It's easy to see the map, navigate and book a desk for the selected time. 5 stars deserved because I have not run into any issue except that admin setting doesn't allow me to book a desk 2 month ahead.
Pros: It's easy to view the office map and book a desk for the time I want. I can also see who will be in office that day and plan, with just the browser, no software setup.
Cons: I thought I would be able to book any time I want but I only could book within 2 months, turns out it's an admin setting. It's sort of useless to book a meeting room because I would just do that just Gmail.

We use it to book desks within our office due to the pandemic, and it has been a great asset

When I used it I the legal AI feature just blew me away it seem like it was just spot on from point A to B..
Pros: The software was cutting edge technology really fast and reliable most companies software was just not cutting it but I must say that it was very good 😊
Cons: I don’t have any problems with it the software is just great believe me if it was a problem in any way I would have been the first to say that!!

I think Robin is great at what they do and makes it super easy for our team to book space.
Pros: Robin makes it easy for our remote workforce to stay connected and meet in person together
Cons: Robin isn't used as much as it used to be so sometimes not worth the price

my overall experience with Robin has been very positive, super helpful for our organization and will be used for the long run as we are in a hybrid office setting.
Pros: love the ease of use on Robin for booking a desk, seeing who is the office, adding any guests to visit our offices. It helps keep our organization organized with people coming in and out of the office.
Cons: no cons for me so far. Everything has been so easy to use with my colleagues

Pros: the interface and calendar integraion help booking rooms and managing spaces very easy. It is useful to have availability of rooms in real time.
Cons: it is a third party app to keep track of since we have other platforms for hybrid meetings.

My experience has been awesome, i can complain at all, the way they made everything so easy is perfect.
Pros: I have been using Robin for almost a year now and what i like the most is how easy to set up appointments and rooms scheduling, we just a few clicks i can reserve any room available for a meeting.
Cons: An option to send notifications to all users would be fantastic. Options like direct messages or emails related to the meeting, for those time when a last time meeting is up.

My overall experience with Robin has been pleasant. It's easy to maneuver and reliable.
Pros: I use Robin for my current company I work for. Our office was just recently renovated to a smaller space and we are required to book our desks whenever we come into office using Robin. Robin is very easy to access and use. It makes it easy to find a spot that's open and easy to book it. Another great thing about Robin is if you end up booking out in advance, it will send you a reminder the day prior of your booked seat.
Cons: I don't have any bad things to say about Robin. It's pretty self explanatory and easy to access on your own without much guidance.

Pros: It is very clear and it makes easy to choose and reserve a space whether a desk or car-park.
Cons: You need to check-in well in advance of your reservation or it will give away your space.

Robin is a useful platform to use to reserve your desk and space in the office on the days you plan to go in when working a hybrid work schedule. You are able to set certain time frames that you plan to be in the office and can see a list of other colleagues planning to go into the office so planning meetings or events can be made easier.
Pros: I love that you can plan ahead and book your desk in office so that when you come in you are not flustered trying to find and available desk to sit at. It makes planning to go into the office on a day to day basis very easy!
Cons: I wish Robin would allow you to set a "home office" preference. I work at a company that has several office locations near me and I do go into all of the offices. I wish that when I reserved a desk at an office that isn't my usually office, that the next time i go to reserve a desk the program auto adjusts back to my home office without me having to scroll through the long list of available offices.

I got Robin to use for office and staff management. It makes it easy for scheduling, staff management and booking meeting rooms. I was not able to keep the software as long as I wanted, due to losing my business with the economy, and taking a corporate job, but I would go back to Robin in a heart beat!!!
Pros: I love the ease of use, and how it allows me to schedule client meetings, book meeting rooms and watch my team's in-office productivity so easy.
Cons: Ya know, there was not anything I did not like about Robin. I think that it's leading edge software.

My overall experience with Robin was Amazing , i love how they have helped us in streamlining the process as well as the integrations they have in their software. We have integrated it with Google workspace and Microsoft 365 as it helped achieve our targets. Overall i am very happy with them.
Pros: The thing I like about Robin is their products quality and well maintained service. They have helped us in regards to Our operations management and helped reducing the time taken to manage and book services related to schedule and booking.
Cons: No hard rule, but costs can be definitely improved.

I really like Robin to book and manage my meetings, it is a self-explanatory program which allows you to handle your meetings and rooms efficiently.
Pros: What I really like is that you can have a different view in the rooms that can be booked, hence, you can view it as a schedule or you can view the rooms and see if they are blocked. The schedule gives you an overview on how long the room is blocked whereas the room view comes with colors which signfy the current satus of the room. This is perfect for a quick view.
Cons: It would be great if there would be the possibility to view immediately, no matter from which view, if the room is occupied, for how long and by whom. There is a workaround to see who booked the room but I am quite sure that this could be made easier.

Simple and easy to book rooms for meetings. Not much to complain at all!
Pros: Very efficient on booking rooms, stations and seeing the status of each room.
Cons: Mobile could use a bit more refinement to navigate. Older people has gotten a bit overwhelmed.

Overall Robin has been a great asset for the employees of our company. In a remote/hybrid work environment, Robin plays a key role to ensure the office space is available to those who choose to come in and work.
Pros: Robin has been the best office management solution under one platform.It has a friendly interface and was easily adapted by our employees. It has allowed our team to manage themselves and their work schedule when working in a hybrid setting.
Cons: For the many times that I have used Robin to book my work desk , I am yet to have any issues or concerns regarding the functions of the platform. It works great!

Robin has been beneficial for our team when we all travel to the office and are wanting to find a space to all work together
Pros: Robin makes it easy for me and my team to book desks in advance when we all visit the office. We also can book a larger meeting room so that we can all arrive and work together when we do not want to work individually or need to have meetings.
Cons: I do not have anything negative to say about Robin

Pros: We are a global firm that has offices in over 10 countries. So having a centralized app to book meeting rooms, office/desk space is crucial. Since remote work is a large part of our business now, coming into the office for a day or two we need access to open desks/offices for planning purposes. The user interface is nice and clean, easy to use.
Cons: I would say the name of the app doesn't really convey the purpose of what it does or the functionality.
