Overall, my experience with Xtremepush has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, feature-rich, and has significantly improved how we engage with our users. While there’s a small learning curve initially, the support and resources provided make it easy to get the most out of it.
Pros: What I liked most about Xtremepush is its user-friendly interface and powerful automation tools, which make managing campaigns and engaging with users extremely efficient
Cons: The only area that could be improved is the reporting dashboard, which can be a bit complex at first, but overall the platform is very effective once you get familiar with it.

Very good, particularly the account management and customer service and overall flexibility, which was customised to our needs.
Pros: I really like the ease of use of the Xtremepush platform and their customer service is excellent. I also like the range of features / channels available for use.
Cons: The capability has been in development and at times maybe not as advanced as we needed it to be but I would recommend it now to other potential customers.

For our needs, XP has been amazing. Right now, we can only do the bar minimal with XP. But when given the chance, I want to experience everything XP has to offer.
Pros: Value for the money is excellent. They don't over charge for additional support. Customer support is excellent. [sensitive content hidden], our account manager, has been nothing but supportive for every need.
Cons: Lack of a full integration with us. It's not Xtremepush's fault, but we haven't been able to take full advantage of what XP has to offer.

Pros: Huge portfolio of free to play games. They are very easy to configure, lot of use cases and are amazing for customer retention and product discovery.
Cons: Nothing to complain so far. The team is always supportive, helping with any configuration needed but also sharing the best practices and useful use cases.

Overall the support from after sales team is very good and the uptime of Xtremepush systems is nearly 100% so overall very pleased
Pros: The modern UX of backoffice and the speed of it The level of customization of F2P games and the different designs we can add.

Overall it's a positive experience. I love their personal, non-corporate approach: they’re highly approachable, genuinely available to work in close partnership, and always willing to help and make productive changes, which really sets them apart from other companies.
Pros: Xtremepush stands out because it lets businesses manage customer communication across multiple channels (push notifications, SMS, email, in-app messages, web notifications, etc) from a single platform with real-time data driving decision-making.
Cons: Perhaps the UI could be more intuitive at times, as certain workflows and reporting views can feel less streamlined than expected and may require extra time or guidance to navigate efficiently.

XP has been used mainly for market automation / email & SMS marketing in terms of being the foundation of CRM the platform works perfectly for that. The platform is used on a daily basis and the user-face makes this a seamless task.
Pros: The UX of the system is extremely user friendly, setting up campaigns from scratch, including automations is also ideal. Customer/ client support from our account manager is strong, any issues are looked into with speed and ease. Required developments for implementing a failsafe on the test send functionality we're added quickly, as a priority and with ease. This was a huge help to our future operations and allows us to mitigate risk in the day to day.
Cons: It's not a particular fault with XP itself (maybe more our contract), but i'd like it to be more of a seamless one-stop-shop that's integrated with our site content / CMS. All personalization available within the XP should be reflected to customers on their usage of our sites, ie. Displays should differ for lapsed customers (for example). I also think there's some limitations when it comes to reporting, a major example for me is within automations. we should clearly be able to tell at which point in a customer journey or automation customers are falling out, therefore allowing us to make any necessary optimisations. I'd like to see more dynamic field functionality available in within campaigns, again contributing to a higher degree of personalisation for the customer, that also requires less manual input from our team.

The Overall experience is quite good. I am happy working with Xtremepush and would extend the relationship. However, it´s expensive for markets out of the UE.
Pros: Easy contact with commercial department. When we have an issue it´s quite easy to get in touch with the company and solve the problem.
Cons: Some issues while sending OTP. We have experience some innestability while sending the OTP message to the customers. It´s not very usual, but sometimes have happened.

Overall it’s been a great experience. The platform is reliable, campaigns are straightforward to build, and support has been consistently excellent.
Pros: Easy to use, strong automation and targeting, and really helpful support. The team are quick to respond and genuinely take the time to help you get things right.
Cons: The platform can take a bit of getting used to at first, and some of the deeper features are not instantly obvious without guidance.

