Reliable and feature-rich tool, but setup complexity and UI challenges impact experience. Can improve the features like configuration
Pros: Powerful patching, simple device management, automation, detailed reports, remote control and scale.
Cons: Steep learning curve, slow UI at times, complex setup, limited customization, and support delays. Should have better support
Iftikhar I. · Analyst, Systems and Networks · Sports · May 20, 2026
Has been decent, separating support roles is something that does need approved on. There also need to be more updated "how to do" sections that are not using oder version of the products screen shots.
Pros: Remote access and Patching are very critical for our network. The more we work with deployment the more we are enjoying that feature.
Cons: Separation of security We have helpdesk staff that should only see certain computers. There is not a dynamic way to configure that at this point

All in all, it’s a very stable and user-friendly environment for managing all tasks related to end devices. The user interface is clearly laid out, and it’s a pleasure to work with.
Pros: Most i like is the 360degree view of patching and the web frontend is clearely structorized. The support is really fast and very competent.
Cons: Remote Control could be a bit more stable. I wish more MSP specific features like more fine grained Admin User rights.

Overall, my experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been very positive. It has simplified endpoint management, patch deployment, software installation, and remote support activities across the organization. The platform helps maintain security compliance and improves operational efficiency. It is a reliable solution for enterprise endpoint management with good automation capabilities.
Pros: ManageEngine Endpoint Central provides a centralized and user-friendly platform for patch management, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, asset management, and endpoint security. The patch deployment process is smooth, and the automation features help reduce manual effort significantly. Remote control and software deployment functionalities are very useful for daily IT operations. The interface is easy to navigate, and endpoint monitoring is effective for managing large numbers of devices.
Cons: Sometimes report generation and export functions can be slow, especially with large data sets. A few feature updates may require additional troubleshooting after deployment. The agent occasionally shows systems offline even when they are active, which may require manual sync or troubleshooting.

Excellent Product good value for money against it's others we have tested. Enrollment easy. Endpoint management easy
Pros: Ease of Use. It does what it says out of the box. Deployment is easy, Device management is easy. Support
Cons: It messages users too much about deployment. Agent upgrade can fail from time to time needing manual intervention

Our overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been very positive. It has improved endpoint visibility, centralized management, and deployment efficiency across our environment. The solution is reliable for daily IT operations and offers strong functionality compared to its pricing.
Pros: ManageEngine Endpoint Central provides excellent value for money with comprehensive endpoint management features. It simplifies software deployment, patch management, remote troubleshooting, and device monitoring from a centralized console. The platform is easy to use and helps reduce IT operational workload significantly.
Cons: Customer support response time can sometimes be slow for critical issues, especially when handling complex troubleshooting cases. Some advanced configurations and reporting features could also be more intuitive.

Extremely pleasant, happy with the support and experience they provide, they care about their customers
Pros: The features, its reliable, support are fast to reply and resolve issues and are friendly and understanding. Price is also good for the features they offer. It is easy to use, intergrates well with our SDP. Deployments are easy and configurations. It saves us time.
Cons: There are not many cons I can think of as it is feature rich and they constantly are adding features to it.
Stephen N. · Senior IT Engineer Support · Architecture & Planning · May 15, 2026
Regardless of the challenge of 3rd party application patching, the product overall is still one of the best and strongest available. From asset management to software deployment the product continues to excel.
Pros: The improved and enhanced ability to create custom user and computer configurations along with the ability to customize patching to support flexibility throughout our environment.
Cons: 3rd party application patching is still a challenge. Most 3rd party apps require a task kill to be ran in order for the patch to occur and the product does not offer that function within the Deployment Policies so we often time have those patches fail to install.

My overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been very positive. I am happy and satisfied using the product because it has helped simplify endpoint management and reduce the amount of manual work required for daily IT operations. The platform is reliable, easy to manage once configured, and provides a wide range of features such as patch management, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, and asset management in a single console. I especially appreciate how efficiently it handles routine tasks and keeps devices secure and up to date. The automation features save time, and the remote management tools make it easier to support users quickly. Overall, it has improved operational efficiency and made endpoint administration much more convenient for our environment.
Pros: What stands out most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is how much endpoint management it consolidates into one platform without feeling overly fragmented.
Cons: Some of the most common complaints about ManageEngine Endpoint Central revolve around usability, complexity, and support quality rather than core functionality.
Alexander M. · Assistant IT Manager · Hospitality · May 15, 2026
Overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central is positive, as it provides a comprehensive endpoint management solution that supports IT operations effectively. It helps streamline tasks such as patch management, software deployment, and device monitoring, making it a reliable tool for enterprise IT environments despite a moderate learning curve.
Pros: Everything in ManageEngine Endpoint Central helps to simplify IT administration tasks by providing centralized control for endpoint management, patching, software deployment, and monitoring. It significantly improves efficiency, reduces manual work, and makes daily IT operations more organized and easier to manage across multiple devices and users.
Cons: At times, the interface can feel slightly complex for new users due to the large number of features and configuration options available. Initial setup and understanding of all modules may require a learning curve, and some advanced settings are not immediately intuitive without referring to documentation or prior experience.

