Overall, my experience with Lebesgue has been positive: it is a solid tool to review performance data, with reliable metrics and a strong focus on ecommerce, helping to quickly spot opportunities and issues in campaigns. However, for accounts with a strong international presence, I miss having deeper geographic granularity, especially the ability to easily segment and filter by country within a single property.
Pros: What I liked the most about Lebesgue was the accuracy of the performance data and how it centralizes everything in a single dashboard, which makes decision‑making much easier.
Cons: What I liked the least is that I could not break down or analyze performance by country within the same account, since the filters by country are not flexible enough for all the reports I use.

It is great with dashboards and emails sent with forecasting information about sales, revenue, profit.
Pros: I liked that it is easy to set KPIs and watch over business reports including your marketing costs, shipping costs, revenue, forecast for sales.
Cons: I think free version i am suing doesn’t offer too much, so definitely thinking more so about a paid version.

Better than TripleWhale already and that's on the free version! It'd be great to integrate further API values - such as Meta Ads ( visuals ), Social Organic Performance.
Pros: Easy to use, Very Clear. Strong Customer Support. Dashboard, Metrics & Custom Metrics. Automated Reporting.
Cons: No White Labelling Option, that would be fantastic as I am a digital Consultant. I'd like to customise the automated reporting.

Productive, practical, very specific and focused on achieving the goal at hand. Using all the tips and tricks behind the science of ecommerce.
Pros: really pragmatic and specific advice when dealing with data analysis, marketing and customer support and campaign management.
Cons: Nothing i can think of at this point. Every week something new has been learnt and applied to get the sales we need.

Pros: This is the most robust and useful tool we have ever had the pleasure of using. Their support is prompt and amazing. We have used this product to increase our sale dramatically, I cannot recommend Lebesgue enough, everyone can benefit from it.
Cons: Absolutely no cons about this product, everything works exactly as it should. Pricing is quite low for the value add.

I really like the app and I think it has a great future.
Pros: Very intuitive platform and really easy to get deep insights.
Cons: Too much centered on shopify. I would like to see the same features for other platforms such as Wordpress.

It's been really great for our team to be able to see what's going on with our Shopify sales and digital ads in one view.
Pros: It helps us get a more accurate picture of our online sales and budget.
Cons: There is a lot going on in the Lebesgue dashboard — which is a good thing! — but it's not immediately intuitive what capabilities it has. Just need to spend more time learning it.

Pros: Creating an account was straightforward, UI is clean and the process felt intuitive and well-designed. I also want to highlight the customer service team. They have been incredibly fast on providing the assistance.
Cons: Occasionally, there is a delay in data updates, which means that real-time monitoring may not always be possible. Not a big issue, just a heads up. Integration platforms like Pabbly connect are not supported yet. I faced a minor issue with readability; on my 24-inch monitor, some of the font sizes felt a bit small, which made it challenging to read certain sections comfortably.

Pros: I like to use it to keep track of how well ads are working. I also use it to keep track of competitors.
Cons: There isn't any way to change the name of a store once it has been added. Sometimes, it doesn't pick up all the ads, but I always reach out to support. Support does whatever it is that they do & it's fixed fairly quickly.

Overall experience has been one of a tool that HELPS keep track of cashflow in the business.
Pros: The metrics and pacing data delivered via email save time.
Cons: The interface can get it bit bigger with updates.

great tool for clear and fast data. On other stores we use several tools to achieve the same data.
Pros: The Data. It's really hard to track data in ecommerce.
Cons: Sometimes the tool gets slow. But we have 80k SKUs :)

Amazing so far! I am looking forward to the continued use of the product. Support quickly responds to queries and new updates are constantly rolling out.
Pros: It is a clear future leader in the marketing world of Ai, it presents a range of different benefits that provide a significant impact on my businesses.
Cons: UI could be improved however this is not major at all.

