Pros: I really like the ease of use, it's simple to learn.

Cons: I expect more and more improvements in time, as they are very responsive.

Pros: The search speed for searching is great, and the accuracy of the information extracted is very high. We have high expectations for the software's future development!

Cons: We're expect integration of peripheral systems in the future such as estimating, SCM, etc.

Pros: Drawer is a software that all of our employees actually can (and want to) use.

Cons: The drawing search is great, and I hope that they keep updating features.

Pros: I really like how simple the similar drawing search function is.

Cons: The larger plans for a lot of drawings can trend on the pricier side, but the service is strong.

Pros: 1) Searching has become very easy and quick. 2) Finding similar drawings has really boosted productivity. 3) Being able to link order info to drawings means we can look up multiple things all in one place with CADDi DRAWER.

Cons: 1) If we could narrow down the search categories, I think it would make the search results more accurate. 2) It would be easier to use if they could expand the sorting options.

Pros: I typically handle design work and often find myself needing to search for drawings. In the past, looking for drawings used to take up a lot of my time because I was mostly searching on memory. However, thanks to the keyword search and similar shape search features of Drawer, I can find old drawings a lot faster. This system has definitely made me more efficient.

Cons: The price point depends on how many drawings are in the company. We are currently only using Drawer in the production dept., but I'd like to see it used by Sales and other teams.

Pros: It's a platform that's user-friendly that lets us quickly find the blueprints we need. It also lets me extract the info from the drawings in a way that's actually useful.

Cons: Occasionally the drawings do not display unless I reload the page on our internet. I'd also like the ability to perform combined searches using AND and OR options within the keyword search.

Pros: I'm really happy with the easy to use UI, and they do regular updates. The support we've received during implementation from customer success has been super helpful in getting everyone on board.

Cons: I find it a bit difficult to understand the detailed specifications of the search function. Also, while the service is supposed to be used along with our internal management system, it lacks the ability to integrate with our functions like APIs, forcing us to rely on unstable RPA for tasks like entering information. I hope these areas will be improved.

Pros: The Customer Success team really helped us change our workflow.

Cons: I'd like to see more support for standardization when it comes to manufacturing industry knowledge.

Pros: My favorite part: The search speed lets me find what I need immediately. Impact on work: I used to get lost trying to find drawings, but having access to all of our drawings helps us learn and work smarter. Ease of use: CADDi's Customer Success team walked me through the process and is always there to answer questions.

Cons: So far, it's working fine and I haven't had any problems.

Pros: The system instantly searches for and displays drawings suitable for our needs from the vast number of drawings created in the past. The conventional drawing search time has been greatly reduced and specific drawing search skills are almost no longer required.

Cons: I would like to see the part of the drawing highlighted so that I can see which part of the drawing the specific search term was applied to.

Pros: For drawing management, being able to search for items such as shape and tags that other systems cannot search for allows for much smoother use. In the future, it seems that we'll be able to improve this through price verification and adding defect information.

Cons: There are some quirks with the functionality: When logging in for the first time, you're prompted to register a password from the password change screen. It's only the first time, but was a bit confusing. I'd like more permission control. Some drawings that appear similar are not actually very similar when using the similarity search, depending on how many similar drawings we have stored. Enhancement of the difference display function. Even a slight misalignment results in the entire content being treated as a difference. Addition of upload functionality for basic information.

Pros: The drawing search is way easier and quicker now, so my daily work is smoother, and I'm feeling less stressed out.

Cons: I'm hoping for efficient searching of documents other than drawings and in work efficiency before and after drawing searches, because they're very responsive.

Pros: The search and extraction process for related component parts has gotten way faster, freeing up more time to prepare reports.

Cons: Improving the Excel output for search results would be useful. It'd be cool if we could zoom in and out simultaneously when displaying the original drawing and similar ones. And down the road, I'd love a feature that uses AI to link different info and generate analysis results based on our searches.

Pros: I like that you don't need to be an expert to use it.

Cons: Originally it was hard to justify price, but as we worked with the CS department we found more value in implementation.

Pros: Keyword searches are super accurate, and the accuracy of similar drawings is good. Plus, searching is really fast.

Cons: We're looking forward to better readability of data table, and we're hoping for early implementation of more options for viewing permissions.

Pros: The system makes it simple for me to connect my company's related files to the drawings, and searching for similar drawings is simple to learn.

Cons: I want to be able to search for a range of values. (e.g., drawings corresponding to values from XX to XX)

Pros: It's easy to share drawings with coworkers, and search for similar ones.

Cons: We have no particular opinions on points for improvement, but we hope that the system will be easier to use in the future.

Pros: Search results are based on the similarity of character strings and shapes. This is important for our company's drawings, which often have similar shapes due to subtle differences in shape or different numbering systems between departments.

Cons: The basic UI is easier to use than our previous drawing management system, and if we could have traced back the sub-numbers, we would have been able to migrate almost all of our drawings to CADDi DRAWER.

Pros: Drawer's load times are fast, and it's easy to use. The support team has a sense of urgency after implementation, which is extremely helpful.

Cons: Updating drawings and order history data can be a bit tricky with the current process, so I'm hoping for some improvements in that area.

Pros: It's such a relief not having to stress about finding drawings and data anymore.

Cons: It would be even better if the drawing quality check could be completed automatically based on the data we've got.
