Pros: The many features and options, the ability to reach vast audiences and provide multiple solutions.
Cons: The learning and skill level for internal staff with limited time to adapt and learn new products. Some of the greatest assets are great but require time and skills beyond entry level employees which is tough with limited staffing due to covid.
