Jobber helps small service businesses in construction, consumer services, and facilities management with daily operations such as scheduling, quoting, and invoicing. It stands out for its ease of use and mobile-friendly invoice creation, but reviewers consistently flag syncing issues with QuickBooks and limited reporting as drawbacks. Unlike competitors such as ServiceTitan and FieldPulse, Jobber lacks advanced automation and offline access.

Overall, Jobber has been a solid tool for managing field service work. It makes scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and customer communication much more efficient and helps keep everything organized in one system. While there is a learning curve and some limitations with advanced features, it improves day-to-day operations once the team is trained.
Pros: What I like most about Jobber is how it simplifies scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and customer communication all in one system. It’s easy for field teams to stay organized and keeps day-to-day operations moving smoothly without juggling multiple tools.
Cons: The biggest downside I noticed with Jobber is that some key features feel locked behind higher-tier plans or add-ons, which can drive up the cost quickly. It can also feel a bit rigid at times when trying to fully customize workflows or reporting.
Nikole R. · Permit Technician · Accounting · May 1, 2026
I would say it has been positive. While it does have its pain points, I would say overall it has been a good experience. Fixing the data/reporting needs and the ability to have different options on quoting would put it as great.
Pros: Simplicity for new technicians to learn the system quickly, and be effective faster. They can often learn most of what they need to know in two days or less.
Cons: The lack of reporting is disappointing. It could be so much better. The data is obviously there, but there is no easy way to get to the many reports I would like to know. The ability to customize reports or data pulls would be very useful.

Jobber makes my job easy and fast. I don't have to remember details because they are all stored in one place and easy to find.
Pros: Information all in one place. From quotes to storing all communications with client, everything is in one place and easy to access. Once you get to invoicing, all of the information and details you need are easy to find. The updates are very helpful and make the app better and better.
Cons: My only issue was if we needed to change client address in the past it was hard to do but with the most recent updates, this is now made super easy.

Overall we love the system and enjoy working with it. Customers love it. Makes us a lot more organized
Pros: 1. Very easy to use- its clean, intuitive interface we were up and running quickly without much training 2. Scheduling & dispatching Drag-and-drop calendar works well Easy to assign jobs to crews and adjust 3. Professional customer experience Quotes, invoices, and client hub look polished Customers can approve quotes, pay online, and see job history 4. Mobile app is nice Techs in the field can: View schedules Add notes/photos Create invoices on-site Reduces back-and-forth with the office 5. Automation features Automatic reminders for appointments Follow-ups for quotes Recurring job scheduling Easier to get payments Reviews are easier and the tracking in nice
Cons: Pricing is high Scheduling view is not ideal no alerts with the calendar for upcoming tasks calendar will let you schedule the same person at the same time for multiple jobs with no alert Cant group crews to easy scheduling only individual Can switch a job into a task need to delete and start over

Overall, my experience with Jobber has been really positive. It keeps my business organized, efficient, and a lot less stressful. From quotes to scheduling to getting paid, everything just flows. I also like how it connects with other apps I already use. It makes day to day operations smoother and helps keep everything in one place. It’s made me look more professional to customers, which matters when you’re trying to grow. My only frustration is paying extra for features like in platform messaging. I feel like there are better ways to monetize, and some of those tools should be included. Even with that, it’s something I rely on every day.
Pros: Jobber has been a game changer for how I run my business. Everything just flows. From sending quotes to scheduling jobs and getting paid, it all feels simple and dialed in. I spend less time trying to stay organized and more time actually working and growing. It also makes me look way more professional to my customers, which matters. I genuinely enjoy using it, and that says a lot.
Cons: Jobber has been a game changer for how I run my business. Everything just flows. From sending quotes to scheduling jobs and getting paid, it all feels simple and dialed in. I spend less time trying to stay organized and more time actually working and growing. It also makes me look more professional to my customers, which matters. My only frustration is having to pay extra for certain features like in platform messaging. I feel like there are better ways to monetize than putting key functionality behind additional fees. That said, I still genuinely enjoy using it and it has made a big difference in my day to day operations.

