Pros: Workvivo is a highly convenient, all-in-one team communication platform. It facilitates team collaboration with video, podcast, and social networking features. It contributes to effective workplace management and culture creation.

Cons: Although Workvivo can be integrated with other workplace platforms, it can end up becoming too busy and jumbled whereas other platforms are focused on specific tasks.

Pros: Its quite simple to use and the interface is very appealing. the spaces function is engaging and has real potential.

Cons: bit of a delay when opening calls and connectivity in messaging space is very laggy. This is most definately a platform built for desktop use.

Pros: robust tools for employee engagement, internal communication, and collaboration, providing an all-in-one solution for organizations.

Cons: occasional slow loading times and performance issues, which can hinder efficiency.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to learn and easy to access. The capabilities on Workvivo are robust and can be accessed via mobile apps as well as PC/MAC. The user interface is very straightforward and intuitive. Our users have given mostly positive feedback on the social-media like capabilities that allowed them to be engaged with our leadership team as well as peers.

Cons: Lacks the customization we wanted for our use cases. While the software is still getting better, when we adopted it, we could not do everything we wanted. Some capabilities were not granular enough to meet our needs.

Pros: Easy to navigate. Its great for work platforms.

Cons: No issues found as of yet. But overal so far its great.

Cons: The things that Workvivo is great but has a few things to work on. For instance, they’re a little restricted when it comes to customization. The layout and design is something you can’t exactly tweak all that much, and that can make it feel a bit generic for some companies. It also gets overwhelming if you are part of several teams or projects since the notification system gets really crowded. When you get a lot of alerts, it’s tough to ignore the alerts that don’t matter to you. For example, the desktop version is a little faster than the mobile app when loading large files or videos. It’s not a deal breaker, but if you’re on the go regularly it can be a bit of a hassle.

Pros: What I like most abut Workvivo is it works like a social media within your company's circle. It builds good communication in a fun way1

Cons: So far, there's nothing I like least about Workvivo because it's so easy to use and you can post communication within the company easily and digitally.

Pros: I liked most about Workvivo is its ability to create a cohesive and engaging workplace culture.

Cons: integration or performance depending on the organization’s existing systems.

Pros: Workvivo creates a complete understanding of the relationships between departments, keeps the flow of information about the latest developments or updates. With it, we can publish presentations to explain any new concepts, and we make sure that they reach everyone immediately. I liked that we can highlight new decisions and circulate new instructions in an organized manner. Direct communication is guaranteed with Workvivo, which enhances the continuity of advice, discussing ideas, and collecting feedback on them transparently.

Cons: There are no negatives with Workvivo, it is amazing and enables us to maintain the continuity of updates and broadcast messages and dashboards in real time.

Pros: It is a great way of communicating with colleagues and management. I personally believe it is the best way of communicating.

Cons: They are continuously improving the features specially the search functionality.

Pros: Workvivo provides a centralized hub for communication, streamlining the dissemination of company updates, news, and announcements. This platform boasts an intuitive and user-friendly interface, contributing to a seamless experience for both administrators and end-users.

Cons: Depending on the size of the organization,, the cost of workvivo may be a factor, especially for smaller businesses with budget constraints.

Pros: The best things I like about Workvivo are:1. Users can add pictures and videos and participate in different activities and communicate services.2. The platform can be used as a uniform communication tool and management can share important updates through Workvivo3. It's also a great software for peer recognition and sharing the success journey

Cons: Few areas I would recommended Workvivo to improve on:1. Their notifications cannot be personalized and we get pop ups for so many irrelevant posts which is not very admirable 2. We often notice glitch while playing videos of high quality and it freezes sometimes. This happens mostly in mobile application, the website works just fine3. The interface design is not very user friendly and can get difficult for new users

Pros: Its easy to use and administer, and end users find it intuitive and engaging

Cons: Could benefit from more personalised content curation

Pros: It allows us to stay connected with out team members across the globe on one single place and is much similar like social media

Cons: The frequent notifications is quite challenging

Pros: Ritengo che questa piattaforma sia molto utile per rimanere sempre aggiornati sulle news aziendali, in modo molto semplice e intuitivo. Ci sono vari "spaces" per topic specifici, e si possono impostare degli alert per ricevere via mail la notifica quando ci sono nuovi post di un argomento di nostro interesse; inoltre, nella mia esperienza, ho partecipato ad alcune "iniziative" come contest di sport o rispondere a quiz, che sono stati molto divertenti e coinvolgenti, sia perchè si aveva un piccolo premio ma anche perchè partecipavano tutti i dipendenti nelle varie sedi, e ciò può aiutare anche a creare maggiore legame tra i team utilizzando la parte di messaggistica/chat.

Cons: non trovo aspetti negativi o da migliorare, la piattaforma è il punto di accesso non solo per news aziendali ma anche per alcuni link legati ad aspetti lavorativi (org chart, travel, nota spese, ecc).

Pros: A great platform for bringing the human connections inside, and outside, your organisation to life. Loads of great features to encourage communication, including live video feeds, private groups, badges and more.

Cons: Could enable smaller text on mobile app so you see more than one item in the feed

Pros: Los gerentes pueden comprender el comportamiento, la actividad de los usuarios, los inicios de sesión, las publicaciones y los comentarios, recopilar comentarios de los empleados a través de encuestas de satisfacción y monitorear las métricas de participación a través de informes. Pros: Since I work in the communications team, I like that I can share with the company all of the updates, news, and activities that requires engagement instantly. the software itself is colorful and lively! we can also customize it according to our activities.

Cons: nothing major, so far it is enjoyable and easy to use

Pros: With this platform you can get nearly everything in the one spot which is very helpful.

Cons: That your user name or password is not saved- you constantly have to put it in.

Pros: I check it every day, the information is clear, however sometimes when l am looking for a document l could do with knowing which part of the soft ware it is held in for ease, a map of the software would be useful

Cons: some of the banter is a bit mindless personal choice

Pros: It is easy to access and does what it is designed to do.

Cons: Like Face Book but without the adverts, which is a plus.

Pros: I like the way we can keep in touch with what is going on with our employees in different locations and that we can share in there experiences in there day to day lives.

Cons: Nothing it is great and a good asset to remote workers to be able to keep in touch with everyone.
