My experience with iSite has been extremely positive. The system is powerful and comprehensive and the support i've received throughout has been excellent. Everything has been delivered and explained at a pace that suited me, which has made the process very enjoyable and stress free.
Pros: It brings everything together in one place. We no longer have our data split across 2 systems, and it's much more efficient and easier to oversee. iSite offers a lot of functionality, is very in-depth and we feel we have much better control over our portfolio. It has strengthened our tenant and asset management with clearer visibility of data. The engineer app is a significant improvement too. Our maintenance teams can see and manage their work orders on a live system that updates as they go. They now have access to relevant tenant contact info and property info related to their work orders which improves communication. Managing their work on their tablets is far more user friendly and much easier overall.
Cons: Because iSite is very in-depth, it can feel complex at times and there is a noticeable learning curve until you become familiar with the system.

The more we've used iSite as a team, the more we've been able to utilise it's features. This has been aided even more so by the recent projects we've carried out alongside our iSite contact Craig.
Pros: Tickets easy to raise and update and simple to filter and export data when required for reporting purposes.
Cons: We sometimes encounter errors that prevent us closing items or accessing dashboards. However, the helpdesk do help us to rectify these issues when flagged.

It's a good program to use and is easy to set up other people. It's good for people who have little knowledge about online systems and is easy to train others.
Pros: It's helpful to log assets and track live jobs which I use for my main job role.
Cons: The bulk editing features are helpful, but could use a bulk logging section. For example, one site has 50 handpieces, but I had to add them all 1 by 1.

Had a couple of teething issues at the beginning which were to be expected but iSite were very quick in resolving these for us. Good availability when needing advice/support either via Teams call or email.
Pros: Easy to keep track of multiple PPM Occurrences and Defects. The ability to have multiple user roles. User friendly. Ability to amend to suit our needs.
Cons: A couple of connectivity issues in the beginning but these were quickly resolved. Loading time can be a little long.

The move from our previous database to iSite has overall been a positive experience. The team worked collaboratively with us to ensure plenty of testing was done before going live and worked with us to bulk upload a lot of our data. The collaborative approach of iSite in tailoring their product to our needs and their receptiveness to client feedback have contributed to a successful partnership. Their creative problem-solving approach, even when certain requirements fall outside of the original scope, is positive. I think this has been a major win for us, working with a smaller software developer who spend a bit more time on account management. It’s always beneficial when a new system not only meets but exceeds expectations.
Pros: The database is intuitive and have a user friendly interface. It is really easy to pick up and learn. It has a nice mix of data, maps, images and useful widgets and graphs. The search functions and filters are great for creating bespoke views of information that each team would like to see. The team at iSite are really easy to work with and are receptive to client feedback.
Cons: There is a couple of data areas that could be better integrated in to the record for widget and reporting purposes but there are work arounds.

The Hub is a very comprehensive property management tool that has CAFM features that support a property management department very well. From document management, estate and asset management, planned maintenance and lifecycle modelling, as well as reactive maintenance and project management features however I am less familiar with those. I work most closely with the planned maintenance and asset management tools, which, in my experience, are second to none. I have not come across another CAFM or maintenance system on the market with the same level of sophistication in planned maintenance features.
Pros: The planned maintenance module makes creating and managing a PPM schedule incredibly straight-forward, easily the best I have used in any CAFM system. From grabbing live updates from SFG20 and importing to your schedule in a couple of clicks, to mapping that against your asset register, to being able to make bulk changes to dates and suppliers, it’s all done with easy to use interfaces. Compliance documents can be uploaded via email or the interface with automation tools to complete PPMs and reduce administration substantially.
Cons: The feedback I have from other users is that the general look and feel needs some improvement, consistency amongst how buttons are presented and filtering tools are the most common feedback I’ve had from training.

it has made a complicated work environment easier to manage day to day
Pros: the DMS is simple to set up with minimal effort giving you overall brevity of your estate.
Cons: Depending on the size of the company there is a lot of functionality which isn't needed

It has been fine.
Pros: After a very large learning curve, I find the ease of creating work orders to be simple.
Cons: We are a small team and some of the qualities that I am sure a much larger company could benefit from created much frustration in the beginning. I feel it could be more in the way of simplifying for a small er team.