I have been using this software for a couple of years now and it provides some easy to access data. The dashboard gives you a complete picture of what's going on with your e-Commerce store. I also like have the customer LTV data accessible.
Pros: I like the comprehensive data, such as LTV and profitability information. Also, provides data on what's working and what's not.
Cons: I wish the menu design was a bit better. You have click around through several layers before finding some of the reports. I also wish there was a way to download a complete report that includes all the connected channels.
Gerald N. · Marketing Manager · Consumer Goods · December 18, 2024
Frequent email report and a simple yet effective dashboard so I can consult important data in 5 seconds.
Pros: Simplicity of the dashboard packed with useful insights.
Cons: Le Pixel only seems to be available on Shopify. Would have been great if WooCommerce was also possible.
Carl P. · Owner · Internet · December 17, 2024
Positive and the team are always helpful
Pros: Clear simple dashboards and great ux. Have stuck with the app for over two years now
Cons: If I had to be nitpicky then I would suggest the lack of customisation
Simon C. · CEO · Alternative Medicine · September 6, 2024
The application was easy to install, and the team provided advice and answered any doubts we had, making the process very easy. The information it provides, including the option to view data even in real time, helps us make quick decisions on a day-to-day basis, especially with the product section and the review of Meta campaigns.
Pros: The facility of having all the information needed in one tool
Cons: The Google ads integration basically just "copy and pastes" the info from the platform; there are no benchmarks, new suggestions, or even Ad Creator, and copies suggestions are developed just for Meta, when that is Google ads ' main requirement.
Natalia P. · Ads Performance Specialis · Apparel & Fashion · September 5, 2024
Very positive. No brainer and happy Ive got the ultimate year plan.
Pros: The options, the price, the insights I get for my business and the personal help with questions. The calls to help me analyse my business and the advice about how to do ads more effectively! Its great
Cons: I miss the opportunity to automatically count the shipping costs. Beside that it would be helpful if the stock management module gets bigger. Shoot purchase orders and get like a graph to see when your out of stock. What are the products with most potential etc.
Gideon B. · Founder · Consumer Goods · September 5, 2024
Easy to implement and provides immediate value.
Pros: Lebesgue makes great recommendations for marketing spend across channels.
Cons: The competitive data takes time to load.
Brent D. · Head of Growth · Alternative Medicine · July 23, 2024
Pros: Analysis and Report is really good, the insights you get and number about your really CAC is the strong point og Lebesgue.
Cons: Some of the insight gives you generic tips, or just tips like "contacts us for help", it need to have more AI based solutions and no need to contact them.
Leandro S. · CEO · Marketing and Advertising · June 4, 2024
Pros: We've used it to forecast our business AOV goals and make plans for customer retention. Its been good in monitoring ad performance too
Cons: Sometimes the "insights" are a little basic, i.e. CAC increased and conversion rate drop off, I think perhaps a littlre suggestion would be good
Deborah C. · Owner · Retail · June 3, 2024
Very good. I set it up once and have not had to worry about it since then. The email stats arrive weekly and month as configured. Simple.
Pros: I spend a lot of time trying to create a custom report in GA4 for my customer and it after a few attempts it was "ok" but not great. I then send them the Lebesgue report and they loved it straight away! Wish I had done it at the beginning and not wasted time in GA4. Also I checked the sales stats reported in GA4 and Lebesgue against the actual stats on the website. Lebesgue was much more accurate. GA4 just never seems to be correct.
Cons: I'd like to add a few extra items to the report, which I think I can do IF I upgrade. Not really a criticism though as the free version is excellent and the paid version is not expensive.
Richard L. · SEO Specialist · Marketing and Advertising · June 1, 2024
For the time being positive, but with some doubts that will be dispelled when they resolve the quality of customer service.
Pros: It's a very easy-to-use platform. It has all the features you need to analyse the performance of an ecommerce shop and understand what the data is telling you in order to make the best decisions. It is also useful for developing campaigns on the main online platforms based on the data collected and AI.
Cons: The support team. They take too long to answer to any question and the client care flow process is not working well.
Diogo F. · Head of Digital · Marketing and Advertising · May 31, 2024
Pros: - The customer support is supportive. - I love how they show us what my competitors are doing with their ads.
Cons: I had a hard time when I first added a competitor to my competitor analysis, it show nothing, but then customer support was very helpful in resolving the issue.
Ikhwanul K. · Manager · E-Learning · May 12, 2024
Pros: The competitor insights and creative recommendations.
Cons: so far it has been pretty easy to use and understand
Ty J. · marketing · Retail · May 5, 2024
Pros: The price is very fair for the level of insight and data received. The flexible price plans are also great for a small business like ours.
Cons: I would like to see a little more insight into my competitors - more than just their ads.
