Great conference overall. The speakers were great, informtion and product knowledge from the staff was excellent.
Pros: Use cases and support information, and speakers. The AI information and roadmap was useful for us to strategicly plan.
Cons: Limited parking options. Valet parking only at the hotel and onlynpublic parking garages in the immediate area.

Onspring is always helpful and takes the customers ideas and makes enhancements to the platform which makes it easier to use.
Pros: Great all in one platform with incident management, vendor management, risk, policies. This platform is user friendly.
Cons: This is user friendly but it takes time to understand how to set up triggers, rules, and formulas for everything to work.

Pros: Love the platform. It’s versatile enough to allow it to be flexible. This allows the org to manipulate data input and reporting.
Cons: Its best feature is what limits it. Programming is easy. But because everything is field and app driven it is limited in some functions.

Onspring has helped consolidate my workload to a point where a day of work can now take half the time. It has helped immensely.
Pros: An enjoyable networking experience. I learned a lot about the program's capabilities from others as well as covering a lot of GRC topics from the panels.
Cons: It is hard to find anything wrong. It was well executed and there was constant support. I could nitpick that the nametags were a little bulky.

As an early adopter, I’ve watched Onspring grow from a promising platform into an essential business tool. Its flexibility let us build workflows around our needs instead of forcing us to adapt. The interface is intuitive, and the ongoing enhancements have only made it stronger. What really sets Onspring apart is the support team—they’ve consistently listened, responded, and evolved the product with user feedback. It’s rare to see that level of partnership. Onspring has become a core part of how we manage risk, streamline processes, and stay aligned as a team.
Pros: What I like most is the Flexiblity intuitiveness, highly customizable, has great support, evolves with user feedback.
Cons: What I like least is the Initial setup can be complex, and advanced customization may require time or support.

It’s been great, very easy to onboard and to use Onspring for internal audit and Sox control testing
Pros: Functionality of the customizations provides lots of flexibility with how you build the local instance
Cons: It would be nice to be able to link controls when writing narratives so that you can click on control

