Visitors check in quickly and the people receiving them are notified right away. It feels much more professional than what we had before.
Pros: Notifications and pre-registration work really well and make the whole process smooth. It’s easy to see who is expected during the day, and the check-in experience is simple for guests. It also keeps everything organized in one place.
Cons: Just wish the different screens where more customizable, for instance showing the email field later on in the flow instead of at the beginning, stuff like that.

So... we rolled out Archie originally to manage desks and visitors and it made a big difference. Later on we started usings additional products to manage visitors and also connected Archie to additional apps. From my side the onboarding experience was smooth and the support team helped us a lot when it came to set everything up.
Pros: Great support team (they are really awesome!) and the product itself is easy to use and everything is centralized.
Cons: Some settings require digging a bit to find at first. Some aspects of the UI are not as polished.

I use Archie mainly to book desks when I go into the office. It’s straightforward and saves me from having to check with others before showing up.
Pros: Very fast booking process and a clear, user-friendly interface. I especially like the ability to see where coworkers are sitting, which makes collaboration and planning the workday much easier.
Cons: Would be nice to have a “repeat booking” option for the same desk for instance at the end of the work day to simply repeat the booking if the spot is available.

I was responsible for implementing Archie for our office. The integrations with Outlook and Microsoft Teams worked well and the rollout was easier than expected. Employees started using it almost immediately.
Pros: Integrations are reliable and the system prevents double bookings effectively. The admin tools are also fairly straightforward.
Cons: A few admin settings are not immediately obvious when you first configure the platform, so documentation could be slightly clearer.

We operate a coworking space and use Archie for managing plans, billing and part of the physical space like space reservations. Members can book resources themselves which reduces a lot of manual scheduling for our team, simplifies how we charge them and all that, even for something as simple as printing credits or other add-on services we offer
Pros: Very flexible booking system and good visibility into availability. Their team has also been helpful whenever we needed guidance.
Cons: It took me a little while to fully grasp some of the more advanced configuration settings for memberships.

We use Archie mainly to manage visitors and meeting rooms. Guests are registered ahead of time and reception can see exactly who is expected during the day. It has made our front desk much more organized.
Pros: Visitor pre-registration works very well and hosts get notified when their guest arrives. It also keeps a clear log of visitors which is useful.
Cons: Setting up the visitor workflows took some time initially because there are many configuration options.

I mostly interact with Archie through the mobile app. If I decide to go into the office, I just open the app and reserve a desk in less than a minute. It’s a simple workflow that makes hybrid work easier.
Pros: Fast desk booking, clear office map, and the ability to see where colleagues are sitting. The app is very easy to use.
Cons: Sometimes the map takes a moment to load when a lot of people are booking desks early in the morning.

Archie helped us replace several small tools we were using for desks, meeting rooms, and visitors. Everything is now centralized which makes life easier for both employees and the operations team. Overall the experience has been very positive.
Pros: Very reliable booking system, easy integrations with calendars, and a clean interface. Employees adopted it quickly which is always the hardest part with new tools.
Cons: It would be nice to have more customization options for some parts of the interface, especially when configuring the navigation menu.

It’s made a real difference in how we organize our office days. I can see which zones are quiet, where my coworkers are sitting, and plan where to go before even leaving home. It’s simple but very effective.
Pros: The layout is clear and the map view is perfect for visualizing the office. Love that they added dark mode too!
Cons: Sometimes new features appear without much explanation, so it would help if updates were communicated faster.

Customer service is honestly great. They respond quickly and really help us figure things out. We use Archie to manage bookings for rooms and offices, and it’s been very reliable so far.
Pros: It’s flexible and covers everything from room bookings to visitor check-ins. The onboarding team was very helpful.
Cons: It took some time to set up since there are many customization options. Not really a con, just something to know upfront.

Archie est devenu un outil indispensable pour la gestion de notre espace de coworking ō79. L'application offre une excellente solution pour organiser les réservations et avoir une vue globale de l'utilisation des espaces. Malgré quelques domaines à améliorer, notamment concernant les réservations rétroactives et la synchronisation calendaire, je recommande vivement Archie pour tout gestionnaire d'espace de coworking.
Pros: Interface intuitive et facile à utiliser. Vue d'ensemble complète du coworking permettant une gestion efficace des réservations et de la disponibilité des espaces. Excellente visibilité sur les activités et l'occupation du bâtiment.
Cons: Impossibilité de réserver rétroactivement une heure ou date passée quand on a oublié de faire la réservation au préalable. Synchronisation avec les calendriers personnels (Google Calendar, Outlook) pas encore optimale, ce qui peut créer des conflits d'agenda.

