So far, I'm enjoying it. I feel the more I learn the better I'll like it. It's starting to get a lot easier for me.
Pros: Once I learned all the options it was very easy to use. All the information I can put in, I still keep learning a lot.
Cons: It was hard to learn all the options I had available for me use. I had to train myself, so it took a while.

Good, we have used clinical for a 10+ years and have had good support and growth. Having good response around our questions.
Pros: The ability to work together with clinical, CRM and Carefeed and automate many parts, also the assessment to fill in the care plan.
Cons: The reporting and finding our best referral sources and how many leads they have sent us. Also dashboard has issues reporting thing accurately.

We have stayed with ECP for a number of years because it is a reliable system and makes medication management simple.
Pros: The ECP eMar system is easy to use. First time users find it intuitive from the beginning. We appreciate the simplicity of producing Face Pages and Physcian order sheets.
Cons: Our pharmacy has more difficulty interfacing with ECP than other eMar systems. It is not evident to us though.

It has been wonderful to work with so far. I am still learning all of the things it can do, but I like what I see so far.
Pros: Ease of use. Customer support is excellent, offering additional training as needed if I am unable to find anything in Knowledge base.
Cons: I haven't used it long enough to not like anything! I really need to understand the reporting system better, but I do have training scheduled for that.

My experience with ECP has been relatively easy. I am not a computer person, and I only know how to do what I am taught, but I feel I can teach someone else how to use majority of this system.
Pros: Easy to navigate, Customer service is always quick in returning calls and messages, with easy-to-understand direction. Cons: What I like least about ECP is sometimes information is not accessible in all areas. Like if I put a tb skin test in ECP and it was given I still have to go in immunizations to document it again.

Our agency has been an ECP customer for about 5 years now. We transitioned from paper documentation to ECP's EHR software relatively easily and the experience has overall been very positive. We have an established link with our preferred LTC pharmacy which has made everything so much simpler and safer!
Pros: ECP is user-friendly and resident-focused, offering a simple, straight-forward interface with many ways to tailor information, tasks and reports to our company's needs, with easily some of the best customer support I've worked with.
Cons: I would love to see ECP add options for internal messaging and resident appointment tracking in the future!

Very good experience overall. I have always gotten a quick response to any question I may have had or that had arisen.
Pros: This program gives real value for the money it costs our company. I appreciate the customer support and that they respond in a timely manner.

Very nice so far, they are eager to answer any and all questions. Every representative I have had the pleasure to speak with has been super friendly and helpful. It’s almost as if you are talking with an old friend!
Pros: ECP is user friendly and the customer service is really efficient. The support team also works quickly to resolve any issues, and that’s minutes not hours!
Cons: It’s missing a few features that our old EHR system had, but we have spoken to the ECO team about it and it seems they are working those items into future updates!

overall experience is a nine point five out of ten, the support team was great and replied immediately after getting a service call.
Pros: I do like how you can record multiple aspects of the everyday tasks that we are beholding to as staff.
Cons: the one thing I do not like is that we are not able to print out a completely blank MAR, with no consumer information. and that you are unable to link a resident to the pharmacy unless it is done at time of adding "New Resident. and that you cannot reactive a resident on the same day they were discharged.

My staff and my management team like using the ECP system. This system is very helpful to us. We wouldn't pick any other program.
Pros: The customer support and information available for our use. This program is very helpful. I like how we can just print off what we need. I like how we have everything in one place.

Overall, experience has been great. Typically when I have an issue, support is able to fix it for me. The program is user friendly.
Pros: Customer support is outstanding. They’ve always been able to help with questions. Waze of access is also huge. It’s easy to teach staff how to use.
Cons: I’ve run into issues with reports that I would like to create but don’t have the option to. I also just ran into an issue with care plan items and having to edit that.

Very positive. Easy for med techs to learn. Easy to check for undocumented meds. This is one of the hardest things for me to control on a daily basis. The problem isn't the system, its the users.
Pros: Other than regular daily use, I had to email support for a password issue and the support person [sensitive content hidden], responded very promptly with easy to understand instructions. She also followed up with an email to be sure everything worked out for me.
Cons: I don't really have anything I don't like about it. The only thing that I didn't know that causes a minor issue is that the med list that prints with the face sheet does NOT include treatments.

