Able to properly manage my book of business and look for targets more effectively and efficiently
Pros: I love that it breaks down the information on the zip codes and within that view, you can see the population base based on age, how large the zip code is, time zone etc. Very detailed and you as the end user can use that information to target your customers better and bring value to every touch.
Cons: I have not found anything that i do not like about RealZips; i am still learning how to use it the most efficient way based on my business needs, but the product is very intuitive

Market Research, demographics for targeting locations and easier for the sales guy to find the closest doctor to the lead
Pros: I love how it automatically shows the income and demographics of our leads in the zip code and the territory it's by, and I love how the rep customized the demographics to our target audience
Cons: Because the support rep did such a great job of implementing everything, I'm not sure how to add new doctors or add new territories the way he did, we did all these imports and formulas I can't even remember, so I've just been delaying updating since it's already set up so well

Absolute ease of management of resource assignment and territory management.
Pros: The software offers flexibility and ease in account assignment and additional data points provide great value to the sales team. Also, excellent out of the box reporting to help administer the system's functionality.
Cons: The zipcode specific tables for creating each territory are not able to be created by the user to build out detailed ranges or specific zip assignments within a territory.
