Pros: Very user friendly product that helped us scale our influencer and ambassador programs efficiently.
Cons: Some customization was needed on the Grin end to make the product a fit for our program, but the team was very proactive and helpful to make sure the product met our needs.

Professional and intuitive. It is a tool with real returns.
Pros: Comes with a user friendly intuitive interface for webstore creation. No Technical skills needed to operate. All the themes and designs available are ready to use making it fast and enjoyable to use. Integrates excellently well with other tools expanding opportunities for application. It is also secure and reliable.
Cons: All issues are tackled well by support team. No complaints.

Fellow marketers and entrepreneurs, I implore you to stay away. It feels like a bait-and-swich scheme with oversold promises.
Pros: Initial onboarding was relatively seamless and the team was responsive.
Cons: Grin deceived us throughout the sales process, hiding critical information, overselling the platform, and getting us to sign a 12-month contract with auto-payments that are impossible to stop, even when scammed. We're left with a tool that fails to meet our needs and doesn't deliver what was promised. Their "Curated lists" feature, touted as a white-glove service for creator search, is laughable. The team puts in minimal effort, delivering irrelevant or duplicate influencers. The promised robust discovery tool doesn't exist; they recently added a few search filters that are ineffective. Grin is a resource drain, creating problems instead of solving them. They excel at cold selling and misleading demos, coercing small businesses into a 12 month contract. The reality is far from what's promised. Avoid Grin and save yourself the frustration and wasted money. You'll likely end up trapped in a long-term contract for a product that fails to deliver.

Pros: I like that the app was working smoothly and all the data was stored in the same place. Easy to track the activity of each influencer that we work with
Cons: At some point Grin excluded Instagram and it was difficult to search for new influencers.

As a project manager, I've had the opportunity to dive into Grin, the influencers app, and the experience has been a bit of a mixed bag.Grin is a valuable tool for managing influencer campaigns that yield excellent content. However, it could greatly improve its user-friendliness, streamline affiliate link setup, and enhance payment tracking for a smoother experience overall.
Pros: One of Grin's standout features is its seamless integration with Shopify, which significantly simplifies the process for influencers to place orders. This linkage between Grin and our Shopify ecommerce platform has not only enhanced convenience but has also boosted the efficiency of our influencer collaborations.Moreover, Grin excels in delivering high-performing campaigns with top-notch content, which has been instrumental in achieving our marketing goals.
Cons: The user interface can be quite unfriendly, making navigation a bit of a puzzle at times. For those not deeply familiar with the platform, there's a learning curve to overcome.Setting up affiliate links and codes, a crucial aspect for many campaigns, isn't as seamless as one might hope. Grin could do with some enhancements in this area to make the process more intuitive and complete.The tracking of payments for each influencer can also be a bit confusing. Clarity and simplicity are key when dealing with finances, and this aspect could benefit from a more streamlined approach.

Pros: Influencer Outreach, Campaign Management, Product Shipment, Data & Analytics + Influencer Payment.
Cons: More email trigger options to consistently follow up with influencers throughout the campaign process! i.e. send emails once the package has been delivered as a reminder of content being due within 7-10 days.

GRIN has taken me from spreadsheets and hours of data pulling to being able to really interact with the community and focus my time and energy where it really matters. I love how quick they are to respond to support messages when I need an extra hand, my CSM's bi-weekly or monthly meetings with me, and my ability to be worry free when it comes to everything pulling into GRIN so I don't have to manually track it.
Pros: I love the do it all ability to have everything I could possibly want in one platform. My goal for my program is to always ensure a seamless process for my creators and GRIN does just that. Allowing me to dedicate optimal time to building relationships with my creators.
Cons: The only thing I wish GRIN had was a more mobile friendly option. I'm sure they'll be working on it soon! Being on a flexible schedule it would be great to have the option to view my campaigns from anywhere on my phone.

I love GRIN, it has helped me manager my influencer and ambassador program and really scale it!
Pros: I love the ease of campaign and activation management. Payments through GRIN! The customer service is impeccable. Email sequences and templates. Data, analytics and reporting features are amazing!
Cons: The search feature for influencers is no longer available. Inputting creators into the platform takes longer than it used to.

Pros: I love how this platform makes it easy to work directly with influencers. Everything from communication to payment is super seamless, which helps eliminate the need for overpriced agency "specialists."
Cons: It's pretty complicated to figure out, but once you get it, you're good!

It was great up until we discovered HOLLYFY. Might end up using both. Will see what our clients needs are.
Pros: Grin has lots of great features: search, analytics, engagement metrics, different social media integrations...wish they would pair up with HOLLYFY
Cons: It didn't have other forms of entertainment, only had influencers.

Pros: I love how easy it is for me to view my creators, organize them by tags, and to be able to easily import new creators with their social media chrome extension. Additionally, being able to pay my creators through GRIN makes it very easy to make payments on time. I love that GRIN is continuously updating the services they offer.
Cons: I'm not really a fan of using their creator search. Although some creators will have great stats, when it comes to performance, they don't perform that well.

Grin has helped scale our influencer intiatives remarkably, helping build a strong brand awareness on social, increasing UGC by 600%, and developing an organic funnel for our ambassador program.
Pros: So many great features and everything you need to plan, organize, and execute successful influencer campaigns. Many different ways to communicate and engage with influencers.
Cons: Small bugs and updates occasionally. But after each maintenance fix, Grin comes out working flawlessly.

It's a 10 for me! GRIN employees are the most wonderful people and their love for their jobs carries over into the software and truly continues to wow me. I have yet to have anything less than a top tier experience with GRIN from the sales team to, our CSM (shoutout to Katie), and literally anyone and everyone that works with them.
Pros: GRIN is the gold standard of influencer marketing software. They are the front runners in innovation as well as amazing support both from an engineering side and customer success side. GRIN takes so much of the mess of influencer marketing and cleans it up into one beautiful and effortless software.
Cons: The ONLY drawback to GRIN is that there are specific plug ins that you have to upgrade to add on (this is so normal with any software though).

Grin didn't solve any of the problems we were looking to solve with influencer marketing. Very disappointed
Pros: Organizing campaigns is done relatively easy.
Cons: The creator search tool was horrible, we couldn't find any creators that aligned with our brand. This was the main reason we signed up for this software and now we're stuck in a contract for the rest of the year with useless software that has a horrible ROI. -Grin was also glitchy at times especially when sinking to Shopify -It takes at least one week to get a help from support staff. When you look at the setup and times when we had issues we waited several weeks just to get issues fixed.

I have been able to scale large scale campaigns and make them manageable with GRIN
Pros: The search, email and analytics capabilities are unmatched.
Cons: Would like to be able to edit each contract uniquely to each influencer within a campaign.

Fantastic. The team are so lovely and walk you through each step of the software and the software itself makes influencer campaigns more successful while also not 'wasting' so much time on it too.
Pros: For all steps of a usual influencer campaign, GRIN makes it all easier and time saving. To find influencers that fit your criteria perfectly. To sending out emails to a mass number of influencers at once. To organising unique discount codes with ease and to monitoring their content and sales is all so easy and efficient.
Cons: It is quite expensive compared to other influencer marketing software out there but it does have more features.

We are upscaling our influencer efforts, brand awareness around new products and collecting content for all marketing usage.
Pros: The platform takes a little bit to get comfortable with and onboarded to, but after that the capabilities are amazing. They have some really cool search tools that have helped our strategy tremendously. I also love that they can integrate with Shopify for influencer orders.
Cons: I feel that the user interface for messaging influencers on our side of things could be a little bit more user friendly. Instead of an email setup, I would love to see chat bubbles.
