharing, Real time data synchronisation and configurable workflow of liquidtext. A few things could be improved but still this is the best in todays date that we can get.
Cons: Unable to handle very large files. Collaboration tools should have features like virtual whiteboard.
Nibin A. · Automotive Embedded Developer · Automotive · September 25, 2023
I switched from a free Apple app called Freeform just because of lack of features and I really took a good decision.
Pros: It's collaborative features are very useful and great. Also other tools like note taking, PDF sticky notes kinda things, editing pdf, mind maping are great features to consider. Used this for about 5 months and it has a tons of features that I like. Great support for documents. Even I can import pptx files and edit them which is a must feature to have.
Cons: Few things that can be added and are must to have:1. Document folder on main screen, so that we can categorize the document based on their purpose.2. User interface could be a little more user friendly. For a beginner, its a little bit hard to learn things.3. It's not available for android devices. Like atleast this must be available for samsung tab so that they can also get included in collaborative projects.

Best app with all document features and works great in Apple ecosystem.
Pros: I really liked the thing that almost every feature that we need for document related purposes is already included in this. Like I can even make notes in this and this works really really great with Apple Pencil. Also the syncing works well throughout my Apple devices. Editing a pdf in every possible way is the best part and really love this.
Cons: Only problem that I faced is that while importing the notes document from notability, I want unable to edit the notes and had to use white pen to hide non useful stuff from that note.
Shruti M. · Software Engineer · Accounting · September 21, 2023
I have loved this app but the laggy interface on older iPads doesn’t feel good.
Pros: Best pdf application and all in one package for document management, reading, notes taking and all. Pro features like comment linking, mind maps are useful when using the iPad as a primary study device. Collaboration tools are really helpful when you are working with a team or working on a school project.
Cons: Could be optimised more for the older iPads. Sometimes lags a lot on my iPad 7th generation while taking notes or opening in Split View.
Ira B. · Senior Software Developer · Computer Software · September 20, 2023
Probably the best available app for pdf and documents.
Pros: It packs all the features required for PDF management. We can edit, collaborate, make notes, mind maps and commenting are regular used features and serves their purpose well. Helps a lot by supporting almost all document types and all of the documents can be stored at one place. Totally satiesfied with this purchase.
Cons: On my iPad mini, this app can be more optimized in the terms of layout. Altough all features are great but buttons are a little bit small.
Aishee P. · Junior Resident · Hospital & Health Care · September 18, 2023
It has those features which other applications doesn't provide. Would really recommend this to everyone.
Pros: Linking feature is really great and helps to find any topic on the go while studying. One of the standout features of LiquidText is its ability to transform static PDFs into dynamic, interactive documents. The fluidity of the touch-based interface allows me to highlight, underline, and annotate text with precision. This is particularly valuable when reviewing medical research papers and patient records. The ability to easily rearrange and connect various sections of a document using the "ink workspace" is a huge plus. It helps me create visual summaries and connect key concepts in a way that's simply not possible with traditional paper documents or other PDF readers.
Cons: It's price now has increased and most of the premium features are present only in more costly plans.
Vidushi G. · Student · Medical Practice · September 11, 2023
Overall experience is very nice by handling multiple documents which involves a interactive experience between them
Pros: I like most the linking and connecting same tooic from two different docuemts in one projects.. helps a lot to jump and switch between two docs via linking with just a tap of finger..
Cons: Everything is useful at some level.. Every feature is meant to be useful for different perspective.
Manoj K. · Consultant · Hospital & Health Care · September 8, 2023
Pros: It covers almost all kind of demands regarding pdf and documents management. Mind maps and comments are few unique features about this that other applications lacks. Also it's pricing is good according to features.
Cons: User interface could be more interactive than it's currently is.
Sachin K. · Software development engineer · Computer Software · September 7, 2023
I am in a healthcare industry and due to vast amount of information in it, I need a app that summarise and present it in understandable way and liquid text is definitely good at it by doing so
Pros: Mind maps, content sharing and document linking are my favourite features
Cons: Note taking is not perfectly improved to smooth experience and I think it need to be developed
Manoj K. · Resident · Hospital & Health Care · September 7, 2023
Less paper to store or print = environmental considerations. I can move quickly from desktop to mobile device and continue with whatever I am doing immediately.
Pros: This has been a game-changer for research. Being able to annotate PDFs means less paper to store/recycle and mistakes are easily corrected. The workspace area is plenty big enough. I have recommended this to others in my class.
Cons: Moving documents between folders is tedious.
Karen T. · Research · Research · September 5, 2023
quite smooth and easy-to-use features. However, a slight improvement in excerpted notes is required(option to pin it).
Pros: carrying hard copies of cases is a tedious work, however, Liquidtext makes it easy to manage bulky case files.
Cons: Pricing of Liquidtext is quite expensive for young lawyers.
Shobhit D. · Lawyer · Law Practice · September 4, 2023
I have notability and goodnotes and paid for them but still they were not able to fulfill my requirements but LiquidText did it well. I had recommended it to my friends and would say that you should definitely go for this.
Pros: Best thing about the LiquidText is that I can link any topic in any pdf to a comment and whenever I click on that comment it locates me back to that portion of the pdf. Also the whiteboard helps me to store my all notes at one place.Collaborative features are also worth to mention as this make things a lot easier when it comes to working together with a team.
Cons: Only issue I found was that I was unable to import my notability notes in LiquidText in note format. I had to first convert it into a pdf. This makes a little difficult to shift to LiquidText.

It helps me a lot while documenting my patient sign symptoms and correlating them
Pros: I like linking two different topics from different documents at same place for comparision and to study them
Cons: I think that writing tools in a document can be inproved

Best digital office Data management app
Pros: My all important files are here. This is my digital virtual office
Cons: Nothing as such, since I’m still learning to use
Purushottam R. · Ceo · Architecture & Planning · September 1, 2023
Makes going "paper - free" easy.
Pros: It allows document management to be undertaken in a totally paper free manner.
Cons: There are functionality issues in syncing between windows and apple products
Anonymous User · barrister · Law Practice · September 1, 2023
