Pros: System is very efficient and easy to use; great for my small business working with lots of clients at one time. highly recommended!

Cons: I have no overall concerns with glasscube - it works great when sharing documents and editing them directly within the tool.

Pros: Easy to follow and understand what is outstanding, ease of use, clear client communication, files rarely corrupt when uploaded

Cons: update email's aren't always clear where they have submitted stuff, the original upload links get lost on client emails sometimes

Pros: File management system and opportunity to work with documents online. Also, I like how the system is built in a user-friendly way.

Cons: I do not like when documents are locked because someone else has them open or is working on them. I guess a module for multi-user and simultaneous work should be in place.

Pros: Easy and intuitive to use. Reminds me of blackboard. Quick learning curve, easy uploads, havent had tech issues

Cons: I have not had issues. It's not a particularly sleek or polished platform but it does the job so not complaints

Pros: You can track internal workflows with colleagues. You can respond to clients quickly. You can pick up where you left off very easily.

Cons: Getting the system to not email clients by toggling submitted and verified buttons can be tricky at first.

Pros: I like the constant updates and friendly support team who explain new Glasscubes features. I like the ability to manage my clients information in one easy place.

Cons: I would like more ability to bulk update and distribute things to clients across multiple workspaces.

Pros: Our firm uses Glasscubes to handle financial audit queries and responses from clients. The difference between using Glasscubes compared to long excel worksheet lists is night and day. Since using it, a number of new features have been rolled out which have further enhanced its usefulness.

Cons: Being able to change the title of request after creating it would be useful, for example is there is a typo.

Pros: Excellent platform that has made interactions and file sharing with our clients over the course of the audit much easier and a smoother process all around. Customer support has also been swift and effective when required.

Cons: It can sometimes be difficult to download multiple files at once, with system glitches experienced on occasion.

Pros: Glasscubes has made file sharing and keeping on top of client requests far easier and has helped to ensure that audits run as smoothly as possible.

Cons: I can not think of any improvements that need to be made. Glasscubes are continually making subtle changes which improve the functionality.

Pros: The fact that I can access all my requests and files for specific clients in one portal rather than going through correspondence.

Cons: The change in layout when I was used to the old layout. Although, I adapted to the change quickly and didn't have too much of an impact,

Pros: Very user friendly task ribbon, it is very easy to download files and create request lists for clients.

Cons: I liked everything about it. It is very easy to access client files and provide them with additional requests if necessary.

Pros: I like how quick the customer service team are to help. Responses are fast, friendly, and genuinely fix issues. The platform itself is intuitive, so onboarding new team members is easy, and document sharing and approvals work smoothly.

Cons: I can’t delete requests very easily, which slows me down when tidying old items. The steps feel a bit hidden. A clearer delete option or bulk action would improve housekeeping and make workspace maintenance more efficient.

Pros: It is very easy to share files with different clients, the site is secure and reliable. Great customer service.

Cons: That it can be complicated to delegate certain requests to individuals especially when they are of a sensitive nature.

Pros: Glasscubes is a reliable and easy to use platform for secure collaboration and document management with clients. Customer support is responsive, and the platform can be customised without unnecessary complexity.

Cons: The electronic signing function we have not found very useful as does not allow actual signatures to be applied to documents in the relevant place. However this was not the reason we have gone with Glasscubes.

Pros: Customer service is quick and the service is very useful. It allows me to keep my inbox uncluttered and reduce the risk of lost documents.

Cons: The user interface can be slightly technical and can be difficult to navigate. Deleting options is sometimes difficult.

Pros: Glasscubes is an efficient and well-structured tool for receiving and managing audit information. It keeps everything in one secure place, which makes the audit process far more organized and transparent. The platform is easy to use, even for first-time users, and it significantly reduces back-and-forth emails. Overall, it’s a reliable solution that saves time and simplifies audits.

Cons: No cons experienced. The online help tool and glasscubes team are always very quick to respond if there are ever any issues.

Pros: Game changer, completely! No more reminding emails that get read and forgotten about. Such a gentle, effective and efficient pester, saving time and effort and surprisingly enough, our clients love it too!

Cons: What is not to like? Really cannot think if how to fault it. Reliable, on time, relevant, what is to fault?

Pros: easy to see and the smaller clients tend to like it. can upload excel documents and write comments when necessary.

Cons: easy to upload to wrong request and then client requests can sometimes disappear. not great on larger clients

Pros: I haven't come across a company more helpful or responsive to their customers' bespoke needs. The Glasscubes Team really are a pleasure to deal with & their platform has definitely helped to streamline & improve client facing areas of my workload, also giving clients a better experience.

Cons: A very small minority of our clients are initially reluctant to engage with the technology, however I do find once they give it a go they are converts.

Pros: Glasscubes has provided a useful alternative to client relations that has helped auditing become much more enjoyable. With a great user interface that isn't overly complicated, it simply does what it says on the tin, and does it well.

Cons: At first, it did take me a little while to navigate around the interface, however this was most likely due to me being new to auditing. However, to provide some constructive criticism, I would suggest Glasscubes provides a few little tutorial videos/messages so that new users can get used to the service as quickly as possible.

Pros: I like the simplicity. Everything is set up in a way that makes it easy to use and easy to manage my workload. I can see what I have done, what is on going and what is yet to be done which I find very helpful on a daily basis. I also like how you can easily view internal and recipient activity which supports managing my workload as it makes finding requests very easy.

Cons: Sometimes when I back out of a request it'll take me back to the main menu which can be frustrating at times and even though I like that I can view internal and recipient activity, I think the service can be improved by being able to view what my colleagues / the recipient has actually viewed, submitted or uploaded as it would save time finding what has been replied to.

Pros: Glasscubes is an effective and easy to use tool for both accountants and clients. It eliminated the need for excel request lists and back and forth emailing between me and my clients. The interface is clean and can be formatted for complex request lists meaning information can be displayed in a meaningful way.

Cons: I wish that Glasscubes used a portal service for the clients instead of an email link, this would be even easier for the client to use and save hassle.