My overall experience with Onspring has been amazing thus far. I’m looking forward to seeing how much we can grow it.
Pros: The thing I like most about using Onspring is its ease of use. Takes a bit of training of course but otherwise very easy to set up and the support is 100%
Cons: The main thing I like about Onspring is its ease of use. However, some of the layouts feel dated or too basic—like a glorified Excel table.
Justin C. · Sr. Information security analyst · Computer Software · October 15, 2025
Pros: The vast amount of options and features available for use as a GRC analyst has been outstanding for getting my company on the right track
Cons: Higher learning curve at first, but that is something you'd have with any new software. Their training and support team has been incredibly helpful getting through that learning curve.
Greg A. · IT Governance Analyst · Insurance · October 15, 2025
We love it. Our company heavily utilizes the platform and are always looking at how we can continue to grow.
Pros: Fantastic customer support. We always get a response within 24 hours. Ease of use to manage the platform and the training to learn the platform is very in depth.
Cons: The system tends to slow down a bit at the end of the month into the first couple days of the next month, because everyone is trying to run their monthly reports. However, I know this is something they are working to address.
Olivia W. · Compliance Specialist · Hospital & Health Care · October 15, 2025
Great company with a great support team. Everyone from my company’s rep to the training team have all been very knowledgeable and helpful.
Pros: The program has endless possibilities. Everything is customizable for your needs. You can start with a blank slate and build exactly what you need or use premade apps within the platform.
Cons: I have not had any bad experiences with OnSpring so far. I think the biggest con is that because the possibilities are endless, there is a lot to learn.
Kate A. · Data Coordinator · Real Estate · October 15, 2025
My overall experience has been very positive. My customer success manager is very attentive and ensures our needs are met.
Pros: I like the fact that we can automate business processes across our firm. We are able to manage compliance, risk but tap into other opportunities for automation.
Cons: The complexity of configuring the system can be a little overwhelming, however, Onspring is really good with ensuring there is adequate training available to support end users.
Tamika B. · Cybersecurity Director · Architecture & Planning · October 14, 2025
Pros: The customer support team has been extremely helpful, especially when you are learning the application. The ability to create any workflow freely gives you control and flexibility, especially for vendor management
Cons: There are no cons to Onspring, I absolutely love the application and the possibilities are endless!!
Stephanie V. · Information Security Analyst · Entertainment · October 14, 2025
I use onspring for risk management, and we have really enjoyed how much easier onspring use makes our processes.
Pros: It is easy to use and very customizable. They have great support so you can confidently build on your own.
Cons: They have a plan to add AI to Onspring, but I would have liked to have seen this implemented faster and sooner.
Mollie W. · Enterprise Risk Management Specialist · Insurance · October 14, 2025
The customer service Onspring provides is unmatched! They are quick to help troubleshoot and take my enhancement requests into consideration for future releases.
Pros: Onspring is much more than a GRC automation tool - it honestly can help you automate any manual business process. The sky is the limit with what can be created, with ease and intuitiveness. System administration requires some training, but the learning curve is minimal given the no-code platform. The end user experience far exceeds other tools our company has used. So many areas in the company are coming up with new use cases; it's really exciting to be a part of!
Cons: I don't have any negative feedback regarding Onspring. Perhaps they could expand their platform team to be able to implement new products/enhancements faster.
Leslie S. · GRC Technology Manager · Utilities · October 7, 2025
I am new to the software (~3 months) but yet its has been very easy to pick up on and start creating basic apps and various functions
Pros: The organized layout has made customizing apps so easy. It's easy to navigate when you're looking for a specific function
Cons: Inability to delete certain fields after they've been created. When customizing the layout of pages it quickly becomes burdensome to scroll through a list of fields that will never be used
Molly S. · Risk Analyst · Banking · October 7, 2025
Pros: The flexibility of the product and ability to tailor it exactly to your needs.
Cons: Since the sky is basically the limit, you have to really think about your end result before you start.
Cassidy H. · Engineer · Insurance · October 9, 2024
I'm a new user but so far it has been positive. The business partner I work with provides tremendous support and is incredibly knowledgeable of the Onspring product.
Pros: It's flexibility, customization capability and it's user friendliness. The business partners they choose are highly rated in their capabilities and eagerness to assist all users.
Cons: The only con would be my inability to find the time to fully educate myself on it's capabilities. There is a lot out there.
Venona G. · Manager, NERC Compliance · Utilities · October 9, 2024
Excellent service and reliability. Consistent and customer driven. Onspring wants to know how to make improvements based on what the customer needs.
Pros: The flexibility and customizable features to match your companies priorities and strategy.
Cons: If you are not properly trained, you can get carried away and over engineer the product and do too much. Keep it simple at first.
Scott S. · Sr. Risk Engineer · Financial Services · October 9, 2024
Onspring has been super easy to work with and learn as a new Onspring user. My prior company utilized a different platform and I came in right as we rolled Onspring out and it was very user friendly and easy to learn.
Pros: I love the customization and automation that Onspring has allowed.
Cons: The selected API for Black Kite. I love the integration but would love to see different information being pulled. We currently have an enhancement request out with the wish list. Examples: RSI, DBI information and the ability to pull in focus tags.
Jennifer B. · Cybersecurity Analyst · Hospital & Health Care · October 9, 2024
We have a wonderful relationship with our Onspring team and have successfully deployed over 10+ business processes within Onspring. All go-lives have been successful and we continue to mature and grow these processes to add in more automation and benefits to the teams utilizing Onspring.
Pros: I love how it is easy to learn, and the no-code build style makes it easy for anyone to become an Admin and start creating customized applications for their own processes.
Cons: I would appreciate a bit more out of the box API integrations. Another thing I would like it having the ability to always have access to a trial/sandbox environment to see the applications out of the box without having to have them in my real Dev/Test/Prod environments.
Megan L. · Sr. Cloud Security Analyst · Hospital & Health Care · October 9, 2024
Pros: The flexibility that allows us users to bring our visions to life. We really like how we can design specifically what we are looking for. We recently used OnSpring for our CMMC self assessments for the first time, and it has shown to be way better and faster on our end. The community is also amazing!
Cons: During our CMMC self assessments, we require practice owners to submit evidence, which are primarily screenshots. in order to view these, we have to download those images instead of it popping up in OnSpring.
Brianna P. · Cybersecurity Analyst · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · October 9, 2024
We've used Onspring to improve efficiency and automate several processes. The privacy controls make it very easy to limit information to those who need to know. Love this platform!
Pros: Onspring provides opportunities to fully customize solutions to fit my needs. The customer focus is phenomenal and they're always very responsive and helpful when I have a question.
Cons: I don't have any dislikes. I'm very happy with the product.
Jillene V. · cybersecurity analyst · Semiconductors · October 9, 2024
Lots of custom configuration and app building.
Pros: Configurability of the system and the help documentation. Admin training is very useful for learning the system.
Cons: Inability to get audits on report configurations. Inability to transfer configurations for reports between private users.
Jonathan H. · Sr. Program Manager · Utilities · October 9, 2024
Positive. I like the UI and the overall approach...
Pros: TBD - I've been a customer for about a week now... But I can say the people have been great to work with so far...
Cons: Too soon to say. I'm optimistic it will be a while before I find things I don't like...
Don M. · Manager, IT Risk and Compliance · Retail · October 9, 2024
Elecellent. It does not restrict what I can do with it due to its no-code app creation.
Pros: Its flexibility to change fields spot, labeling, type, font, color, and size.
Cons: It takes some time to learn how to use it.
