Understanding our CLV has helped us justify spending more to acquire high-value customers. It’s improved how we think about paid marketing.
Pros: Reaktion gives us accurate data we can actually trust. The difference server-side tracking made is massive. We now track way more conversions than before. Reports come directly into our Slack channel each morning. No one has to chase numbers anymore. That alone has made a big difference for our team.
Cons: There’s a lot of data, which is GREAT, but sometimes for less experienced members it’s hard to decide what to prioritize without some kind of recommendation layer

I have used Reaktion as a marketing agency, and we implement it for all of our clients. I have tried a lot of other tracking softwares but none of them offer a software this easy to use and for our clients to implement and undertand. They are very helpful, and we get tracking improvements of a very high and accurate level. Also the profit dashboard, is accurate and transparent and allows us to optimize campaigns based off of more relevant data, and it can even be implemented so Meta optimizes from Reaktions tracking. Pros: Very good overall experience. User friendly interface. Good and accurate tracking, that can directly be implemented into the ad accounts to optimize from. And I really like the in depth and transparent profit tracking dashboard.

Pros: Easy to use, yet highly effective. Gives an amazing overview of marketing performance, while also delivering improved tracking. Very useful for us as a marketing agency with multiple clients using Reaktion.
Cons: A few times the app needs re-authentication, which set backs tracking, and we don't get a notification with it.