8/10, it has had hiccups with syncing with Google Calendar, but it's decent software. Good looking UI, smooth experience overall. Booking recurring meetings is not obvious. I always have to coach myself through that process.
Pros: The UI/UX is good looking, fairly intuitive, and a really smooth experience. When the product works, it works perfectly, and this is 90-95% of the time.
Cons: Sometimes it is not synced with Google Calendar, so it will show a meeting room as available. Then it confirms a booking for me, but in fact the meeting room was not available, and thus the booking is not made. Thus I am forced to look up the Google calendar of multiple meeting rooms to determine what is actually available. This has been resolved, but it was an issue for 1 or 2 weeks.

The check-in process feels slick and modern, which makes a great first impression. The app runs on any tablet too so you can manage any type of device with Archie.
Pros: You set different badge templates per visit type + automate most of the steps of the registration process. It's great!
Cons: No block lists, and no native integration with HRIS. The system is pretty advanced but it does lack some features other enterprise tools offer.

Since the cellphone app tuning to align with the web platform everything works perfectly, and at ease ! In fact, it is easier to check-in with my booking pass from the cellphone app. The history of transactions and purchase receipt are easily traceable. I like the purchase and payment system and the way every actions are linked with my mail, to ensure clarity of every uses of the app.
Pros: I do like very much the booking app on the cellphone, especially the "pass check-in" system. It is friendly user and aesthetically sober guarantying a simpler use.
Cons: I disliked the previous cellphone app. It was so much simple that i had difficulties for booking my passes. It was much more a good looking app with few possibilities versus what was really possible to do on the web app. So i used the web platform all the times that i needed it, with computer starting steps at each time.

It's been great - the desk booking system offered Archie is so convenient. It's handy enough to make working in the office a well-planned experience.
Pros: Knowing who is in your neighbouring desks and where to find the colleague you want to have a chat. Another thing I like very much is that you can actually make a recurring booking.
Cons: So far, I haven't found anything that I do not like. If I have to name one, it may be that if the persons have the same initials, it would be good to show a photo if available when pop up on the initial.

Navigation is good. Options are easy to find. Occassionally I need to close the app and reopen it to get the door unlock screen to show up correctly.
Pros: The app so far can do everything I want with it. Reserve rooms. Review credits. Unlock doors. Review my invoices.
Cons: 2 cons. 1) The door unlocking isn't always seemless. Seems to sometimes delay and I have to hold the phone and move around until it finally unlocks. Most of the time it's fine. 2) I'd like an option where the door unlock is easier to pull up. I have to open the app. Go to a second screen. Then click on the door unlock icon. Not a big deal other than when my hands are full coming into the office. Would like it to be a button on the main screen.

Pros: Super easy to use and great user experience! Also love the fact that you can easily see who is at the office at the same time.
Cons: So far nothing! It was very easy and straight forward. Maybe would change the landing page for a calendar view?

Everyone on our team got the hang of it fast - we started with just meeting rooms and then extended to managing desks too shortly after.
Pros: Love the visual seating map, and how you can search by person or team. For me it's more about knowing who's at the office rather than where to sit, but still it's a great way to align.
Cons: At the beginning the mobile app was logging me out quite often, not sure if it was a set up issue but it lasted for a while and was very annoying. Luckily that happens rarely now.

The app feels modern and runs well. That might sound basic but it truly matters, and the experience is just as good on web although i use that less often.
Pros: Mobile and desktop both work great, lots of functionalities, and they update small aspects of the product very often.
Cons: The non-English language versions of the UI are auto translated I think, that's the feedback I got. Doesn't affect me personally but it might for some visitors switching language.

I like that it removes the guesswork from plannig office days. You just check the app, see the schedule and press "sit next to them".
Pros: The integration with Teams is great. Notifications, check-in, direct booking. Happy they will integrated visitors too in it.
Cons: I really wish the app could remember my favorite desk automatically or make it faster to rebook a resource.

Archie does what you expect it to. It’s straightforward and simply works + new hires pick it up quickly.
Pros: Setup was surprisingly quick, and the support team helped us import our floor plans and set up the different policies and settings we wanted to have in place.
Cons: Everything has to be tied to a user, you have privacy settings, but admins can still see who booked what.

We were using spreadsheets before. Archie brought structure to our space and now everything runs like clockwork, well almost let's say :)
Pros: The map editor is very flexible. Admin tools are powerful without being complicated. The UI is a bit nicer than other solutions.
Cons: Takes a bit of time to get used to how permissions work across roles as well as hot to adjust resource visibility based on team / user group.
