Fantastic. Support has been there whenever needed, and additional features such as the faxing capability have only increased the value proposition for me.
Pros: I have been using Ooma for several years. Recently their Telo device stopped connecting to my internet service, and tech support was unable to determine what the issue was. Tried the GoDaddy phone service, which also had some bugs. Finally came across Unitel, and what a pleasure. Everything works as I hoped and more. The faxing ability will save me an additional $100 annual fee I currently pay to a stand alone fax service. So far, anytime I've had a question, Unitel's reps have been there to quickly answer and resolve any and all issues. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommend.
Cons: Being a little technology illiterate, I was somewhat confused when initially setting the system up, but a combination of trial and error and tech support resolved all issues.

The Unitel Voice platform is not complex. The entire system is easy to use, and my experience was absolutely seamless. I like that my entire team can use it and I can manage our day to day operations without having any issues. Thanks Unitel!!
Pros: I absolutely LOVED my experience at Unitel. [sensitive content hidden], helped get me set up and I enjoyed working with him thoroughly. He was very attentive to my needs and jumped right in and got the ball rolling! He listened to my wants, recommended things I hadn’t thought of. I love the DND feature that he taught me how to use.
Cons: Nothing. Great value so far from what I can tell. We are just beginning, so I’ll come back and update after about a month of using the Unitel Voice Service.

It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to use this service provider unless they do extensive research.
Pros: It appeared to be affordable and cost efficient. In addition, it seemed to be an easy setup but quickly recognized it was not.

Very satisfied. I spoke with [sensitive content hidden] on my support call and she was fantastic. She helped answer all my remaining questions and got me running at light speed.
Pros: Affordable Toll Free number that can be used across my entire team. I chose the least expensive and had low expectation, but they were exceeded.
Cons: It wasn't intuitive at first but with the Guide, Support Setup Call and the videos I was able to get up and running for both voice and fax.

My experience was great. From start to finish it was straight forward, convenient, and easy to set up. Customer service was pleasant.
Pros: Unitel voice was convenient and reasonably priced. With clear contract terms. And, it was super easy to set up.
Cons: I dislike having to type in this area when I had no complaints about Unitel. Why force a least liked section?

It was easy to sign up, emails were easy to follow, and we so appreciate the onboarding call. We are in the midst of growing our business, and Unitel made this piece super easy.

He walked us through every step with clarity and patience, answered our questions thoroughly, and made sure we understood how everything worked. What could have easily been a complicated setup turned out to be quick and effortless—he had us up and running in less than 20 minutes! Thanks to his professionalism and efficiency, we felt confident from day one, and we’re already seeing the benefits of the service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Very happy I made the switch. I don't need a lot for my one-person business, and the price is very reasonable compared to other providers.
Pros: Pricing for a very small business. Ease of porting number, and it started working immediately with no setup. Unitel pushed for an onboarding call, which was incredibly helpful.
Cons: Haven't found anything in my first month. It's been a painless transition and has saved me a ton of money.

Excellent communication to cancel a number when I found a vanity number I preferred, and I received my refund promptly on it.

Best customer service I have ever experienced in a long time. Had a small issue over the holiday weekend, and the chat box was available to help. I couldn’t believe they were available and solved the problem. I even received a follow up call a few hours later to make sure problem was resolved! Amazing!!! Very pleased with my choice of going with Unitel, it was intimidating at first, but after a quick call with [sensitive content hidden], we are now set up for success.

Overall my experience has been great. Whenever I have an issue they are quick to resolve it and also offer suggestions that I have found to be quite helpful.
Pros: I love the convenience of the app and that I can separate personal and business calls as well as have a separate ring tone for business calls.
Cons: I think the inbox page can be streamlined a bit. The filter section above the actual voicemail section is cumbersome. I would prefer to see my actual voicemail messages first and then filter.

In the beginning the initial setup was bumpy, yet after calling Support, they wee super helpful and now we're smooth sailing.
Pros: It works for our small yet might in our space, company. On this last call our rep went above and beyond to service account.

[sensitive content hidden] has been very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to help in all aspects of setting up our Unitel virtual business lines.
Pros: The fact that we can have multiple mailboxes and voice messages is a huge plus and that calls and messages can be checked anywhere and seen on all extensions is a bonus.
Cons: The pause is too long after the voicemail box prompts are pressed, about 4 seconds which sounds like the call may have been dropped. I appreciate that [sensitive content hidden] were industrious and worked to find a way to get it down to 3-4 seconds from the original 6 second pause. I have requested that they suggest to the owners/developers or powers that be that there has to be a way to remedy this as most hard wired company voicemails go directly to the message once the prompt is pressed. There has to be a way and I'm sure they will figure it out - virtually as they have been very responsive in each instance to take action.

So far I'm pleased with the customer service and the online Dashboard. My only issue is with texting. This might be a make or break issue in the near future because most of my clients would rather text before calling.
Pros: I love that UniTel has an intuitive Online Dashboard and App!
Cons: What I feel is a huge con is the fact that you can't text anyone directly via the app. This is an issue because a huge percentile of people use text before they decide to make a call.