It's a very powerful platform that allows you to do many things, besides keeping the company's equipment updated. It's been a little difficult for me because I haven't taken any courses on Endpoint, and it would be great if you had one available so I could delve a little deeper into the world of Endpoint.
Pros: What I liked most about EndPoint Central is the patch automation and self-service; this greatly facilitates the control of equipment in the company and considerably reduces vulnerabilities in them.
Cons: What I didn't like is that it doesn't allow me to assign permissions for integration options to a role. In my case, I needed to create a role that had access to integration and patching options, but only the Administrator role has access to them. Also, the remote control tool is very slow, and file transfers are very difficult. Furthermore, when trying to install a program that requires administrator privileges, the screen just locks, and I can't enter my credentials.
Salvador R. · Sr · Mining & Metals · May 15, 2026
Pros: We can see it has a lot of potential capabilities, it can be a very well rounded product, but we need better training on use.
Cons: We have found that the explanations of functions are not well described in software and not intuitive.
Garrett H. · System Administrator · Government Administration · May 14, 2026
Overall, my experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been positive. It provides a broad set of tools for managing endpoints and reduces the need to rely on several separate products. Once configured properly, it helps save time on patching, software deployment, asset tracking, and remote troubleshooting. There is a learning curve, but the platform becomes much more valuable once the main workflows are set up and customized to the environment.
Pros: What I liked most was having multiple endpoint management functions in one place. Patch management, software deployment, remote control, inventory, and configuration management are all centralized, which makes day-to-day administration much easier. The patching workflow is especially useful because it helps identify missing updates quickly and automate deployments across different devices.
Cons: The interface can feel a bit crowded at times, especially when first getting started. Some menus and settings take time to learn, and certain reports or configuration options could be more intuitive. Initial setup and fine-tuning policies may require patience, particularly in larger or more complex environments.

Great!! I am really liking the Health checkups. Endpoint Central has allowed us to automate so many things -- patch deployment, Bitlocker.
Pros: Endpoint Central is quite comprehensive with regard to patching, securing and analysis of hardware and software. I use the Chat option frequently and always get quick help and resolutions. We can analyze software and hardware inventory.
Cons: Try not to move too many menu items around. Has a bit of a learning curve - b/c it offers so much. But Customer Support is really super helpful and follows through on solutions.

Reliable and cost-effective endpoint management tool. Easy to deploy and very useful for patching and remote administration.
Pros: Easy to use, strong patch management, and good remote support features at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
Cons: The interface feels outdated sometimes, and some advanced features need better customization.
Ahmed W. · IT Admin · Civil Engineering · May 14, 2026
satisifed the whole way and much worthable to share with other teams as well to implement ME products
Pros: customer support is good and efficient and more over friendly to use, not more complex and simple to understand and guide for the engineers
Cons: customizable and options are not some manageable from our customer end and AD plus and Op manager would be the area to work on.
hariharasudhan N. · Engineer · Hospital & Health Care · May 14, 2026
It is a good application for managing all systems. It offers great value for money, and the endpoint management can be deployed to all devices in a single step.
Pros: I can easily control all our computers, servers, and mobile devices, deploy configurations, and get quick support.
Cons: During deployment, it takes too much time, and some agents were not working properly. I had to reinstall them again.
Kavinkumar M. · System Admin · Mental Health Care · May 14, 2026
I like the product, it is very easy to use, and you can pick things up pretty quickly. I wish it had a little more flexible control over patching interaction with end users.
Pros: A good value for the money. On Prem capability. Ease of use is very good. Customer support is very good.
Cons: Patch management deployment options could be a little better. Issues with AD integration for computers.
Jim G. · VP - Infrastructure · Banking · May 13, 2026
Very intuitive and highly functional. I recommended this to our sister company and they love it! The tech team is attentive and provides you assistance right away. Not sure if that is because we have premium subscription.
Pros: I have been using their products for a long time.. from ADReport, ADManager, EventLog then this Centralize Management Platform
Cons: I haven't encountered any issue on this particular product. Some product I would say took long time to get back to you.
Anthony C. · VP of Information Technologies · Investment Banking · May 13, 2026
Overall, it is a great tool for endpoint management. Customer support is very responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve issues.
Pros: Great product for endpoint management. Comprehensive and fairly easy to use. I have been using it for 5+ years and have had very little trouble; when I did, the support team resolved it very quickly.
Cons: Nothing I can think of at the moment. Very comprehensive with new features added on route update cycles.
Jason S. · Senior Systems Analyst · Defense & Space · May 13, 2026
The tool is great and addition is supporting team that is responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance.
Pros: The tool is easy to use; user friendly and the functions are exactly what we need. From security to helpdesk people under single tool of use.
Cons: Some functionalities we need are still missing such as continuous software deployment task. Also, agent communication with the server should be less than 90 minutes.
Augusto D. · Information Security Specialist · Retail · May 13, 2026
Overall I like the product. We plan to migrate sites from onprem to cloud and leverage automatic patching for applications.
Pros: Customer service is prompt. Automatic Patching (Pilot) Definitely time saver with running scripts on backend without disrupting users.
Cons: Not built-in features for running dynamic queries in Reports and scheduling them. Software deployment with some applications is a bit buggy. It installs with retry but not smoother. Error code knowledge base could improve. It lacks feature to browse into machines via GUI interface on backend. Run as user deployment gets stuck, have to install via Remote Office computer as system admin. It may work better with onprem domain but we are Hybrid joined users.