I’ve had a great experience with everything from the product itself to customer service. I rarely need customer service because they make it so easy to use and understand but when I have needed help they’ve been ready and waiting. They also continue to improve the program all the time which gives me confidence they are pushing for the same high service as I am.
Pros: The function of the product for the cost is great. I’ve used many over the years and Jobber provides the best balance of functionality for the price.
Cons: As with any product like this there will be bugs. I wish there wasn’t but it’s part of technology. They fix it quickly when something happens though.
Ryan H. · Manager · Construction · April 30, 2026
Overall, we are very happy with Jobber. It’s user-friendly, and the customer service is exceptional. Admin controls are straightforward and easy to use, and the reporting features are strong. We also appreciate the different color options for team members on the schedule, as well as the today sheets. In addition, the integration with CompanyCam has been extremely beneficial for our workflow.
Pros: Jobber is very user-friendly and the app works great. Clocking in and out was not a favorite thing for our employees, but the app is easy to use and our team adapted to it with ease. Customer service is always easy to get a hold of and they are patient and check in after the issue has been resolved.
Cons: At times, it can be challenging to correctly sync with QuickBooks. This has led to some frustration and doesn’t seem to have an easy workaround. We’ve experienced duplicated entries and instances where payments are recorded in Jobber but not reflected in QuickBooks at all. We would also prefer the ability to have multiple quotes tied to the same request, and it would be nice to have more flexible options for archiving.
Shannon L. · Office Manager · Construction · April 30, 2026
Over all its been pretty good. Still getting use to it, but I feel once I learn the ins and outs I will be able to really take advantage of it to manage the business and grow.
Pros: I like how clients have a hub. I like that new clients can go to my website to fill out a contact form and all of their info is automatically in jobber for me to the convert to quote/job.
Cons: There is too many differences between the desktop version and the app. Maybe its because I'm still new, but the app still feels clunky. Its not as easy to navigate as the site and the site is too difficult to navigate on your phones browser. Also there are things only available on the site. I think the app can use work. Especially with ease of use.
CHRIS D. · Owner · Consumer Services · April 30, 2026
Great experience overall, Jobber helps us run our business very efficiently. Creating requests quotes, jobs, invoices is a breeze.
Pros: GUI is great and very easy to use. Scheduling and invoicing is very easy and allows clients to book jobs electronically as well as pay invoices and approve quotes electronically. Customer support is live and great. Rarely have to deal with bugs and always updating for the better
Cons: Reporting could be more robust but they do keep improving it. Other than that Jobber is an overall strong offering and cheaper than a lot of competitors.
Andy G. · Owner · Consumer Services · April 30, 2026
so far so good! Very easy to navigate and use. Love that they are always improving and changing up things.
Pros: Very easy to navigate and use. Always changing and trying to improve. Scheduling is pretty easy to use as well.
Cons: Invoicing is a little tricky when it comes to emailing customers. A lot of rejected emails. Trying to figure out how to figure out the email problem.
Crystal K. · Office Admin · Telecommunications · April 30, 2026
It's honestly just ok. It's behind the curve on optimized routing, lead management, and drip campaigns. No one reads emails...
Pros: It's decent with invoicing and it integrates with Quickbooks. I also like that it offers a client portal.
Cons: Tax Rates/Payments don't always sync to Quickbooks correctly, and optimized routing is seriously lacking. No text drip campaign is also a problem.
Malik L. · Owner · Consumer Services · April 30, 2026
I can not imagine running by business without it. I love the ease of use. I can get a phone call from a prospective client and in under a minute send a quote, get an approval, schedule a recurring job.
Pros: Great on boarding process. They have a dedicated person that makes sure you’re up to speed and all your questions are answered.
Cons: I wish they had 2 way texting option for lower level plans. Most people are much more likely to read a text rather than email.
Stan D. · Owner · Construction · April 30, 2026
It’s been good so far, the routing needs improvement instead of using straight lines it should be going by the roads
Pros: I like how everything is all in one place. It makes scheduling, invoicing, and managing customers simple and easy to stay organized day to day
Cons: The routing feature needs improvement, and the app can struggle in areas with poor service, which makes it harder to stay efficient in the field.

