Terrible. Service hours are not great in my timezone, wait 1-4 days for a 15 or 20 minute slot to book a call. Online chat is Ok once you get past the old school AI and if people are on.
Pros: They have a strong sales pitch, pretty dashboards - no substance, nothing trustable or reliable. Worst SaaS experience I have ever had (and I am founder of a SaaS)
Cons: I was sold the idea of going enterprise to get professional onboarding - sounded good. I neve met an onboarding person until I complained hard after 5 months of reporting that made no sense - turns out the reporting is literally unusable - lead scores from call analysis, , open and clicks are all false.

Very good, very complete and not as expensive as other prospection tools.
Pros: It is very easy to automize sales processes and uses AI to personalize the messages I send, as well I like that can automatize simple tasks such as visit the profile in linkedin.
Cons: It doesn't cater to the personality as other tools.

Cons: pas assez de connexion entre lemlist / hubspot. J'aimerais connecter une liste intelligente HS à lemlist pour que le workflow lemlist s'enrichisse dès qu'un nouveau contact rentre dans la liste

My overall experience has been great, the product is fantastic, new features are consistently being added and their support team are extremely responsive and helpful.
Pros: Lemlist is by far the easiest to use email automation tool I have used. It has a clean user interface. I also like the campaign automation steps you can set up. For example integrating an automated linkedin step that will automatically view a prospects linkedin page and then follow up with a connection request.
Cons: Had some issues with configuring some domains but ultimately got this resolved.

Awful - will not communicate; will not return my money
Pros: Nothing. Received no valid leads and paid $1600.
Cons: they will not return my money. I was promised leads in my area and it hasn't happened. Was sent two leads - one 400 miles away and another 170 miles away. Have tried for weeks to get my money back.

I would not recommend them to anyone. Especially for how many great companies are out there that do what they already do.
Pros: I used Lemlist for several years and I liked it. Their email editor was easy to use, and apart from little annoyances, I was a happy user.
Cons: Their customer support is incredibly friendly and utterly incompetent. Their support is not technical and only relays what their technical people tell them, so you can never get a straight answer on anything. I could point them to specific problems and I would be told vague answers and never get a resolution. I finally had to give up on several key problems and just move to a new provider. The final straw was they removed support for a type of email connection (SMTP) they had supported. They did this without warning and in a way that broke their UX so that I couldn't create any new campaigns or update login/password info for those connection methods. They refused to grandfather me in, which is their right, but they also didn't refund me for the massive pain they caused our operations team. I politely reached out to their [sensitive content hidden] to chat with them and never heard back anything. Given how often they invited users to contact them, I was a bit surprised.

Pros: It’s easy to create campaigns with both email and LinkedIn automations in a simple workflow. Offers A/B split testing, contact enrichment & verification (emails and LinkedIn profiles) and removes a lot of manual data cleansing work.
Cons: It’s difficult to manage contacts across different campaigns (eg automatically add contacts to another campaign if they do X in a different campaign).

Pros: This is my main tool to send Outbound emails at scale. You can build powerful sequences combining Linkedin, emails and APIs (That you can send an SMS f.e).They are always improving the product and always building new features.Using the API really unblocks the next level of this and you can do cool stuff when you know someone clicked an email f.e.
Cons: The integration with Hubspot could be better. It's constantly disconnecting leads that we import for a campaign through a hubspot list

The application is really central to our outbound efforts and has helped us run multiple campaigns to reach target audiences we've previously found difficult to connect with. But their real asset is the support and guidance, continuously providing ideas and ways to improve. This have been really valuable.
Pros: Application is really easy to use. Easy to personalise email messages and create follow ups to generate leads. Thery're continuously improving the platform and it's now easy to message linkedin contacts within each campaign. Data can imported directly from Linkedin or other sources and have features to ensure email addresses don't bounce.
Cons: After an import, reviewing contacts can be time consuming especially in multi touch campaigns. I end up deleting emails deemed risky or undeliverable one by one as I haven't worked out how to filter them and skip a predefined batch.

It's a compelling platform to provide cold-emailing campaign to several clients.
Pros: Easy to use and easy to integrate with other helpful platforms as Dropcontact or Sales Navigator.
Cons: The setup of DMARC, CTD is not super intuitive.

Overall I am happy with the Lemlist and the best thing is their Lemwarm which makes my domain reputation high across my email campaign tenure.
Pros: The integration with CRM is easy. Importing contact from CRM is just one click away. It is very user-friendly. List and different accounts/email management are trouble-free. The support reply back within 15 minutes of the ticket being raised. The best thing is Lemwarm.
Cons: The newly changed Lemlist version is a bit difficult and has some bugs. But the Lemlist team keeps working on it.

My team uses lemlist to run some of our email campaigns. Even though email outreach isn't our primary area, we were very quickly able to get to grips with it thanks to the simpe interface. All in all, it's a very simple but effective outreach tool
Pros: I just love how simplistic the interface is. It's definitely ahead of its time in that aspect. It make sit very easy to quickly set up and track email campaigns.
Cons: I found its features a bit lacking considering the price. I think it would be better if there were supplementary features added to make the email campaigns work more effectively. Namesly, the email validator, which costs extra for some reason
