Pros: The integration factor relating to our data has been revolutionized by the Workato features that deal with large datasets. The platform also restricts and controls data interchange between business applications, so the reported and analyzed data are credible and constant.​

Cons: What I noticed is that data monitoring and troubleshooting data flows do not have real-time observability.

Pros: The existence of multiple pre-built connectors in Workato made it easy for me to connect our CRM, and ERP, and the modes of communication. This created end-to-end data integration, the achievement of which has improved our decision-making systems and customer relations.​

Cons: I saw that some connectors lacked further configuration and that could be used in specific scenarios.

Pros: With the automation Copilots Workato has significantly changed the game regarding my automation strategies. Specifying the required process in plain English turns into the Recipe Copilot giving a general automation sequence. This natural language processing feature has made it easy to incorporate the applications.

Cons: There are cases where commands are misunderstood by the Recipe Copilot and this results to several unexpected automation steps. This necessitated corrections that helped make it slightly less time-saving as was expected.​

Cons: Although the interface is intuitive, the first few days were somewhat challenging. Some more complex workflows require a learning time to fully understand how to configure automations, especially when it comes to more technical integrations.

Pros: I liked that it was easy to integrate Salesforce with NetSuite and Slack without writing any complex code. I specifically liked the idea of the pre-built connectors as it allowed avoiding many lines of script and private channels, while conditional logic in the workflows helped me to prepare every outlet just to be precise according to the business process.

Cons: The information retrieved from the job history logs proved to be a challenge since it was time-consuming. When using webhook trigger and dynamic data mapping, I had to check nested workflows in order to find certain error points.

Pros: Workato offers the capability to integrate and automate workflows across a wide variety of applications and systems, thereby achieving the interconnection of marketing tools such as CRM, automation platforms, web analytics, and social media.

Cons: There are no negative or problematic aspects of this tool that I have identified.

Cons: Not much configurations available for relatively new tools like flexera, Devops CI/CD tools etc. Need more manual configurations

Pros: It simplifies the use of other programs that is used in my daily operations. Instead of heaving to search or hop between apps you're able to get everything from one spot.

Cons: Setting up the workflows is a bit cumbersome at first. I am a high level person and can get lost in the details and nuances.

Pros: I love the user interface, it’s very intuitive and easy to use for first time users. Made early adoption very achievable.

Cons: Some of the feature take a little configuration before it works the way we want it to. Some may find this process a little tedious.
