My overall experience with Brevo has been fantastic. The tools are easy to set up for email management and marketing automation. On top of that, their customer experience team provides world-class service, making the entire user journey smooth and reliable.
Pros: The platform is very user-friendly and perfect for managing seasonal events or campaigns. What impressed me the most was their customer support. They are incredibly fast, understanding, and highly professional when handling user requests.
Cons: There is nothing much to dislike. It works perfectly for my marketing needs, though you just need to remember to manage your subscription plan if you only use it for temporary events.

I like the pricing, the options, the features that come with the small business tier. I also really enjoy the simplicity of creating an email from scratch and the extra design options I never got with other email providers. I like their templates, though some aspects can be difficult to edit if you don't outright remove the item and replace it with something else/start over in the area. Despite some difficulties in getting started, I consider it a learning curve and I'm very happy with everything once I got the hang of using it. Would definitely recommend.
Pros: I love the customer service and the ease of creating emails with the block builder. The operators were very helpful with getting our account verified and helping me navigate the rules, dashboard, and subscriber management. The block builder for creating emails from scratch is easy to use and has many features I enjoy. I also like some of their email template styles. They're good starters if you need a boost in creativity, but you're also welcome to just create one from scratch yourself.

Overall, my experience with Brevo has been positive. The platform offers good value for money and provides many useful features for email marketing, sales communication, and automation. The email campaign creation process is straightforward, and the tools are powerful enough for professional use. However, I think the user experience could be improved when it comes to explaining recipient filtering, contact status, and deliverability rules. More detailed and visible explanations would help users understand why some contacts are excluded from a campaign. Despite this, Brevo remains a reliable and efficient solution for managing email communication and marketing campaigns.
Pros: Brevo is a complete and accessible platform for managing email campaigns. I appreciate the clear interface, the contact list management, the campaign editor, and the ability to centralize marketing emails, transactional emails, and automation in one tool. The platform is quite easy to use, even for users who are not email marketing specialists.
Cons: Some parts of the platform could be clearer, especially when managing contact lists and campaign recipients. For example, the difference between imported contacts, eligible recipients, blacklisted contacts, unsubscribed contacts, and filtered contacts is not always immediately obvious. When a campaign shows fewer recipients than expected, it can be difficult to quickly understand why.

I learned a lot about getting a TFN number. It is not for the faint of heart, however that said,, Support through BREVO was intricate in this process to get the number I needed for my Members. I can't say enough good things about the Brevo Team.
Pros: Attention to detail, and what was needed next in the process of getting a TFN Number. This process was very stringent which is a good thing. [sensitive content hidden] helped me get across the finish line.
Cons: There were no cons. They were always in touch with me throughout the whole process. I need to thank [sensitive content hidden] for their due diligence and staying with me throughout the whole process.

We used Brevo for a Toyota dealership email campaign with a large imported contact list. The first campaign was suspended because our historical CRM/newsletter database contained many invalid and outdated email addresses. This was not entirely Brevo's fault, as the list had been collected over several years and required proper validation. After authenticating our sending domain, validating the email lists with an external verification tool, and removing invalid addresses, the campaign was sent successfully. Overall, Brevo worked well after the necessary setup and list cleaning. I would recommend it as a good value email marketing platform, but older contact databases should definitely be cleaned and verified before sending large campaigns.
Pros: Brevo offers good value for email marketing compared to larger competitors. The drag-and-drop editor was easy enough to use for creating a professional newsletter, and the pricing model worked well for our dealership campaign. After domain authentication and proper list cleaning, we were able to send our campaign successfully. The support team also provided useful deliverability details, such as hard bounce rates, bad MX addresses and role-based email issues.
Cons: Contact management can feel slow and clunky with larger lists. Bulk deletion and list cleanup are not as smooth as expected, and some parts of the import and field mapping workflow could be clearer. Our first large campaign was suspended because our imported database contained many outdated emails, and the reactivation process was stressful at first, although support eventually explained the issue clearly.

Great. Especially after pleasantly encountering a serious, Indian (did not expect in a predominantly European product!), helpful Senior Executive who understood my concern and had a soluion ready. Setting up was easy and using the product has been a good experience.
Pros: Perfect campaign tool for SMBs. Mailchimp but more economical, more efficient. A leap foward from the original Sendinblue product, feature packed and did I say economical?
Cons: Not a dealbreaker but the UI could be more premium, features less jam packed and more integrated with actual user workflow. The pricing page is confusing. When I see Rs. 625 in bold for a starter pack, I go to checkout page expecting to pay Rs. 625. But suddenly a calcualtion showing an unreasonable gap (1500 contacts -> directly 50,000 contacts) appears on the checkout page which sort of drains a person's intent to go ahead with the purchase! The >100% of the product subscription price tag for removing Brevo branding (Rs 750 -> Rs. 625) was somewhat surprising.