Overall, Xtremepush is a solid and powerful platform, but there’s definitely a learning curve. It works best if you’re hands-on and comfortable with testing and checking logic carefully. It can be frustrating at times, but once you know its quirks, it gives you a lot of control and makes it possible to run really targeted, effective campaigns.
Pros: Xtremepush is really strong when it comes to segmentation and campaign flexibility. You can get very granular with targeting across email, SMS and onsite, which is great for running more complex promos and lifecycle campaigns. Once you understand how the logic works, it can handle pretty much anything you throw at it. It’s also reliable at scale, and support are generally quick to respond and helpful when something isn’t behaving as expected.
Cons: The main downside is that it’s not very intuitive. Campaign logic can be easy to trip up on, and small mistakes in things like date rules or triggers can cause campaigns to behave in ways you didn’t expect. It’s not always obvious why something happened, so troubleshooting can take time and often needs support involved. Some processes feel more manual than they should be.

Overall it has been a solid and dependable CRM tool. It handles core campaign and engagement needs well, is stable in day to day use, and fits nicely into a wider CRM stack, even if there are areas where reporting and usability could be improved.
Pros: Easy to use day to day, reliable for campaign execution, and gives good visibility over customer behaviour. It supports fast setup, targeting is flexible, and it does what you need without unnecessary complexity.
Cons: Reporting can feel a bit limited without extra work, and some areas of the UI are not as intuitive as they could be. More flexibility in dashboards and exports would be useful.

Pros: Capabilities with minimal interactions while used as API. The tool is fairly easy to navigate in and functions are up to standards.
Cons: The naming convention (projects, campaigns etc) could be more marketing oriented. The limitations on reporting while using as API (example: very hard to get KPIs on a marketing campaign level when those campaigns are built externally and executed only by XP)

Very easy to use, sleek, helpful when I need assistance. Coming from a previous push provider this is an upgrade. Looking forward to being deeper integrated into the product.
Pros: Ease of use, potential for deeper integrations has me excited (including deeper more robust analyzations of thunderbite related campaigns we run)
Cons: I could use a tutorial of how to use the product deeper than what I currently use in my day to day role (mainly daily pushes on a sportsbook product).

Cons: Logging in can be tricky if you don’t have access to your phone or authenticator app, which can slow you down. The interface could also feel overwhelming at first until you get used to where everything sits. More flexible editing options in the message builder would be helpful.

Great. It is easy to use. I use it to run push notifications - mainly mobile app (android and iOS apps)
Pros: It is very easy to use. With no training, I was able to figure it out and run the campaign. It also allows to upload the image. We usually use a game image that helps player to identify the game the spins are offered on.
Cons: It is not properly integrated to our backoffice. Limited reporting - unable to see players who clicked on the push notification. More insights would be great. Also, when I fill in the iOS push - content, I dont get any notification message to fill Android, I tend to miss out on it often and dont realize until I got to the last step. Good to get some notification to fill Android before going to next step or take me to andriod immediately after I fill in iOS content

Easy to use and simple! Really good software with some great capabilities. Great support team also which helps things run smoothly.
Pros: I enjoyed the capabilities and ability to test different segments with new campaigns. I also liked the reporting aspect shown on the dashboard for each campaign, e.g. sent, delivered, clicks, opens etc.
Cons: The limitations with automated campaigns and introductions into using AI as a form of testing timings, audiences etc.

We are now in our third year working with XtremePush, having originally joined as a legacy Thunderbite client. The transition has been seamless, and the combination of ongoing support from the original team alongside the wider XtremePush team and product suite has been the right fit for our business. I appreciate how well the collaboration works in practice, and I am genuinely looking forward to future projects — particularly exploring how AI can enhance the extensive range of products they offer.
Pros: What stands out most is the quality of the team and the excellent support they provide. Whether we’re implementing one of their many gamification features or working on the development and delivery of a bespoke campaign, the XtremePush team are always professional, responsive, and collaborative. They genuinely treat us as an extension of their own business, which makes a significant difference when managing complex, multi-channel projects.
Cons: That we don't get to meet up more often and celebrate our successes. We do get to meet up once a year at their annual London Summit, which is an amazing event, but I would love more events like this to help us strengthen the partnership further and celebrate our joint successes.

Pros: I like the ease of the site. It is so easy to navigate around and use each individual function in it.
Cons: The site sometimes has issues with suppression lists, and sending to people in there. Update it is also long too. Sometimes we have issues with loading times on segments too.

My experience with Xtremepush has been generally very positive. The couple of times I have had an issue, their customer support team got back to be very promptly to help me out. For what I use Xtremepush for, I can't really fault it in any way!
Pros: Easy onboarding, easy to get to grips with, helpful user guides and great support available on the few occasions I've had issues.
Cons: I'd like to see is a slightly improved preview in the campaign creation stage. Other than that, a more streamlined and developed analytics breakdowns might be useful
