Pros: What we value most about TrueReview is how simple and reliable the platform is for consistently generating authentic patient feedback. The automated review requests integrate smoothly into our workflow, saving staff time while improving our online reputation. We also appreciate the responsive customer support and the clear reporting dashboard, which makes it easy to track performance and identify opportunities to improve patient experience.

Cons: While the platform is effective overall, customization options for messaging and workflow automation can feel somewhat limited compared to more advanced reputation management systems. There is also room for improvement in deeper analytics and integration flexibility with certain EHR or practice management systems. Additionally, pricing may feel relatively high for smaller practices if they are not fully utilizing all available features.

Pros: It makes getting reviews so easy. They help you set up your campaign and then it is just plug in the customer information and the review requests go out.

Cons: Sometimes it's difficult to figure out how to set up the campaign, but they help set you up the first time so it's not a big deal.

Pros: I like how simple it is to use. We were able to integrate it into our CRM easily through Zapier and worked great!

Cons: We have not had any negative experience with TrueReview. Training was quick and easy and we were able to use right away without complications.

Pros: As a small business, finding efficient ways to manage our time and grow our online presence is incredibly important. True Review has made the process of obtaining client reviews so much easier by automating what used to be a very manual task for our team through mass text messaging and emails. The automation has been extremely effective and has helped us gather feedback from our clients without adding extra administrative work to our day. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in the number of reviews we receive since implementing it. The interface is user-friendly, and everything is organized in a way that makes it simple to set up campaigns, monitor results, and manage reviews.

Cons: One improvement we would love to see is a different way of organizing requests after they are sent out. While the existing filters are a nice feature, it would be very helpful to organize requests by the date of a specific campaign and then quickly narrow the list down to contacts who did not leave a review. That functionality would make follow-up campaigns much easier to manage.

Pros: True review was simple, straightforward, very easy to use. The support was amazing and follow up was very responsive and friendly.

Cons: Nothing. I have had no issues with anything with this company. I have been highly impressed with all features TrueReview offers. Especially the follow up to ensure any issues are resolved

Pros: True Review is the perfect solution for my company and is super affordable. We are using it across multiple locations and companies. The ability to email and text has been incredibly valuable.

Cons: The Zapier integrations have been iffy. We linked our QBO, but sometimes the phone number appears, and sometimes it does not, which means no text goes out.

Pros: True Review is user friendly and easy to navigate. It offers email and text messaging. There are various features that allow you to show your style for your business.

Cons: I wish Yelp app was available to connect. Hopefully soon it will be added as an option. Besides that I love it.

Pros: TrueReview is easy to set up and works great. Ease of use and comfortable pricing make it a real winner. You will like it.

Cons: The only negative is probably my fault. It seems that about once or twice a month I am required to reconnect to my Google review page.

Pros: I like the UI and the text and email feature that clients get after their service. It helps us manage client retention and customer satisfaction scores.

Cons: The setup was difficult, and we had to use Zapier as well to achieve the end-to-end setup we expected for customer outreach and workflow.

Pros: The support to set up the solution and integrate it was GBP was excellent. Both the sales rep and support were with me every step of the way to fully implement the solution.

Cons: Using Zip Alerts is another integration point that could fail, so TrueReview relies on the workflow portion via a third party.

Pros: Very easy to use and love the text messaging! It creates a lovely text that we get feedback from our patients. They love how secure it is!

Cons: I wish that we can schedule out or integrate our system to send out reviews automatically. This would help our staff.

Pros: Easy to use and has a great interface both on our end and the customer facing side. Very nice UX online.

Cons: The cost is a little higher than some of the other solutions and it would be nice to have more options for customization of campaigns.

Pros: Ease of use and customer service is so helpful. Their chat feature is one of the best. Responses are the fastest

Cons: I wish that things were more automated and less manual. And had more integration systems. Customizations could be a little more detailed

Pros: Where have you been all my life?! TrueReview has been a seamless transition and upgrade from our previous review gathering platform. The value for our company with over 20 branches has proven itself in efficiency, customer response, and especially in customer support! Any question was answered quickly by team members- and our new account was up and running in a fraction of the time we estimated. We've implemented the API to post reviews to our website- also seamless. We are thrilled with this feature-rich, budget friendly review platform!

Cons: There is not a single issue we've encountered that would lower our opinion of the TrueReview platform.

Pros: Ease of use and ability to get more reviews on a regular basis. We’ve never had this many consistent reviews.

Cons: Had to use zapier was one of the biggest complaints but I don’t see how else to connect to acuity. Luckily I already pay for it.

Pros: Not only is it easy to build review request campaigns for customers across unique locations, but the reporting functionality helps me show growth and ROI to leadership.

Cons: I genuinely do not have a con to share about my experience with TrueReview. We made the switch from a competitor a few years ago due to their limited scalability and outrageous price increases. TrueReview not only has improved our visibility into our online reputation, but they have saved us money in our marketing budget.

Pros: TrueReview has been very easy to use, and I am Very impressed. Even when I couldn't figure something out, their customer service was so timely and helped me through it right away! We signed up for the trial, and after the trial was done we no doubt wanted to continue with the service. We have already got more reviews in a couple weeks than we had in the previous months doing things manually asking for reviews. Highly Recommended!

Cons: The SMS Feature is nice, but not something we use since we have never had our customers opt into that. I feel like since we don't use that maybe an "e-mail only" price point would be more user friendly for someone not wanting to use the SMS feature

Pros: TrueReview was easy to set up and allows multiple campaigns with the premium package that way you can create campaigns per specific client experience.

Cons: So far there is nothing I do not like about TrueReview. Since using their service, I have obtain 25 new 5 star reviews.

Pros: I love TrueReview for the quick turnaround time on verification, ease of use, and many features it offers around sending customers review links. Client support has been phenomenal, with quick response times. It's been so easy to learn and use, and is a great value for the money!

Cons: I truly can't think of any. This has been what I've been looking for, and the team makes it extremely easy to use.

Pros: The simplicity and ease of use. Setup was quick and easy! The customer service is exceptional! I have had 2 google meets where they offered amazing service! Another big plus is the value of the money to enhance your marketing!

Cons: Have been using for 3+ weeks and frankly haven't found anything I dislike! Most SaaS co's don't provide service like they do!

Pros: I like that TrueReview simplifies the process of obtaining reviews on various review sites all through their platform. The automatic follow up and tracking is also a great feature.

Cons: Having some difficulty setting up my domain to send review requests from my own email. Haven't had the chance to reach out yet but I am sure they will be able to walk me through it.

Pros: TrueReview makes collecting Google reviews extremely easy and automated. The integration with our POS system saves us a lot of time, and the review requests feel natural instead of spammy. The dashboard is clean, simple to use, and gives us clear visibility on review performance. It has helped our business consistently grow high-quality 5-star reviews.

Cons: There is a small learning curve during the initial setup, especially when customizing automation rules, but their support team is responsive and helpful.

Pros: It's very easy to use. I love that I can track every survey that is sent out. You are able to see if the contact opened the email and clicked on the link. I sent out our first text message yesterday. I look forward to seeing how that works for us.

Cons: My current plan does not include team management. It would be great to get that option without the extra costs. At lease one extra user would be great.