My overall experience with Brevo has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, intuitive and great for creating email campaigns without unnecessary complexity. What stood out the most to me was the customer support — fast, professional and genuinely helpful. Even when I had an issue accessing my account, the team handled everything with kindness and efficiency. Overall, I think Brevo offers a great balance between usability, features and value for money.
Pros: What I like most about Brevo is how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. Creating email campaigns and managing contacts feels simple, even without a very technical background. I also had a great experience with customer support recently — fast, helpful and genuinely kind. Romeo was especially professional and supportive throughout the process. Overall, Brevo offers a very good balance between usability, features and value for money.
Cons: One thing that could be improved is the account recovery and email change process. If you lose access to your old email address, updating login details can become quite complicated. That said, the support team was very professional and helpful in finding a solution.

I use Brevo for my newsletter. It works. Automation is easy to set up, email tracking gives me what I need, and the CRM is simple enough to manage without prior experience. Support is responsive. I'd recommend it.
Pros: All-in-one. Automation, email sequences, tracking, analytics, and a simple CRM - all in one place. No need to juggle multiple tools. Support is solid too. They actually respond and help.
Cons: Nothing major so far. If I had to pick something, the email template editor could be smoother. But it's not a dealbreaker.

Overall it was good dealing with a challenging MAGS project and having to integrate Brevo with various other agents
Pros: The patience and determination to solve some persistent problems which we are sure others did not have due to the leading edge nature of our project
Cons: Tech support needs to get up to speed with previous tickets from a client as we had to repeat facts a few times!

My experience with Brevo has been very positive. It helped simplify marketing tasks and made managing campaigns and customer communication much more efficient.
Pros: Brevo is user-friendly and makes email marketing, automation, and customer communication simple to manage. The platform is organized, reliable, and easy to navigate.
Cons: Some advanced customization features could be more flexible, but overall the platform works smoothly and is easy to learn.

I’ve had a great experience with Brevo. It helped me automate my website emails easily, and the setup process was straightforward. The platform feels clean, reliable, and efficient for managing email communication.
Pros: Email sending speed and overall clarity are excellent. The platform is easy to understand and works reliably for automating website emails.
Cons: The email credit limits could be more generous, especially for growing businesses and higher-volume campaigns.

Our overall experience with Brevo has been very positive. We have been using it regularly for email campaigns, customer engagement, and communication management. The platform is stable, easy to use, and offers good value for money. Features like automation, templates, analytics, and contact management make daily tasks easier and more organized. Even when we face technical challenges, the support team usually helps with proper solutions and guidance. Overall, Brevo is a reliable platform for businesses looking for an affordable and effective email marketing and communication solution.
Pros: Brevo is very simple and easy to manage for daily communication and email marketing activities. The interface is user-friendly, so even new users can quickly understand the platform without much training. We like the automation features, campaign management, contact organization, and reporting tools. It helps us manage customer communication efficiently and saves a lot of time. The pricing is also reasonable compared to other platforms, especially for growing businesses. Their support team is knowledgeable and usually provides proper guidance whenever we face technical or configuration-related issues.
Cons: One area where Brevo can improve is support response time during urgent technical issues or third-party integrations. Sometimes chat or ticket replies take longer than expected, especially during busy hours. A few advanced features also require better documentation for beginners. Apart from that, the overall platform works smoothly and reliably for most business requirements.

Its been a long and never ending story with Brevo. It is an allround tool for my monthly email marketing which helps to keep in touch with my interactive audience.
Pros: Brevo is a cost-effective and an intuitive tool for marketing teams with best email management features. The UI and UX of the tool gives great feedback for the decision makers to create their content and send beautiful campaigns to the audience.
Cons: Halting few features in basic plans, like work flows, AI emailer, and other few more. Although they are not deal breakers but I would want more automation for not only transactional but marketing mails too.
Rishab R. · Sr Manager Product and Brand Management · Telecommunications · May 8, 2026
I have tried repeatedly to contact Brevo by both phone and email but unfortunately have received little meaningful support. Phone calls go unanswered, and there is not even an option to leave a voicemail. The email responses appear to be automated, typically asking for additional details while thanking me for my patience, despite the information already provided. At this point, I feel as though I have made a donation to the company rather than a worthwhile investment in my business.
Pros: At this point, I cannot say there is anything I have liked about Brevo. Their marketing strategy appears promising; however, their product and customer service have been virtually nonexistent.
Cons: I signed my contract with Brevo on October 22, 2025, and paid the $249.00 fee to gain access to the network. Since then, I have received only one referral, and unfortunately, it was not a valid lead. For the past several weeks, I am not even able to log into the site

