Pros: Hive's stable task tracking and process automation are valued by users, enabling small agencies to monitor property documents and arrange file monitoring securely between teams.

Cons: Users mention a steep learning curve for new employees and bugs that sometimes disrupt hassle-free workflow to the extent that additional support is needed to resolve problems and reduce downtime.

Pros: Hive has been an excellent addition for our team. It is easy to learn, can be customized for user preferences, and is always improving its features.

Cons: I wish the mobile app were better. I think it is lacking some core functionality that the website/desk app has, including email and calendar connections.

Pros: I personally like that Hive allows flexibility to each member of the team and everyone can work on the project in whatever way it suits them. The learning curve is very minimal with Hive and is a user friendly software with intuitive and customizable interface. Hive also offers third party integration and provides the integration of email and chat options. HiveMind is another powerful addition to Hive which is its AI assistant which helps in generating the content.

Cons: The cost can be pricey if you want to include some add ons of advanced tools. Mobile app also has a room for improvement

Pros: I like how easy it was to set up form integrations for use with our ticketing system. Users easily submit tickets that filter into our Hive project load.

Cons: The thing I like least about Hive is the web browser experience. It tends to time out quite frequently and can be laggy at times.

Pros: Hive visualizes and simplifies the project workflow. As for program coordination, we use its task layouts and Gantt views to follow timelines and assign tasks. The team loves the visibility.

Cons: It can be a little clunky to use on mobile. Notifications don’t always come through well across devices.

Pros: Ease of use and flexibility is excellent, no problems ever since installing

Cons: Cant think of anything that is negative about, all positive so far

Pros: Hive made it easy to communicate with teams about various projects in one place with little to no effort

Cons: Hive at times felt limited in its options for specificity and it was hard to navigate the UI

Pros: Hive is an officiant way to compile all your projects and tasks into one easy workflow.

Cons: There's nothing in particular that I dislike about Hive.

Pros: Hive for over four years has been a main backbone tool for managing projects in my organization. I like that it requires zero manual workflow to carry out PM and TM processes with Hive.

Cons: Hive lack capabilities for global enterprises even though it has a robust backend integration feature.

Pros: Hive efficiency makes it a top tool for our company. I love the capabilities and amazing interface of Hive.

Cons: Hive has been efficient and reliable. It has always been flawless.

Pros: It is so easy to find out everything about your home energy on a simple app

Cons: It was difficult at first to get around the app.

Pros: Everyone using it at the omnicom agency I worked at, were in agreement hive lacked basic features, rushed poorly planned new features weekly (in response to complaints), which caused disturbing time-wasting new bugs. The ‘pro’ to this is we all agreed I used it throughout 2022 and changed jobs 2023- and I don't have to use hive now- big YAY

Pros: It’s easy and simple to assign tasks to team members to ensure everyone stays on track

Cons: The mobile app is laggy and does not seamlessly work with the desktop

Pros: Hive allows me to manage projects, tasks and resources automatically. Document storage is another added advantage about this tool.

Cons: Unavailability of on-premise platforms for mobile and desktop is the only issue with Hive.

Pros: They have a very good support team and the project gantt charts are useful.

Cons: The UI is unbelievably poorly designed with lots of inconsistencies and everything takes more clicks and time than it should. It is incredibly inaccessible for the neurodiverse because of it's poor design. It takes a long time to learn and is quite glitchy. I frequently encounter problems and it is difficult to work out whether each problem is due to a Hive glitch or a user error because of the poor UI. It's a total time sink and makes me want to quit my job.

Pros: If you complain about Hive enough you'll get a thirsty email from Hive's [sensitive content hidden] asking for free advice.

Cons: $82

Pros: It has made assigning of tasks easy and management tasks simple. It has simplified our office duties.

Cons: Their is no kind of dislike that I found.

Pros: It is simple to execute projects with Hive and also ensure timely work and project completion.Hive keeps routine tasks and work organized.It is simple to create and assign tasks to team with Hive.

Cons: I haven't experienced any drawback with Hive as it meets my project management needs.

Pros: It has a smart analytics feature that allows users to track their progress, performance, and productivity, and get insights and recommendations from machine learning.

Cons: The task dependencies feature is not available or not working properly. Users cannot create dependent tasks or link tasks to each other.

Pros: First, I like the workflow management features of Hive It comes with project planing and makes remote work easy It comes with task and project management features.

Cons: Hive offers all we need for workflow management and no dislikes.

Pros: Love the way this is set up with varied views. Teams view is the most useful for me - I love that you can track actions as they pass between teams. Bonus is that the Gantt does allow a great overview.

Cons: Not great for time tracking and then getting an overview of your time for the day or week over all projects.

Pros: It was pretty simple to onboard our team and also simple to create a workflow system.

Cons: I think we need a more robust notification system to keep track of project tasks.

Pros: I like the clean and simple UI and the intuitive navigation that make finding my way around the platform easy.

Cons: The sign-up process wasn't as smooth and quick as I'e like.
