Overall it was a great experience. Setup was very easy, software is effective/affordable, and has great tools. The customer support is top notch. With an easily-accessible live support line.
Pros: Easy remote access with great tools! The file transfer utility is an absolute must-have. Relatively easy setup too.
Cons: The UI could be a little better. Symbols/characters are a little difficult to learn. That’s if I’m being nit-picky though.

Overall, I had a positive experience with N-Sight RMM. Presently, I am working with a different RMM and it is not as easy, but it has less limitations.
Pros: It was easy to use and install agents on client computers. Its ease of use was because it had a lot of pre-defined features. I liked that.
Cons: It was pretty expensive and it was limited to what it could do. The same things that made it easier to use limited its use.

Pros: Easy to use, which is nice. Good to have many things together in one platform. I would recommend to others.
Cons: Doesn't fully integrate with other products which is annoying, but I get used to it. Not a deal breaker

Overall, I find the product to be a very good fit for my business. Having compared it to several others out there, we settled on N-Sight for the effectiveness of the product, ease of use, and value for money. The latest "Inform" event gave good "insight" (pun intended) into what new improvements are coming and they will be most welcome, particularly the ability to remediate vulnerabilities from within that module! Game changer!!
Pros: The interface is easy to use, and we were able to become productive very quickly. True multi-tenancy capability makes it easy to segregate customers. The dashboard is clean and apart logicl, from one widget which still says "Feature Unavailable" (for which I am still to get an answer on), and is logical and informative. The new "Assets" module and the new "Vulnerabilities" module add to the information flow. The reporting is efficient enough with the usual sorts of reports being available. Deployment of the agent to new clients is simple enough, and using the "Take Control" facility, can be deployed remotely if desired.
Cons: The new "Vulernabilities" module is only able to show any systems with vulnerabilities at the moment. It will be much more useful once you can remediate from there. Two things are still lacking, though. Firstly, there is no ability to run a separate "NOC View" window (the current "Wall Chart" is an attempt at one but is lacking. It works, but is poor. The second is that patching, though functional, is still a little cumbersome compared to some of the other products. It's a little annoying but does not diminish the overall value of the product. Custom Branding is still something I have not been able to get right.

Our Account manager is very helpful and responsive. We also have access to a dedicated customer success manager who we can book meetings with to review our N-Sight portal and advice were we can improve / automate
Pros: Easy to navigate Dashboard makes it very easy to see what devices and checks are failing, meaning we can keep onto of our clients devices Using automated tasks allows us to keep devices healthy (there is also an automation cookbook which allows you access to prebuilt scripts) Very easy to deploy by either group policies or building an Intune package. Support is very quick to respond with the livechat and we also have access to our own customer success manager who you can book meetings with to go through any more advanced features / setups.
Cons: We have had issues with patch management failing to install updates and having to manually push the updates again (But this maybe more on the windows devices end)

I am ok with the support. Everything seems to work just fine for what it is. Customer support is good and they are constantly offering training sessions and tools to help make the platform easy to understand.
Pros: It is a simple turnkey solution for starting MSPs. It comes with an rmm, a basic crm, and take control for those clients not in your rmm.
Cons: It is limited on the crm side of the house. Msp manager could use some work to be great not just good.
Christopher S. · CTO · Information Technology and Services · June 6, 2025
My overall experience has been good, but I have mainly only used the asset inventory features. I look forward to using the other features it has.
Pros: What I like most about N-sight is the asset inventory aspect. Although we keep a inventory of all assets in-house it is nice to be able to see them all in one place.
Cons: What I like the least about N-sight is that the interface isn't as new as the other N-able products.
Mackay M. · Tech · Information Technology and Services · May 19, 2025
Its a solid product with great support, i use the rest of the n-able suite and everything integrates really well, my client admins like it too and they have adopted it as their main tool for monitoring, support and asset management
Pros: easy to use , simple to deploy, insightful info, easy to automate, gets my clients easily to compliance
Cons: would be great if the control node at site would work over wifi
Nick K. · MD · Hospitality · May 15, 2025
on a scale of 1 to 10, i would say it is 7. I think we would need the ticketing system to be bound to the PC/laptop/asset where our technician could be the imitator of the ticket and a supervisor dashboard to know what was done and what is delayed/pending. Also for our finance to know what to bill the client for, per account/client/site.
Pros: the AV and EDR. It is very helpful to have those services. But we need more self training videos for the EDR part
Cons: The dashboard that shows all PCs/laptops and servers should have a place to write the password related to that asset so as any technician can use them right away without going to the Manager dashboard to see the list of related passwords