We’ve been using Jobber to help manage our tree service business, and it’s made a big difference in keeping our operations organized. Scheduling jobs, managing client information, sending estimates, and tracking work progress has become much more streamlined. One of the biggest benefits has been having everything in one place. Our team can stay on the same page, communication is easier, and it’s helped reduce administrative back-and-forth. The quoting and invoicing features have also helped us look more professional and save time. As with any software, there was a bit of a learning curve at first, but once our team got comfortable with it, Jobber became an important part of our daily workflow. Overall, I’d recommend Jobber to other service-based businesses—especially in tree care, landscaping, or field services—looking to improve organization, efficiency, and customer communication. Very useful for day-to-day business operations.
Pros: Jobber has made it much easier to keep our tree service business organized. The scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client communication tools all work well together, which saves our team time and reduces paperwork. Having job details, customer history, and team schedules all in one place has helped us stay efficient and professional.
Cons: While Jobber does a lot well operationally, the reporting side has been frustrating. As a business owner using a CRM and field service platform, I expect quick access to core business metrics in one place. Basic questions like: How many leads did we get this week? How many estimates were converted? How many invoices were sent? How much outstanding money is owed?—those should be easy to see in a single dashboard or report. Instead, reporting feels more fragmented than it should be, and it takes extra time to pull together information that should be readily available for making day-to-day business decisions. For a platform built for service businesses, better reporting and more executive-level visibility would make a huge difference.

