Overall very happy with the service. The customer support has been amazing. There's live chat or we can jump straight on to a call. They're always willing to work with us with issues we have. We went from a dinosaur system and are now very organized and are fully digital.
Pros: -Everything well organized. They thought of most things when it comes to all the pieces that need to come together for a real estate transaction -Software to edit/separate/sign pdfs -editable reports
Cons: Only con I see is the ability for broker of records and brokerage signing parties to have a list of documents that are pending signature. They can get lost in emails.

Pros: Total Brokerage is fantastic. It helps us easily track our transactions. The staff is extremely helpful and they are constantly updating their programming to streamline the process of tracking transactions. We are extremely happy with them.
Cons: We don't have any complaints at all about Total Brokerage. We like everything about their systems and staff.

My overall experience with totalbrokerage has been nothing short of amazing. It literally has everything I need to run my brokerage successfully under one roof.
Pros: I really love the digital signature feature for documents. It really helps to streamline compliance. I also like the accounting features as well, it so easy to keep track of income and expenses. I almost forgot, the lead router is amazing and easy to set up if you have agents
Cons: Honestly, the platform is always evolving to our needs, my only con is that I find myself so busy with deals that I don’t have time to learn and use then marketing automation part of the platform. Which could be real useful.

We are very pleased they are super helpful!
Pros: The help is instant and they follow up with us regulary to see how things are going. I also like how it has everything together and incorporates a CRM.
Cons: Sometimes it's not easy when sending forms to signatures. It's just a little confusing to the agents. They think they sent it but forgot to assign it to all the signers.

TotalBrokerage has provided the best real estate brokerage platform for managing agents and transactions! Not to mention e-signature capabilities and inter-platform communication. It has been a great experience.
Pros: I really love how you can customize the platform to match your company branding including logo and color. The customer support has been outstanding!
Cons: The manual upload and mapping for MLS documents is a bit tedious.

Pros: Great technology behind this all-in-one transaction management and brokerage management platform, including marketing and email blasts, agent onboarding, QuickBooks integrations and so much more. Very customizable to my brokerage with my own forms. Easy to understand with wizards that create "paperwork" packages for your agents automatically, based on questions and packages you control. So much more. Customer support is very knowledgeable and extremely quick to respond. Built in FAQ covers practically everything. My agents love it and use it every day! Was very easy to migrate to and implement throughout my brokerage.
Cons: After several years of still using the system, I honestly haven’t had anything that I dislike. In fact, there are so many options and features, I don’t even use them all! If I ever did have an issue about something or needed a change, the support team was quick to respond and take care of it.

Pros: Great platform that balances an existing structure that's easy to use, along with the flexibility to customize the transactional system to fit specific needs. Customer Support is amazing, and relatively easy to teach team members.
Cons: The system does not have the best signature system, but we understand they are improving this soon!

SCR enjoys being in business with TotalBrokeage!
Pros: 1. Transaction Management and the ease of reviewing transaction checklist for compliance purposes. 2. Onboarding agents and file storage. 3. Reporting transaction summary. 4. Message Board.
Cons: 1. A way for agents to go into their account/profile and pay by CC or ACH for monthly dues, earnest money, transaction fees, etc. 2. Digital Marketing: Social Media and Listing Marketing functionality. Be able to create a social media post, brochure, flyer design, etc. So the agent can create, add images, and text, and download to the post or print that digital marketing. ***I think these functionalities and designs are what TB is missing to fully complete the full "total" brokerage feeling for both agents and brokers. I find that most other competitors have the ability to offer these items.

This software is not as portrayed during the initial preview. AFTER you sign up for a year, then you start setting it up yourself - even though we were told setup would be done for us. They gave us a 30 day money back guarantee but it takes more than 30 days to understand how it really works and all of it's limitations so this is just for show. We've tried to work with this company to negotiate an early termination fee but they would rather keep unhappy customers because they are all about the MONEY!!! This software is not what they tell you it is! Don't get stuck in a contract like us!! We are just a small brokerage trying to get going so now we have to pay for two softwares!
Pros: I thought that it would be a great all in one product.
Cons: The entire program is difficult to use as nothing works in the right kind of flow - the documents do not look good enough to send to clients and take forever to fill out and use, the wizard questions are not really relevant or help with anything, you can't use the esignature without a transaction, on and on and on.

Pros: Product is very good. Customer service is excellent.
Cons: No mobile app. Costly if you are a new brokerage start up with a growing and relatively inexperienced team. If you have an existing team that is generating lots of business, I think it can be very cost effective all in one software.

Pros: The support of this product is exceptional. I am an old timer AND a software developer.Sometimes you have to know the difference between steak and gravy.. This software and ESPECIALLY the support team is STEAK!

Really great people to work with- the platform is updated almost daily and feedback for new features is always heard.
Pros: I appreciate that the platform is a one stop shop for our team. CRM, email and text marketing, contract management, and intranet in one place!
Cons: There are so many features, the team can sometimes run into confusion but the customer support team is always quick to jump in and help.

The TotalBrokerage experience has truly been a breath of fresh air into my real estate career. To have such a simple user interface in such a robust product is a dream that only an industry insider could have realized. I'm in TB every single day and it is as much a life blood product for me as the MLS is - it is that critical to my business. To have a product that handles CRM, Transaction Management, and Marketing with such ease either on mobile or PC is really something I never thought possible, especially for the price!
Pros: Super convenient on-the-fly CRM entry; Seamless transition from CRM to Transaction Management; Super robust Transaction Management that is tailor made for the real estate industry; Powerful Marketing module; Just a great all in one system that is invaluable to my real estate career
Cons: It is so robust, I recommend getting TB to assist with integration. The more you integrate, the more powerful the tool is.
