It helps me to submit and keep organized needed for the program fleet. The history It allows me to see what happened to vehicles before of coming to our program
Pros: Easy finding of different kind of assets status and history, It is very helpful for me to have history by asset, I do like the prepopulated task for FAI inspections
Cons: About user interface, I do not like that sometimes is not easy to go to the window before, you have to go all the way to the home page

User Friendly for the most part, but more difficult when you go beyond the technician level. As I learn and use it more and become more familiar with capabilities it is becoming easier to use.
Pros: Ease of access and searchability make this Operating system user friendly and well defined. I would recommend to other companies to use.
Cons: Naming conventions not specified. There are blocks in the learning curve that make it hard to find what you are looking for. Trying the help solutions does not always work.

Pros: Tracking of maintenance tasks, PO entry and tracking, automatic distribution of Work orders to personnel for completion
Cons: hard to enter new PO items for inventory--need a clone or copy feature to prevent repetitive typing and data entry
Jordan K. · Manager · Food Production · February 25, 2026
Overall it is a good tool that helps us schedule our work. I feel this tool is not perfect but overall very solid for what we need.
Pros: The ability to search and navigate my Work Orders. There is an ability to track what we have done and compile knowledge on specific equipment.
Cons: The new view is not as easy to navigate. The filters I set seem to continually reset or revert to the original view.

I Highly recommend Maintenance Connect to any company that is in the market. Really enjoy the User simplicity of this system.
Pros: The ease of use and "asset tree". I really enjoy the simplicity this system has to offer. The new "Crue" AI function is great!
Cons: Sometimes very glitchy when moving too fast, the system seems to buffer too often whenever lots of users are in the system at the same time.
Spencer L. · Scheduler · Oil & Energy · February 25, 2026
Its okay, I've used other systems with easier accessibility to other features and functions. I would like to be able to get a better breakdown of how to actually use the program and customize our experience
Pros: Its relatively easy to use, quick and mostly simple. Gets the basics done and seems user friendly on the surface
Cons: Its kind of clunky in places, wish it was more versatile. Other features were easy to find and use. Would like to be able to easily add Different users for W/O tracibility as well as being able to use a scanner for parts inventory

As a user of over 8 years I have become very familiar with the in's and out's of the daily operation. If a need arises that I am unfamiliar with customer service is always quick to respond with a solution and/or just solve the problem for us remotely. This in and of itself is why I chose to participate in the review. Accruent has really invested in customer service. It has always been good but even better over the last 1-2 years. Keep up the good work.
Pros: The simplicity of navigation... It is much easier than other CMMS platforms. This helps keep technician interaction to a minimum to focus on labor tasks at hand.
Cons: - Labor and user set-up... Needing to navigate to multiple levels of the software to assign appropriate authorizations. - Frequent updates requiring cache and browsing history deletion for the program to function correctly. - Global search function for inventory or asset information. I wish it was more one word search specific for results. It not being can make it difficult to find a result quickly

I've been a user and admin of MC for many years. I think it's a fairly reliable tool, but not as user friendly as it could be. There are bugs here and there I would like to see smoothed out but overall I think it's a good tool with room for improvement.
Pros: It's easy to navigate. I like the levels of error protection across the tool, making sure that erroneous actions are limited.
Cons: Difficult to mass manipulate work orders. There are times when large groups of work orders are needed to be assigned to a specific person on multiple specific dates, or work orders that multiple need to be issued. Right now there's no easy way to do mass edits, only one at a time in most cases. Better flexibility in that would help. I think it would be nice for export capabilities too, for multiple user access levels. If a user level could export a list of assets, or work orders into a .csv file, that would be a huge benefit for our business.

Since the first-time using Maintenance Connection, the system has been consistent in proving its overall effectiveness as well as its data retrieving methods.
Pros: It's quick and easy to put in work order requests. Plus, it's a great system to track my work order requests.
Cons: No dislikes. It's doing what it's supposed to do. It's doing what we need it to do. It's proven to be just right for my organization.

