Its been great experience so far with Make for me. as i said its been almost 1.5 years of building multiple automations, for businesses, individuals, companies or even for personal use cases, it has been an awesome journey. The support team of make.com is also very helpful and so is the documentations of make. so for me i have really enjoyed using this platform compared to any other no code automation tools
Pros: $95
Cons: I am not fond of white screen when i am working for hours on laptop. And that is the missing thing in make.com despite seeing lot of requests for adding a dark view or night mode for the platform Make has yet to bring that feature. Apart from that, there sometimes are issues faced with integrations with meta related products. Like social media automations breaking sometimes, due to some issue in connection with Meta.

Overall i recommend it to others. More good things than bad things.
Pros: Easy to use. Great Value for the money.
Cons: Not very mobile friendly.

The experience with MAKE is great. Thanks to new features on a regular basis, a big community and a lot of help every project and workflow can be achieved, Of course you need to have time to understand the product, create and administrate your workflows, but that should be clear from the start. MAKE is for automation, but it needs know-how to use, which you can get by using the product.
Pros: Make has an easy to understand, user firendly UI, with Drag and Drop you can add, connect and edit Moduls from a VERY wide range of tools to automate mail summaries, adding informations to exsiting data and so on, I could write an essay about the possibilities alone. But thanks to Drafts that are made by MAKE you can a good overview about the possibilities with MAKE. There is also a new option fpr AI Agents, Human in the Loop as an extra security step... MAKE is always up to date
Cons: Due to the amount of possibilities with make it is sometimes hard to find the correct modules, connections or ideas. It is sometimes trial and error how to create your workflow.

Overall has been a game changer in terms of scaling and automating repetitive tasks, especially with the automatic scheduling feature.
Pros: I like how Make lets me automate my cold email campaigns with custom logic and integrations that would take hours manually. The integration with OpenAI in particular is awesome.
Cons: The visual builder can get confusing with complex scenarios, and error handling isn’t always intuitive. Also, auto save should be implemented because I've lost changes many times with this.

J’UTILISE MAKE (AVANT INTEGROMAT) POUR AUTOMATISER MES TÂCHES SANS CODER. TRÈS PUISSANT, IL ME FAIT GAGNER BEAUCOUP DE TEMPS SUR LES PROCESSUS RÉPÉTITIFS.
Pros: FLEXIBILITÉ TOP, PLEIN D’INTÉGRATIONS, ET UNE VISUALISATION CLAIRE DES AUTOMATISATIONS EN TEMPS RÉEL. L’INTERFACE GRAPHIQUE AIDE À CRÉER DES WORKFLOWS COMPLEXES FACILEMENT.
Cons: UN PEU TECHNIQUE POUR LES DÉBUTANTS, SURTOUT SI ON NE CONNAÎT PAS LES LOGIQUES CONDITIONNELLES OU API. LA TARIFICATION PEUT MONTER VITE SI ON LANCE BEAUCOUP D’OPÉRATIONS.

My overall experience with using "Make" is good. And it is all good for the free version to provide some effortless people to do some of the automation work in Make.
Pros: Make.com user-friendly design and robust automation features turned complex workflows into easy tasks!
Cons: I am getting some difficulties about some of case projects, like Insert API to integrate the other applications in to make.com
RAM K. · SEO Analyst · Import and Export · May 25, 2025
Pros: Super useful to build complex automations without needing to code, I link multiple apps together and it works like a flowchart so it’s easy to follow
Cons: Only thing is, when one step fails it sometimes stops the whole scenario, and debugging takes a bit too long. Also hit the operation limit faster than I thought
Nuria R. · Community Manager · Telecommunications · May 18, 2025
The scenario builder is clear enough and shows data moving between modules which helps a lot to debug
Pros: It’s great that you can test each module step by step, that saves so much time when things break
Cons: Support is okay but sometimes takes a while to get past the basic replies

Apart from the hard to debug workflows, make.com does a good job at helping me develop simple workflows - between make.com, google sheets and social media.
Pros: Connects with thousands of applications and makes me communicate with different apps and transfer data across nodes to help me achieve my tasks. With make, you can build your own self serving API powered apps without a single line of code.
Cons: I bought into the hype of building AI agents with make.com, very wrong idea. Triggers won't work automatically and you have to turn it on to actually keep everything running
Babatunde O. · SEO Marketer · Marketing and Advertising · April 25, 2025

Pros: It's a very customizable platform for you to set up automated data transfer. It's pretty user-friendly and integrate with so many different platforms.
Cons: Because there's so many integrations and it's very customizable that means that it's not as user-friendly. There's definitely a learning curve to figure out how to set it up to be most beneficial for your company but once you set it up, it's incredibly useful.
Rylan G. · Performance Marketing Specialist · Legal Services · April 11, 2025
Great company and great service. Will use for certain projects.
Pros: I like how simple it is to use. I feel like anyone with knowledge of the internet can use it.
Cons: It wasn't advanced as I'd like. I wanted to hook up to custom APIs.
Andris M. · Product Developer · Information Technology and Services · March 14, 2025
Make is one of the automation platforms that is best for its capability to connect diverse types of applications
Pros: Thanks to the visual interface, creating unique scenarios that are different from the standard ones is as simple as a pie
Cons: his software is so flexible that it takes a lot of time to learn the skill of using it
Thomas S. · Co-Founder · Marketing and Advertising · March 8, 2025
The staff were helpful when they could. It takes a bit of learning, but the AI also helps work out what's wrong. I worked out how to do it a bit like with trial and error working out the bad things first but you get there.
Pros: It had the integration I needed to connect two parts without paying as much as Zapier.
Cons: Some of the connections like the Klaviyo to Neverbounce didn't work with the bulk check and neither side was quite sure what to do. I decided to find an alternative solution for that.

