This dialer has the best connects rates out any other system I've tried! I had a bunch of "dead" leads that were not picking up using wavv and kixie, but when I put them in readymode I got a bunch of sales that would not have been possible with out it.
Pros: I like readymode because it offers the most user friendly dialing experience. It is simple yet elegant. Just like the name, the user flips the switch from "break" to "ready" and the software dials 100% in the background, it beeps once someone connects. I have tried wavv and kixie dialer and readymode easily stands on top. The best part about this system is its scaleability, this is an enterprise level software. It's super easier to onboard agents because its super user friendly. The admin panel gives a level of control that no other system does. The ai dialer picks the best possible time to call a certain lead based on past attempts!
Cons: nothing really. It's a very polished system all around. the setup is a little more complex than other dialers but that is because readymode offers a level of control better than anything on the market.

Loved it made a banger sale off of it and honestly going to be using this for a super long time for the future.
Pros: It literally dials so many people at once I literally sit here and wait for someone to pick up this is amazing!
Cons: A little tricky to use at first like you think you have to be an astronaut or this is like the Apollo 9 but then you learn how to use it and it's sick! Maybe a tutorial would be cool.

Pros: how easy it is to dial and keep track of clients on here and how you can listen to all call logs and set up callbacks and customer support is great and fast and definitely worth the money
Cons: sometimes it bugs out and wont call sometimes and i guess it kinda looks outdated as well and sometimes it overlays callbacks

in general is good, as I said before I would making a little easier to use by organizing different in a more simple way the info and different options to use.
Pros: easy to use, very efficient, easy to understand, I would just probably like it more if the information is a little more organized for someone who is trying to use it with little training.
Cons: It gets stuck sometimes and it keeps on pausing dialer but other than that it is very good in general.

i plan on using this system for a long time. i took around 40 calls and closed a deal so it obviously works
Pros: this system is the best. The value is amazing, to get all this for 600 dollars is great. if any one is thinking about using it stop thinking and do it!
Cons: honestly i dont have any complaints. this system is super easy to use and learn. i guess if i had a complaint about something it would be that some calls are just peoples voicemails but thats not a problem

Pros: Easy to use and navigate even for an old timer lol i find it easy to learn and adjust to even though I've not been in a CRM in a while
Cons: call log only plays while on dial mode?? ma[ybe i am doing something wrong but I can only play calls when in dial mode

It has been amazing and we have referred many people and we also have two gateways to maximize usage.
Pros: Overall amazing system. It allows reporting and lead management to get the best out of the data. Overall Great.
Cons: There is really nothing I dont like. Support is always great and fast to access. We have not had bad experiences with Readymode.

Pros: how fast the phone answer with no lag and clear. im able to type all my info easy in the contact history witch definetly helps.
Cons: nothing really everything has been great. i have hjad a few glitchs with the hearing or the connection sometimes gets lost.

Pros: Connects many calls and overall a very clean system and dialer. It's the best power dialer I've used and allows many configurations. it's extremely efficient and quick to get more clients available.
Cons: The UI does look outdated but it is very simple and easy to use. I have not had many issues using the dialer

Pros: Quick and easy, money values are high. The call dialer is accurate and reliable. clear audio and great connections to microphone.
Cons: dialer is slow, tends to have an over 10 min wait time. the leads are really cold and tends to waste time.

Overall, my experience with Readymode has been a good one; I make international calls like the person is standing right next to me. It provides great costumer support as well. It is very easy to use and also efficient, I will easily recommend Readymode to anyone. Readymode also gives value for money, every call made is recorded, thereby making the whole process transparent and convenient for both costumers and agents. Readymode also features a wonderful call center community that allows for agents to attend to costumers' without any hassles. And also there is a script that guides agents on how to make their calling experience worth every dial.
Pros: I like the fact that calls can be made seamlessly, and every body can hear each other clearly without glitches. It has an amazing dialer feature, calls could be made either by putting in the costumer's profile ID or just dialing their phone numbers manually from the dial pad.
Cons: Sometimes calls come in without showing the costumers information and it's often frustrating. And the fact that calls come on line 2 when I'm on a call with someone else, I do not like either

Very good. Had very few technical problems and any of the real ones were to be dealt with by the third party company who sold me the technology.
Pros: System works exactly as advertised. Does all the manual labor for me so I dont have to hand dial the phone numbers anymore.
Cons: No call recordings so I can listen to the call afterward. The microphone isnt the best and requires a really good internet connection.

10/10 experience and it makes dialing a whole lot easier. It makes my job not a hassle and I can sit from the comfort of my home.
Pros: How easy it is to use. The tools to make appointments/ follow up with clients makes it incredibly easy. I'd recommend it for any company.
Cons: Nothing to be honest. It's very good, but I guess my least favorite thing would be it's not always accessible if there's too many people in your company using it.

I have used ready mode in the past, so I was already familiar with the system. So I have no problem navigating and using the services available in the program
Pros: Ease of use and navigation. I am very familiar with this program as I have used it in the past. It just has a small latency problem from time to time. I like using the various services available.
Cons: I am not happy with the amount of latency (sometimes) Sometimes the inf ormation on the client shows up AFTER I am connected. Not Good.