I have had a great experience with Maintenance connection and the usability of it from an operators phone is very useful for our facility. we keep all of maintenance and equipment manuals on our M C which allows technicians to access it from remote areas.
Pros: we use it for maintenance and operations rounds. having the ability to have specs entered is a huge plus and helps us with our operations
Cons: the website navigation isnt great. when going into an asset and navigating down through multiple planes and then going back, it forces you to go through the entire process again. the back button for the web browser will send you back to the login page.
Matthew F. · Operations Leader · Oil & Energy · February 25, 2026
My overall experience with maintenance connection is very positive. The system is highly helpful and helps us keep our office in check and always ready for service.
Pros: The fast service that can be provided with the help of maintenance connection that we can provide to our guests.
Cons: Maintenance connection has a lot of advantages, however the thing I like the least would have to be the issue reporting process as sometimes it can take a little bit too long.
Julia R. · Reception · Aviation & Aerospace · February 25, 2026
well i'm just starting out with it. maybe on my next review ill have better input.
Pros: Maintenance Connection is very user friendly.
Cons: i couldn't think of anything.
Dave S. · Maintenance · Construction · February 24, 2026
Overall great. easy to find my tasks on the daily. the flow and the ability to work on things are very smooth.
Pros: I like how quickly everything loads when signing on. The offline maintenance scheduling never interrupts my work hours.
Cons: Unable to switch to dark mode. Also needs to have an iphone app. possibly the ability to work offline.
Gustavo L. · Technician · Airlines/Aviation · February 24, 2026
Great experience, I always seem to be able to find a way to do what I need to do with it and it has a ton of features and more than one way to do many tasks.
Pros: Great Maintenance Management, and User Interface fairly easy to learn and teach others how to use. I was up and working in a few days and use it daily.
Cons: Making reports can be difficult but you can drill down well and get amazing amount of detail for any kind of report, I summarize lots of reports with AI
Brandon D. · Maintenance Planner Scheduler · Building Materials · February 24, 2026
My overall experience is that it was VERY easy to learn and quite intuitive. The features are great and the layout is perfect
Pros: The ability to track, assign, create and close work orders in a convenient visual all in one location.
Cons: There isn't much I don't like about it. I'm not sure who wouldn't like this system. I don't know what else to say here.
Victor C. · Maintenance Manager · Consumer Goods · February 24, 2026
Process Automation of PM's are not intuitive. Cannot seem to control when it start verses target date of specific pm to accurately track KPI's
Pros: All the options that are available to really track important KPI's, expenses, parts, team members, as well as different layers of user access and work order generation.
Cons: It is not user intuitive to use, some simple things are buried in categories that are not logical. User interface not as robust. Setting up PM's, the prime use i feel for this type of product, is not very easy to set up nor control
Kevin A. · Maintenance Supervisor · Machinery · February 24, 2026
Very useful and happy to log on each day. It has been a vast improvement over other adjacent solutions.
Pros: Great way to keep track of all the projects happening on my site! Highly recommend as it has a wide application
Cons: Sometimes it can run slow, and its not clear if something is loading. Picture storage / viewing is hard to manage.
Cesar G. · Mechanical Engineer · Military · February 24, 2026
I love Maintenance Connect. It definitely helps me keeps my tasks organized. I like being able to filter between date and sort by priority.
Pros: I like the usefulness of the reports. I also like being able to see upcoming tasks and being able to filter them by target dates.
Cons: Sometimes my work orders seemed to be delayed in getting to me though that could just be that we were going through some organization changes.
Timothy L. · I and E Supervisor · Oil & Energy · February 24, 2026
Overall, it’s been a dependable system for our team. It helps us stay organized, keep track of assets, and stay on top of maintenance without things falling through the cracks. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job done, and the support team really helps make up for any rough edges.
Pros: Maintenance Connection has made our day‑to‑day work a lot smoother. Creating and tracking work orders is pretty straightforward, and keeping up with preventive maintenance is way easier now. Inventory tracking has also gotten better over the years, which saves us a ton of headaches. Their support team deserves credit — whenever we’ve run into issues, they’ve been quick to jump in and help.
Cons: The interface could definitely use a refresh. Some things take more clicks than they should, and a few parts of the system feel a bit old‑school. Reporting works well once you figure it out, but there’s a learning curve. The mobile version is handy, but still not perfect when you're out in the field.
Kevin L. · Maintenance Lead Technician · Warehousing · February 24, 2026
very good exierience. hands down the best mainteneace program that i have used in 12 years of being in maintenance.
Pros: easy acess to everything. ive been using maintenence connection for quite some time and have always enjoyed it.
Cons: i canty really say i dont like anything about it. i would say the only thing i dont like mis the number of liscence that we have.
Samuel W. · maintenance mechanic · Food Production · February 24, 2026
My overall experience has been okay. Would be better if the layout were improved and the searching for parts were easier.
Pros: I like how it You can see past work orders. This helps sol; ve alot of problems wth less down time if you read old work orders, it can save troubleshooting time.
Cons: The biggest con of MC is the new layout when closing Wos it does not show all failed reasons. You have to go and select all option
Dalton Y. · Maintenance lead Tech · Automotive · February 24, 2026
Going on year 6 now and overall happy with the program. It has helped eliminate down time in the production area and helped with organizing things during out audits.
Pros: The interface is helpful and easy to understand. We use it primarily for maintenance management and it makes creating PM's and WO's very easy to track and revert back to in times of need, such as an audit.
Cons: The cost of the program is a little on the expensive side but if you were to use it to its fullest potential, I think one can justify it. Customer support is great when you can get in touch but that is not the easiest thing to do for some reason.
Kody B. · Maintenance Manager · Food Production · February 24, 2026
I haven't used Maintenance Connection long, but everything seems easy to use. Truly impressive and reliable.
Pros: Easy to use, intuitive design that saves time and makes every task simple and stress-free daily now.
Cons: I think it's great, truly impressive and reliable, delivering consistent value and results every time.
Charday A. · Maintenance Secretaty · Law Enforcement · February 24, 2026
My overall experience with Maintenance Connection has been a great learning curve, helping enhance my overall experience with data tracking and learning the importance of critical assets.
Pros: The easy access historian for all assets to collect data, as well as how easy it is to export the data for KPI/PBI recording.
Cons: Internal issues, but this issue comes with any type of software. The timely manner in which these issues are handled and the quick response from the team on handling the issues are very impressive!
