Oggvo

Pros: Its a huge win any time you can secure more opportunities without having to grind outreach. I think the premise of what Oggvo is trying to do sounds great but we'll see how they execute

Cons: I think its a little too expensive given how much is offered. Granted, my company offers a lot of this internally so thats probably why.

Pros: Initial discussion with Shane was great.

Cons: I have been a little put off that I was understood Shane would continue to be my service person and have been advised that is not correct.

Pros: the one stop review collection feature, and followup integration

Cons: nothing as of now, I can inform if I come across any issue

Pros: So far it is easy!! I've enjoyed working with the business teams.

Cons: Nothing so far. It's easy...through. There is a support team to help you out!

Pros: A young lady, [sensitive content hidden], spent more than an hour on two occasions to orient me to Oggvo's program and most importantly, by using Share Screen on Zoom, she walked me step by step through the process of getting connected to Oggvo, getting my social media connected, showing me how to add and customize elements, etc. She was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. [sensitive content hidden] made the onboarding process smooth, organized and clear. She's is a real asset for Oggvo.

Cons: Thus far I have no complaints. After I have some experience working with Oggvo I will be able to answer this more knowledgeably.

Pros: The support and patience MARRABELLE showed me. I am not very tech savvy.

Cons: Too early to respond. I will try this marketing strategy out for a while.

Cons: The cost, at first , but then I started working with [sensitive content hidden] and seen where all the money was being spent (on people like her)

Cons: I feel the cost is high per month if results are not met.

Pros: It is so easy to make an appointment or get help when needed.

Cons: I’m not a tech person, still a bit hard for me even with help.

Pros: I'm hoping for the opportunity to gather more reviews and improve my online footprint.

Cons: The dashboard is a little tricky to understand.

Pros: I like the ease of the platform and how everything can be controlled in one place. I can even schedule posts to different platforms using Oggvo

Pros: I like that I can have consistency across all of our business platforms as well as customer reviews are easy and go onto all of our platforms with a touch of a button.

Cons: If I had to pick one thing, it would have to be that there is much time in between each meeting, making it take a little longer to get everything up and running faster.

Pros: The software is very user friendly and Apple was very helpful with showing how to use it.

Pros: Apple is an amazing and friendly person to talk to and have as a trainer. She is very knowledgeable and an easy person to talk to and also very friendly. She will make sure that you understand everything fully before moving forward. Thank you Apple for everything.

Cons: I can't say that there is anything that I do not like about Oggvo at this time.

Pros: Your employee [sensitive content hidden] made my life so easy. She walked me through the program. She is the best. She walk me through program step by step. I truly appreciate her help.

Cons: Not getting calls from your customer service we I need it help.