Good support, great and clear backend, fast sending, what's not to like? After a bit of a false start communication with the support team went great. And in our case the value for money is also great.
Pros: Switching from the other big name in email marketing was exciting but very satisfying after all. Best decision we made.
Cons: I would love to have more language support e.g. Dutch for us. It's a bit overwhelming first time loggin in but we got used to the system very fast.
Jeroen V. · Marketing and Design · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · May 7, 2026
Pros: What really won me over was how incredibly easy it is to use, plus their customer support team is absolutely phenomenal! not to mention their very reasonable prices and their visually appealing UI.
Cons: To be honest, I haven't run into any real downsides yet. The only minor hiccup I experienced was an OTP code failing to deliver to my phone during setup. However, I reached out to their customer support team, and they had it sorted out for me almost immediately.
Jasem M. · Software and ML Engineer · Civil Engineering · May 6, 2026
My experience was very good, i has a valuable suport when i needed. The interface îs very ease to use.
Pros: Customer support, ease of use, email management , marketing and sales, user interface, value for money.
Cons: I have nothing to complain about their products. So far I haven't encountered any problems. Thank You.

Overall it was great. I really appreciate the prompt customer service and response. They were very understanding and helpful.
Pros: This is a great way to reach customers and potential customers. The interface was easy to use and self explanatory. I liked that I could try it for free before going deeper with a paid account. Definitely one of the most simple and easy to use mass marketing email platforms I have seen.
Cons: I don't love that you get rolled into a subscription when you upgrade. In terms of customer or client lists, I didn't understand that section but quickly got around that with the email all function.
Nick D. · General Manager · Hospitality · May 4, 2026
Dominique M. · Responsable communication · Non-Profit Organization Management · May 3, 2026
Good platform for email marketing, automation and customer communication. Useful for small and medium companies that want professional campaigns without too much complexity.
Pros: What I liked most is the balance between features and simplicity. You can create campaigns, manage contacts, automate emails and even use SMS tools. Good choice when company wants serious marketing tool but still easy to use.
Cons: Some advanced features are less deep than very premium competitors. Also when database becomes large, setup and segmentation need more attention.
Antoine M. · Marketing advisor · Banking · May 1, 2026
Pros: It's the best marketing tool for newbies as it has some free usage limits with all the required features.
Cons: All okay, no issues. I like its affordable pricing, and it gives API credentials as well, with a good limit.
Shivam N. · Marketer · Marketing and Advertising · May 1, 2026
Overall, my experience with Brevo has been positive. The platform offers useful tools for email marketing, contact management, and campaign tracking. It helped us manage large mailing lists and communicate with customers efficiently. However, some areas such as billing clarity, recipient count visibility, and certain interface functions could be improved.
Pros: What I liked most about Brevo was its all-in-one marketing platform. Email campaign creation, contact management, automation, and reporting are all in one place, which made it efficient to manage our marketing activities.
Cons: The contact and recipient count was sometimes confusing. There were cases where the number of contacts in my list did not match the number of available recipients in campaigns, which made campaign management less clear.
Anonymous User · Owner · Education Management · April 30, 2026
I'm happy with everything except the price. I also like that their a European company and I can speak German with the support team.
Pros: The support is just the best I've ever experienced. The newsletter editor does what I need and everything looks neat.
Cons: The price is too high. I only sent a few newsletters per year and don't use any other features. So 34 EUR per month seems a bit out of proportion.
Ben R. · Art Director, Designer · Design · April 30, 2026
It’s great. It feels like a platform that actually wants you to succeed rather than just one that wants to bill you for your contact list size. The Value for Money is huge and the ease of use has saved me a ton of time. The support team, specifically how they handled PushOwl issues with super speed, really gives me peace of mind. It’s a solid, reliable tool with a support team that actually has your back.
Pros: Honestly, it’s the customer support. It is so rare to find a tech company that actually feels human. Whenever I’ve run into a wall especially with the PushOwl integration their team has been all over it. They are incredibly fast, they actually get the technical side of the issue without me having to explain it three times, and they follow up afterward just to make sure everything is still running smoothly. It’s also just a really pretty, easy-to-use platform. Most "all-in-one" tools feel like a cluttered mess, but Brevo keeps things clean and simple.
Cons: The only thing that really bugs me is the clunky workflow when duplicating campaigns. If I want to take a successful email and quickly resend it to the people who didn't open it (or those who clicked but didn't buy), I feel like I have to jump through too many hoops.
Amanda L. · Head of Marketing · Education Management · April 30, 2026
Overall my experience has been excellent. Brevo handles both my transactional emails and marketing newsletters reliably, and the setup was straightforward. It does exactly what I need without forcing me into an expensive plan, and the platform has been stable in daily production use. I would happily recommend it to other developers and small business owners.
Pros: Brevo offers great value for money — the free tier is generous enough to get started without any upfront cost, which is ideal for small businesses and side projects. The API is well-documented and easy to integrate; I had transactional emails working in my Spring Boot app within an hour. The admin interface is clean and intuitive, and the drag-and-drop template editor makes it simple to design good-looking marketing campaigns without writing HTML by hand. Having both transactional email and marketing campaigns under one roof is also a big plus.
Cons: Honestly, very few complaints. The dashboard can feel a bit slow to load at times - but its my internet speed, I think.
