Arena QMS

Pros: I like that it’s very simple and intuitive to use, which makes navigation and documentation easy and do my job easier everyday.

Cons: Overall, Arena QMS works well, but occasionally the system responds slowly or takes extra time to load documents. Improving speed and navigation would make the user experience even better.

Pros: the interface is intuitive and allows all important information to be readily available. The concept of a QMS is vital and Arena does it well.

Cons: Search function seems very outdated and can miss a lot of files. a "smarter" search would be great, with natural language

Pros: Have strong system to maintain product history and change management. Easy methods are available to get past history.

Cons: Need to improve loading speed little bit. Facing buffering issue for each tab selection and past history.

Pros: Ease of use, flexibility, and implementation. I can create templates easily and share with the team. I can copy templates from one workspace to another one.

Cons: - File management. I can update and modify attached files under affected after completion of a step or the request. This is a big deal specially when there is an approval requirement. - Group attributes behave different in the QMs world.

Pros: Ease of accessing files from previous versions/revisions. really helps for maintaining production and prototype drawings without merging them. limiting access to people based on their clearance. recent updates have made linking and adding the files easier.

Cons: Once i add the parts / assemblies in the Design change order(DCO), i would again have to add all the same parts to Drawing request(DRW). an option to directly reflect those parts in each other once its added in either of them would be helpful

Pros: I like how Arena QMS improves team collaboration and keeps document management organized and accessible for everyone in real time.

Cons: Sometimes the interface feels a bit complex, and it takes time for new users to get familiar with document workflows.

Pros: Organized system that allows you to easily track changes, secure documents, and ensure team compliance.

Cons: We were left with a lot to figure out after implementation, which made it hard to fully implement and train our team.

Pros: Document management, workflow streamlining, accessibility to Edit and review BOM and inventory details, improved team collaboration with effective sharing of change details and accessibility to files implementing of change details made easy with effective email communication to the required stakeholders

Cons: Needs training sessions for best practices and shortcuts to improve our learning curve, should have the flexibility to add preferred columns in the search page from the DRW and DCO details

Pros: I really appreciate how intuitive and organized Arena QMS is. It streamlines document control, change management, and training processes, making compliance much easier to maintain across teams.

Cons: At times, the interface can feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive, especially when navigating between different sections. Some processes also require multiple steps that could be streamlined for efficiency.

Pros: Organization of all our QMS doucments and records readily available for review. This provides us the opportunity to be a safe and effective CM.

Cons: The main menu drop down function is great but when you need to switch between main menu functions say on our system changes to items it can be cumbersome and not intuitive to switch back and forth.

Pros: The quality processes are customizable to conform to the needs of my company. And being able to assign tasks to internal personnel as well as suppliers is truly valuable. Between the online classes offered prior to implementation and the dedicated project manager put the learning curve to a minimum.

Cons: I would like to see the implementation of version control. Additional information may be received after an approval is completed, or after the entire process is closed. Being able to have version control with the same quality process number would be helpful. Especially when trying to document hard deadlines such as FDA MDR reporting. The cost is a little on the high side. It would be helpful to have "shared licenses" as I have seen with other software. There are many individuals within my company that only occasionally on Arena. So being able to "share" a license instead of having to pay for multiple would encourage an expanded use of the system and features

Pros: Arena helps us ensure compliance, track our changes and projects, and keeps our team significantly more organized.

Cons: There is a lot of manual setting up and some things are not very user intuitive. Many things take longer than expected and it can be frustrating.

Pros: Arena QMS does a great job keeping everything connected — parts, documents, and change orders all live in one place, which makes it easy for engineering and quality teams to stay on the same page. It’s reliable, cloud-based, and works well for collaborating with suppliers or remote teammates. Once you get familiar with it, it’s super helpful for keeping processes organized and traceable.

Cons: The reporting and export tools could be better. It sometimes takes a few extra steps to get the exact data you need, and the interface feels a bit dated in spots. There’s also not a ton of flexibility to customize things exactly how you want, so you kind of have to work within Arena’s structure.

Pros: I like how the Documents (Items, changes, quality, etc.) are linked in Arena. It helps tell a story.

Cons: Navigation, I have to get my document title just right to find the Item I need. Trying to find items or use the search function is bulky and frustration. I should be able to filter out Obsolete or other items.

Pros: Arena offers easy customization of the Quality module workflows so they can she be shaped to meet your own logistical processes and Quality System needs. Likewise, the Change Management module can be easily customized to suit the company's needs.

Cons: Report module isn't helpful on it's own. All data needs to be exported to Excel and cleaned up before it can be used for anything.

Pros: Arena QMS excels in streamlining quality management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing collaboration across teams with a cloud-based, user-friendly interface.

Cons: Arena QMS can have a steep learning curve, limited customization options, and workflow rigidity, which may require extra time for adaptation.

Pros: The system's cloud-based approach ensures accessibility, and the integrations with other PLM tools streamline workflows effectively. Also the reporting features are highly customizable which allow us to generate insights quickly.

Cons: The learning curve for new users can be steep, especially for those without prior experience in quality management systems. Also some occasional system lags were noticed during peak usage times.

Pros: O Arena é uma ferramenta extremamente prática para organizar não apenas protocolos, relatórios e documentos registrados, mas também rascunhos rastreáveis e arquivos de histórico de design relacionados a esses elementos. Seu sistema de numeração e nomenclatura é fácil de usar e bastante intuitivo. Com o Arena, é simples centralizar todos os arquivos essenciais para o negócio em um único local.

Cons: Por outro lado, um desafio do Arena é a grande quantidade de opções nos menus suspensos, como Itens e Treinamento, o que pode tornar fácil se perder enquanto navega. Já perdi bastante tempo procurando um módulo de treinamento, apenas para perceber que estava no menu errado, e o oposto também aconteceu. Além disso, o recurso de busca não é muito eficaz, pois não identifica o que estou procurando a menos que eu insira o número exato do item, o que dificulta encontrar determinados documentos.

Pros: It helps can help track design controls better than paper-based systems.

Cons: Some people say the implementation of Arena QMS can be confusing at first.

Pros: Arena QMS is a top notch quality management software.

Cons: Arena QMS has nothing to be worried about it.

Pros: The quality of the software is good in general as it aims to provide solutions to certain problems that you wish to be solved in the workplace.

Cons: It's really hard for others to adapt on using and searching the tools of the software.
