Cons: It would be better if chat had more functionality, it’s not possible to search in the chat windows.

Since we can organize their tickets on our portal and resolve the non urgent issues with clients directly on a real-time basis, it increases the team’s efficiency. Cons: We would like to see more design options. You can skip Overall part. Please make sure you are signed in via LinkedIn. Sometimes it doesn't recognise it and you should click Sign In again. Then it should be fixed. I'll approve payment as soon as one of them is approved, which should be around Wednesday, but it could take longer depending on the website's mods.