Make.com is incredible. I honestly feel that every small business should be using it. It can radically revolutionize a small business. Save money, save time and actually increase revenue with a few simple automations, like email, leads gen, social media, copy creation and much much more. Pair it with Airtable for an unstoppable force.
Pros: Make is incredible. I discovered it about 36 weeks ago. I have been binging it ever since. I took the entire academy. Ive got dozens of great automations running on it. Its fabulous
Cons: I only wish there were more lessons and tutorials. I wish that their AI was a tad more robust to help me troubleshoot better. But otherwise, I think Make is pretty amazing.

Great tool. We use it mostly for more specific automations that are not integrated with Zapier
Pros: To provides more automation options than the competitors which helps in no-coding more specific tasks
Cons: Although it is easy to use, sometimes it just does not make sense and therefore harder to understand why certain steps are certain ways.
Julian O. · Co-Founder · Marketing and Advertising · February 4, 2025
Make has become a core tool for our operations, seamlessly connecting all our applications and supporting our mission
Pros: Essential for integrating various tools and ensuring smooth workflows across our systems
Cons: Lacks API support for certain software, which can limit its connectivity in some cases
Christian M. · Facebook Ads Strategist · Internet · January 27, 2025
My overall experience with Make is very positive. I use it regularly for my web projects and also for automating personal tasks.
Pros: I really like the huge list of ready-to-use automation templates and also the data storage feature. Furthermore, the drag-and-drop system for building your automation scenario is very convenient.
Cons: While make.com has a huge list of supported applications, I've faced some cases where I couldn't find the one that I wanted.
Vasilis K. · Web Developer · Information Technology and Services · January 13, 2025
What really stands out is the flexibility. Whether I need to automate a simple task, like transferring data between spreadsheets, or set up complex workflows involving multiple tools, Make handles it without breaking a sweat.
Pros: What I like most about Make is how intuitive and flexible it is. Honestly, I’m not a coder, but with Make, I don’t need to be. The visual drag-and-drop interface makes setting up workflows so easy that it feels like piecing together a puzzle. I’ve been able to automate tasks that used to take me hours, like syncing data between apps or setting up notifications, without ever feeling overwhelmed. What really stands out to me is how customizable it is—you’re not locked into rigid templates. I can tailor workflows exactly to my needs, whether it’s something simple or a multi-step process involving multiple apps. It feels like I’m in control, not the other way around
Cons: Make currently lacks live chat support, which can be a disadvantage when immediate assistance is needed and The platform's advanced features and unique terminology can be challenging for beginners, requiring a significant time investment to master.

Alfonso M. · Teleoperador · Individual & Family Services · November 19, 2024
Overall, it's a great tool enabling all kinds of business functions to start automating their own processes, requiring fewer people to build processes. Even within product teams, Make can be super useful for building and exploring new processes or solutions, refining all the features until satisfaction before putting it into regular code. Even though it's very easy to use for business users, we found that it makes sense to onboard heavy-users on some engineering best-practices. Microservice-like scenario architectures can be quite helpful for managing bigger processes and ensuring maintainability.
Pros: Super easy to learn and very intuitive to use, even for non-engineering folks. Enables a very wide range of automation use cases. Has pre-built integrations with almost every widely used SaaS tool.
Cons: Operations based pricing can have some drawbacks when users aren't onboarded properly
Leo H. · BI and Automation Lead · Automotive · November 8, 2024
Make was recommended as a cheaper alternative for our API management, and it did a great job with having simple setup and affordable pricing
Pros: Fairly easy to set up if you have someone with workflow knowledge and the pricing is solid
Cons: Nothing was bad from our experience, would recommend for anyone that can't build in house API systems
Braden C. · Admin · Financial Services · October 28, 2024
I started using Make recently to get data from a client's server through webhook, and then automate all the data processing, saving, and connection with other apps. I did in 2 hours what I imagined would have taken me 1 month. It's crazy easy to setup
Pros: I love the fact that you can connect to any other tool to get data, and the webhooks setup is extremely simple. There is an almost endless amount of compatible apps that you can connect to and the workflows are easy to setup. Also, the benefit for startups makes it a really attractive deal for founders who are starting on a budget
Cons: Make is a great connector and automation tool, but it's just that. It's just a tool in your quiver, and you have to have active accounts on all the other platforms. it'd be great to not having to deal with it, maybe with an Oauth or similiar.