Good. I use it to support about two hundred machines and overall it works for me and my IT business. Very good support if needed.
Pros: Easy to use and simply to deploy. Good for patching. Scripting is possible too and there is a library of many scripts.
Cons: Not browser based. Have to install desktop app for support. Unlike other RMM tools I have used it loses connectivity.
Dustin R. · CEO · Management Consulting · May 12, 2025
When i call it's really quick and concern is solve pretty quick. Information is good.
Pros: Ease of user. the platform is design to be easy to use. things are quick to access, but some advance feature need to be easier to use Something or have limitation like sefl-heal in N-sight.
Cons: Cannot see all base pricing and commitment. i understand the need to contact rep, but can i see a basic price to know if it make sense for me?
Jordan F. · Technical Analyst · Information Technology and Services · May 12, 2025
So far a good experience, i think n-able is a great partner for us.
Pros: Ease of user even with us having at least 7000 devices in the console.
Cons: Interface didn't change that much in the last few years. Love to see a modern update.
Jens D. · IT consultant · Telecommunications · May 12, 2025
When I need it, it is for a question that needs to be addressed quickly. N-sight is always helpful.
Pros: Easy navigation Clear and understandable Just enough details - not more than necessary I use it often as a resource.
Cons: Nothing so far. When I need more detail, more often than not I can find what I need.
Tony L. · Checks Monitor and Tech Dispatcher · Computer Networking · May 12, 2025
Overall it fits my needs. I like it. It works on IOS, android and Windows. Good options for login, account, master key or none
Pros: I like their N-Able product. It lets me access my endpoint fast and easy.
Cons: On N-Able the only thing is I cant see multiple screens side by side
Herman R. · Owner · Computer & Network Security · May 12, 2025
I use it to monitor the status of IT equipment, security measures and logs to users.
Pros: UI is easy to use and user status is easy to understand. Thanks to this I quickly learned how to use it.
Cons: Introduction to users was not smooth in the past. This may perhaps be improved now.

We've been using N-able N-sight in our MSP business for some time now, and it's proven to be a reliable and effective solution for managing all of our clients’ devices from a single platform. The interface is intuitive, and the remote monitoring and management features give us excellent visibility into the health and status of every endpoint. The alerting and automation tools are particularly useful, they allow us to proactively address issues before they become problems, and streamline routine maintenance tasks. Remote access is quick and stable, saving our technicians a lot of time when supporting clients. Overall, N-sight has become an integral part of how we deliver services to our clients. It's helped us improve response times, stay ahead of potential issues, and deliver consistent support across our client base. Highly recommended for MSPs looking for a dependable RMM solution.
Pros: N-sight brings together monitoring, alerting, and remote support in one platform. It gives us a clear, real-time overview of all client devices, and the automation features save a lot of manual effort. Remote access is fast and reliable, which is essential for delivering responsive support.
Cons: The reporting features could be more flexible and visually polished for client-facing use. Some customisation options feel a bit limited, and initial setup can take time to tailor the system to your workflows.
Thane R. · Director · Information Technology and Services · May 12, 2025
Pros: Really easy to use, lots of excellent features and secure. The management of devices and remote control features are essential
Cons: Some settings can be hard to find, the app can be a pain constantly signing out and needing to be force closed to re-establish a connection.
Edward A. · Technical Consultant · Information Technology and Services · May 9, 2025
We are using N-sight product to provide MSP services to many small to medium size companies including EDR security patch management remote support
Pros: User interface and ability to see all the clients at the same time. Also ability to set custom critical even logs.
Cons: Script library could be more extensive. As well as EDR integration needs improvement. Ideally to be completely integrated within main N-Able dashboard
Kirill I. · IT Specialist · Information Technology and Services · May 9, 2025
Very very good overall, highly recommend for MSP's. Don't have to worry and deployment for multiple products in their suite makes it easy as an MSP.
Pros: Ease of use, quick deployment, relatively good deployment, nice reporting and notifications, good available integrations.
Cons: Weird bugs occasionally, wish some products were more granular and less turn on or turn off. Dashboard still relying on cookies makes the experience not great when moving to different machines.
David L. · Director of Research and Development · Information Technology and Services · May 9, 2025
Very good product They need to focus on authentication and autorotation I don’t and to give them otp every time and so on No goood
Pros: Very easy to navigate towards features and products of nable
Cons: Losing time seems a bit slow and opt is required every time you log in No matter same device
Dharbendra Prasad Y. · Director · Information Technology and Services · May 9, 2025
Overall it's been fantastic, couldn't run the business without this tool!
Pros: The support team, and the willingness to assist whenever we need customization is huge. Additionally, all of the Integrations working seamlessly in a single pane of glass is huge for us, it enables us to scale quickly and react even faster.
Cons: Some of the SNMP automations are tough to deal with, it would be better if there were more readily available documentation and wizards to help create these.
Jason H. · CEO · Information Technology and Services · May 9, 2025
Pros: Easy to use. And many nice funktions to use. Easy to help the customer
Cons: Seems a little bit old in some departments and you get logged out to fast
Fredrik A. · Vd · Internet · May 9, 2025
Great product. Overall great and easy to use. Need some minor improvements but overall great product.
Pros: Very easy to use. Love the fact that when we use remote management, we see the device even when the user is logged out or when they are switching users.
Cons: 4 step process before we start remote management.
Antonio H. · IT Director · Hospitality · May 9, 2025
Overall, I am happy with N-sight. We use it pretty bare bones to remotely manage some endpoints and servers for a client and have not had any issues using the included features.
Pros: - Easy server access compared to VPNs and RDP - Good monitoring tools - Stable remote connections with UAC ability - New UI looks nice
Cons: I am not a huge fan of having to enter the admin password for the device every time I want to start a "take control" session. I understand the security justifications but have used other remote managers where this isn't the case.
Spencer W. · Systems Engineer · Information Technology and Services · May 9, 2025
I use it day to day. It is a must to perform my job efficiently. I will keep using it unless the prices increases and it is no longer cost effective.
Pros: Layout of the screen making it easy to navigate multiple clients. The remote access of various forms is a must for easy client support.
Cons: Updates with new features are minimal. Asset and software reporting could be greatly improved. AI Scripting would be a nice to have.
