Pros: ViaSocket is providing a great tool to connect my apps and get the best reports and data info. I connect Inmobalia and Power BI which gives me an immense amount of information to see the performance of the Real Estate Team, track KPIs and revenue.

Cons: At the beginning is not too user-friendly. You need to take time to learn all the features so you can take advantage of the tool. After a couple of weeks, the process is seamless.

Pros: Compared to industry giants like Zapier or Make, it offers generous execution limits at a very affordable price point, the AI integration is a standout, you can use simple text prompts to generate workflows which drastically speeds up the process of connecting apps. The number of supported apps is increasing every day, the major players are already supported and if the app you need is not there, you can get in touch and ask for the app to be supported, they are very fast. A lot of flow logic is implented (if/else, loops, delays, custom JavaScript, webhooks, custom API calls). The support team is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Cons: The UI is entirely functional but could use some polish, it prioritizes raw utility over aesthetics and a very linear workflow visual organization. Mapping highly complex data (like extracting details from messy payloads require understanding JSON syntax and logic that might overwhelm beginners. Troubleshooting and testing specific steps can sometimes involve a bit of trial and error to get the variable mapping exactly right.

Pros: It has a simple workflow and interface that is easy to understand. Works well for someone just starting out with automation

Cons: Need to add more apps. I noticed some apps are not available to be connected via automation like Tutorlms

Pros: I use viaSocket to automate my business requirements, and it has removed manual work entirely, saving me a lot of time. The AI feature is really helpful, and I was able to create my desired automated workflow using it. I also like that it has all the application extensions I need to build my workflow. Their support for a wide variety of applications like Google Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Instagram, and WhatsApp is impressive. The initial setup was very easy.

Cons: Could have had proper documentation of each service for getting started and also for advanced integration.

Pros: The AI-assisted workflow creation is genuinely impressive. Instead of manually wiring up triggers and actions, you describe the outcome you want and the platform builds it. The integration library is massive, covering CRM, project management, e-commerce, communication tools, and more. Conditional logic and webhook support give it real depth beyond basic automation. The interface is clean and approachable without sacrificing power for users who want to go deeper with JavaScript transforms or custom API calls. For the value offered, it is hard to beat.

Cons: Error messages when a workflow fails are not always descriptive enough to pinpoint the issue quickly. Debugging a broken flow can sometimes take more trial and error than it should. I provided this feedback though and they are working on it already, which is awesome.

Pros: I loved the support I got for setting up the flow and integrations. The tools and options they have for automation is incredible. They were always available to set up a meeting to solve any issue. I really loved it.

Cons: One thing I dislike about the Viasocket I would tell is ui seems very old and not good. Sometimes it is confusing. Another thing is the overuse of AI in everything.

Pros: Honestly, I love that it just actually works and works really well, great software and great support. I reached out to ask a couple questions before joining, customer support responded to me super quickly with a warmth and respect you don't often get from bigger tech companies so hats off to you guys. I have used other automation tools in the past, I physically can't afford to be spending time fixing simple issues, viaSockets template library saved me so much time and as well, It ensures that I get the quality I pay for.

Cons: The error messages could be clearer, I had an issue with the permissions on my google account when connecting and it took me a little while to figure it out. When a workflow fails you get told that it failed, but working out exactly why takes more digging than it should. Maybe that's something that could be worked on?

In most cases, the delay is negligible and does not interfere with day-to-day automation tasks, especially considering the platform’s wide range of integrations and ease of use.

Pros: The abstraction layer is actually elite. I usually prefer writing my own custom middleware because most no-code tools feel like they were built for people who still use password as their password. But viaSocket lets me inject custom logic without the usual overhead. The API response times are optimal, and the way it handles webhooks is pretty basic. It solves the local machine problem for my entire workflow.

Cons: The UI has a bit too much. There are some components that feel like they’re trying too hard to be user-friendly, which just makes the DOM feel cluttered. I’d honestly prefer a darker terminal-style interface so I don’t have to interact with so many bright primary colors. Also, the documentation is good, but I still had to message support once to clarify a specific rate limit, which was a high-latency experience for my anxiety.

Pros: It was super easy to integrade with our desired tools. Fantastic for those with limited dev experience or without an entire dev resource.

Cons: While they have heaps of integrations / tools, there are still a few that are missing which is a little annoying. Nonetheless, still a great tool.

Pros: viaSocket helped bridge some gaps as we roll out agentic features and MCP servers. The interface is easy and intuitive and really helped simplify our deployments. Whether you're a seasoned developer or just learning about MCP servers, I think the platform can be very helpful.

Cons: I currently do not have anything I dislike about viaSocket. While we've only been using a short time, it has been extremely helpful. I suppose I could mention that I found viaSocket accidentally, so marketing and awareness would have probably saved me a bunch of time.

Pros: Honestly I have tried other tools such as N8N, Zapier & Make, but I found the price THE BEST, other that the support is good enough as whenever we stuck anywhere the via socket team quickly gets connect for even small query by ease of connecting. Other that the ease of using also good enough to adapt as newbie or non tech person as well.

Cons: UI can be more better as right now sometime some popups come unnecessarily without clicking such as that variable popup which come unnecessarily will variable mapping in any flow.

Cons: The customer support is basically AI. So there might be some issues with some but you can also get into a human CS.

Pros: I have researched and trialed different automation software. I like that ViaSocket has an intuitive, no-code needed dashboard to build your workflow. My favorite feature is the Templates dashboard which allow you to see featured workflows and you can also search through the database of workflows and simply copy over to your own workspace. That's pretty cool.

Cons: I am looking forward to more connections. I am sure they are constantly working to add more available vendors.

Cons: - Not so modern UI, and i did not like the used font - They did not show the pricing yet, which you need to keep in mind before relying on it for your business.
