Ignition

Pros: I like how you are assigned a customer service rep and they are very responsive. Also the quoting options are endless and you can make tons of custom templates

Cons: I find it quite expensive and editing or undoing transactions is quite difficult. I also find the payment processing lead times to be quite long.

Pros: I appreciate the ability that Ignition has that allows us to create our proposals as well as ACH authorizations in one place. I love that it has the capability to sync to QuickBooks Online.

Cons: I wish the client payments were processed faster with an affordable option for next day deposit.

Pros: Ignition is most helpful with simplified client onboarding processes, integrated billing and payments, customizable proposals and service transparency.

Cons: I do wish Ignition integrated with more of our current software.

Pros: Recurring billing was nice, and having all engagement letters in one place was helpful.

Cons: Billed me for an annual subscription that had been closed for 6 months at the same time they billed me for a monthly subscription. When pressed about getting my money back I was met with total incompetence. I was told, "the computer randomly billed you." When I asked about getting my money back I was told, "expect to be without funds for 7 business days." Do not do business with these people - They will take money they are not entitled to, and put as many barriers in place as possible to delay returning your funds. BUYER BEWARE!

Pros: How easy it was to create a new proposal. Saved a lot of time.

Cons: Haven't found anything we don't like so far. It has been 4 months and we are very happy.

Pros: Great client interface. Fairly easy to implement. Excellent onboarding and support staff. Offers a lot of features, at an additional cost.

Cons: Cost increases significantly for each features. No payment integrations except Stripe. Cost gets non-competitive after the add-ons. Without the add-on features the program lacks features included worh other packages

Pros: A streamlined proposal process that looks great and professional, and helps automate the engagement process

Cons: Pricing makes it unrealistic for small businesses. Being only one stage of the process makes it difficult to work between Ignition with another practice management solution to manage everything else like projects, tasks, etc. For many an all in one solution works better even though Ignition can integrate with many other PM platforms.

Pros: It's functionality to help in billing and proposals is pretty smooth and adaptive.

Cons: Refund takes too long to hit the bank account.

Pros: The ability to use multiple domains within one practice and have our engagement letter sent with our proposals, so they are dealt with upfront.

Cons: I have to use external pricing software to get bespoke prices for clients before building the proposal in Ignition to make the use of the services easier.

Pros: Easiest to use and Intuitive, also makes it easy for clients to read, approve and pay quickly. Also, support from our Rep is outstanding.

Cons: Can't think of anything. Software is easy to access, set up and use daily with no issues.

Pros: User simplicity and page outlook. Refreshing colours and wide access range.

Cons: Slow loading pages and too far range of info.

Pros: Ignition makes it very easy to jump right in and start using the product with their templates. Their training is wonderful as well. I have been able to generate proposals and start getting paid from clients on a monthly basis up-front rather than waiting to bill after month-end and waiting for the client to pay.

Cons: So far there isn't anything I don't like about Ignition. It is super user-friendly and easy to modify.

Pros: You have proposal , Document manage, and digital signature along payment system. it basically solved 4 problems in one platform

Cons: the time it takes money and distribute from banking of a client as opposed to credit card.

Pros: I liked the way the proposals can be revoked and renewed, edited, upated without having to create a new proposal, providing efficiency to both us and the client.

Cons: The default (un-editable) wording on client facing documents. We use Ignition as our Letter of Engagement after our proposal has been accepted in another platform. This is sometimes confusing to the clients as some of the default wording refers often to Proposal in comms.

Pros: This tool has made it easier and more efficient to communicate the terms of our engagements to clients, while ensuring that we have a clear record of the client reviewing and signing off on these terms.

Cons: With so many subscription costs these days, we had to weigh whether the benefits outweigh the annual cost of the product.

Pros: Versatility is key. We can send proposals for project bookkeeping and tax, monthly subscription bookkeeping, one offs for tax or specialty requests. We can edit the library of services and what each service entails. We can also customize our terms depending on the client.

Cons: I would prefer users did not have the ability to view all engagements. For general users I would like them to see only l what they have sent.

Pros: When I switched to Ignition I was able to replace about three other pieces of software that used. From quotes to contracts to payment and more. Ignition is a great way to present your services, an easy way to get paid, and an efficient way to management your income.

Cons: The switch from the old or original proposals to the new ones was a bit rocky, I wish this could have been done more on the back end with less complications for us users.

Pros: Automation, multi user, web browser based

Cons: Ability to customize needs to be more robust

Pros: Ignition provides a seamlessly automated platform for billing and proposal generation

Cons: The initial setup of templates, in our case, was quite specific and involved significant time at the management level

Pros: I like the efficiency of the features of this proposal management software. Ignition is so accurate.

Cons: I see no difficulties when using Ignition. Ignition is so amazing.

Pros: I like the efficiency of this proposal management solution. Ignition has been easy to use and reliable.

Cons: I do not have dislikes for Ignition. Ignition is amazing.

Pros: The platform is very user friendly. I love the ability to set up engagement periods of direct debit. This improves my company cash flow substantially.

Cons: Ignition is on the expensive side. I wish it could be more affordable.

Pros: Customer-facing proposal features and ease of use on customer side.

Cons: A bit lacking in some desired customized functionalities.