I love it and I’ve used several ehr systems this is the only one that has an intuitive count for meds that others don’t have. The files are easy to upload and the information I need is right at my fingertips .
Pros: That all our information needs are easily accessible, the customer support is amazing and responsive.
Cons: If my resident is out at say program there are things I cannot do or access while they are out for the day unless I “bring them back” on the building even if they are still out for the day.

It's been very positive. They took time to train me and other billers. They're always quick to answer my questions and tailer the software to our needs. When there is a bug, they fix it. When I need help, they're available.
Pros: Customer support - they always help me in a timely manner and tailer to my billing needs. Reporting - saves tons of time in booking revenue. Scheduling - I'm able to meet my deadlines for billing purposes.
Cons: I wish it was able to fill out billing forms like the CMS 1500. Similar products on the market do. Hoping this is an upgrade that will come soon!

Overall, a great experience. We have been using ECP for 10+ years and have been exceptionally satisfied with their software and customer service.
Pros: ECP is very user friendly. My teams rarely have issues with the system and when an issue does occur, the ECP customer service people are there to help. We use all aspects of the system, from eMAR to incident reporting. We have our own assessment tool in the system, as well as our own supporting assessments and evaluations. Overall, a great product.
Cons: I’d like to see AI capability, i.e, predictive risk concerns with residents based on documentation and incident reporting.

It’s been great! We couldn’t have chosen a better system for our needs. Our staff find it very easy to learn and use.
Pros: Ease of use for my staff! The support staff are also very responsive. We have never had to wait more than a day or two for an answer.
Cons: Our only involves not being able to save certain documents and go back to them later. We waste a lot of time reentering assessments.

Very positive experience from the beginning. Great support. Does interface with our pharmacy which is why we switched in the first place.
Pros: Overall a great EMR. Ease of uploading and the ability to keep everything in one place. The ECP support is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend to any assisted living or SNF.
Cons: Setting alerts for staff notifications seems to be more difficult than it should be and there is no way to alert us if someone doesn't have a BM for 48 hrs.

Overall I am very pleased with our selection of ECP. The setup process went very smoothly. We have very few minor issues, all of which were quickly resolved.
Pros: The value for the money is fantastic. Customer support is top notch. The ability to access ECP from anywhere is a huge bonus for my facility.
Cons: I wish the offline pharmacy integrated better, it seems to have been left behind. There are a lot of features in the pharmacy portion that I wish we could take advantage of. Unfortunately they do not work with our environment.

I teach the use of ECP to new hires and it is simple to walk them through the process. Other than a few wanting passwords reset, we have had very few issues.
Pros: very user friendly. I teach ECP to the new hires in our company and it is simple to navigate and teach.
Cons: difficulty in having different staff count controlled medications for different clients. Our clients are not broken up by halls, but assisted individually by staff.

It has been a pleasant transition. I would have liked for all of the resident information to have transferred over instead of us having to manually input, especially the assessment.
Pros: Ease of use. Great support, always quick and friendly and always have an answer to my questions. The staff is extremely knowledgeable.
Cons: I would like to change the time out greater than two hours or not to have a time out at all unless I log out.

Very satisfied. Quick response time and the fix that was sent took care of the issue. Overall it was a good experience.
Pros: CUstomizing options - I had difficulty locking in the company log-in. The response I got was timely and explained the steps to correct this. Very satisfied with the service.
Cons: When I was logged out and not knowing my company log-in was frustrating. I got the information was able to log-in and able to lock the log-in information.

The day to day functions are easy to use. I usually have to call for assistance if I need to do something that I don't know how to.
Pros: Medication Administration part helps staff to follow order to administer medication easily and correctly.
Cons: ECP is a complex system. There may be more functions than what I use. can only add the appointment for the day or the past. The system should have the ability to add future appointments, so all appointments would be in 1 place.

The support is excellent. Each time I have reached out they respond timely and have always been able to help me solve the issue.
Pros: ECP is easy to use. It makes managing care day to day manageable. The staff like it as it makes it easy for them to complete their tasks.
Cons: I don’t like that when you update a care plan it does not time stamp it. I find it cumbersome to have to do an assessment every time the care plan.

Pros: I am new to ECP and I have needed customer support several times this week. They were quick to respond and very knowledgeable.
Cons: Learning a new EMR was challenging. A lot of information was squeezed into a short period of time. I wish there was one extra day to do data entry with [sensitive content hidden] around to ask questions to.