Amazing! User friendly. Between this system and marketing, we are up 200% from 2024. Could not be happier! Had eliminated miscommunications with customers and my employees love it
Pros: Customer support is phenomenal! [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing. The system is great but I can’t tell you how patient and helpful he has been!
Cons: Crazy to say this but there are so many features that I haven’t dug into all that it can do. Nothing yet
Jason R. · Owner · Construction · April 30, 2026
The interface of the website is very modern. Very easy CRM to use and to train employees on. Customer support was quick to respond.
Pros: Very easy to use. It is a good value for the amount of money that you pay. easy quick book integration.
Cons: Did not like that it did not have a dispatch page per technician. Could not adjust invoices that easily.
Natalie A. · Manager · Construction · April 30, 2026
Overall, Jobber has been a great, user-friendly platform. The platform is easy to navigate and easy to train new hires on. The client life cycle matches so well will our company's work flow. Jobber support is quick to reply and problem solve. There are only a few industry-specific features I wish Jobber had to match more closely with the workflow of some of our projects. Overall, Jobber is a great platform and I would recommend it to other companies.
Pros: Jobber is very user friendly. The customer life cycle in Jobber is clear and easy to navigate. You can quickly view a client, quotes, the schedule, etc. from any page. The customer support is quick to reply and very helpful. Jobber also listens to the feedback we give and has made improvements to the platform based on user feedback.
Cons: There are a few things that Jobber does not do. For ongoing projects, the only way to keep track of those is by using the notes under the client's profile and by creating additional visits. It would be helpful if there was a way to track the progress of a project aside from visits alone, as there are aspects of our projects that do not necessitate a "visit." There is also no way to create a change order after a quote or job has been changed.
Emma N. · Administrative Manager · Construction · April 28, 2026
Our experience thus far is 10/10. Easy to navigate and has simplified our lives by having everything in one platform.
Pros: We have been thriving with our business since we switched to Jobber. This platform has secured us more work and helped us make the process so much easier for ourselves and our potential clients.
Cons: Some issues we have faced are the quotes not being sent or the link disappearing, but that is an every-now-and-then thing.
Jose M. · Owner · Construction · April 27, 2026
Overall I have recommended it to a few others showing the overall cost is well less than the overall value that this provides me and my company as we continue to grow this season!
Pros: Ease of use - this is very easy to get all customer info put in and I would not be able to keep all of my jobs and accounts organized without it. It is also helping us scale this season and making that process much easier than it ever has been in the past without it.
Cons: Occasionally I have to reset the app when using it during the day as it will freeze up, but besides that there is not much that I have to complain about.
Erik C. · Owner Lawn and Landscape · Retail · April 25, 2026
Very good. I have no hesitation recommending them to someone. I have built my service business around this CRM and have not regretted it. Lots of room to grow with these powerful tools. Adopting this early meant good systems were in place to scale my business. Jobber has made it streamlined and each year it get better.
Pros: Pretty much a one stop shop. A few minor annoyances, but I looked at a lot of other options and Jobber was most compatible for my business needs. I love how they are constantly making it better.
Cons: While integrated with Zapier, some of the default settings don't work when a zap does the task making for some busy work tasks to clean up.
Garrett C. · Owner · Construction · April 24, 2026
Overall, Jobber is turning out to be an excellent software for service and repair companies!! At first, I was not impressed, but over the years, with constant upgrades, Jobber has become a software I will continue to use and grow with, as well as recommend to service and repair business owners!
Pros: I LOVE THE ACCOUNTING upgrades!!!! I really look forward to working with the Jobber Bookkeeping Team! Also looking forward to the job costing/profitability opportunities coming up!!!!
Cons: I am not a fan of the Jobber Timesheets. I prefer the previous layout and WISH there was a signature line so I can transfer it into DocuSign and speed my payroll process up!
Katie L. · Operations Manager · Utilities · April 24, 2026
Overall, my experience with Jobber has been really positive. It does what it promises, my clients actually enjoy using it, and it makes my job as their accountant a lot easier. Not perfect, but genuinely one of the better tools out there for trades businesses.
Pros: $8c
Cons: There really aren't many downsides, but if I had to pick at something, I'd say the reporting could be a bit more comprehensive. It covers the basics well, but for deeper analysis I often end up pulling data into QuickBooks or Excel anyway. The QuickBooks integration itself is good, but not perfect, there's still the odd thing that doesn't map across the way you'd expect, so it's worth double-checking rather than assuming everything syncs cleanly.
Eri D. · ACCOUNTANT · Accounting · April 23, 2026
Jobber is a great program that makes the sale process run smooth. From sending quotes, getting approval, paying deposits all in one convenient platform. This makes the sales process easy, which is a key part for customers to continue to come back
Pros: Its very user friendly. All features are in one place. Mobile app is VERY well done The scheduling feature makes planning a breeze, especially for a large team of installers.
Cons: The invoice integration to QuickBooks can be clunky at times, which leads to less trust in the system. Randomly we will have a deposit not apply to a payment.
Jaimy P. · General Manager · Marketing and Advertising · April 22, 2026
Overall we are content and enjoy all the upgrades being done to the software. The team at Jobber is constantly improving and willing to listed to the feedback of their clients.
Pros: I like the ability to be able to connect all of our branches under one login and we can all collaborate on our offerings. The platform is smooth, easy to use, invoicing is done within and minimal bugs.
Cons: The lead sourcing data tracking is difficult and doesn't transfer across the different "fields" like customer, quote, job, etc. Customer support is also a bit slower than you'd expect in some scenarios.
Fadi M. · Owner · Construction · April 22, 2026
Overall, my experience with Jobber has been very positive. It’s helped streamline our operations, keep everything organized, and improve communication with customers.
Pros: Jobber makes it really easy to manage scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication all in one place. It keeps everything organized and saves a lot of time day-to-day.
Cons: Some features could be a bit more customizable, especially when it comes to pricing structures and workflows. There’s a slight learning curve at the beginning, but overall it’s manageable.
