It works for now and would like it to be faster to help with time managament and get more sales faster and easier
Pros: Easy to use and easy to navigate throught the system. Always seemes to be up to date on everything new and making contact with the customers very easy and fast.
Cons: Lag time and updates that slow it down. When the sytem is down. We just has a problem with texting with AT&T.

Pros: It's convenient cause you can text call and email to multiple customers at one time and keep everything in track

Pros: The ease of use, it's so easy to use, easy to navigate and so very easy to find new leads and old leads alike.
Cons: I do not have any cons to speak of. This CRM is one of the easiest to use. I have used many over the years.

Experience has been good. Since the app was updated and fills like you are on the actual site it's really nice working out of the office.
Pros: It makes it super easy to follow up with customers. Also I like that it allows me to control the follow up with the customer. It doesn't do it all for me.
Cons: I don't like how you can't find more than one spefic type of something a customer inquired on. Like if I wanted to send a mass video through text to people that inquired on 4 different types of campers I have to go through and resend it to all different names. Instead of being able to type it what they inquired on and the system be able to make sure the video isn't over lapping to the same customer.

Very smooth, never used this CRM until I got into RV industry. I was using VinSolutions from COX Auto in the car business. They decluttered the UI on here, much easier access and readability than Vin. Day to day use is much smother and less time consuming. I will say I did like AI integration with Vin, and would like to see AutoRaptor implement the same thing with AI tolls and tools for messaging new leads to identify buyers and window shoppers, ideally. I use this CRM daily and 7 days a week. No major issues on different OS such as my MacBook Pro at home or windows and HP at my office, or even quick logins on the phone while I'm moving around.
Pros: LOVE THE SCHUDLING AND TEMPLATES FEATURES! Very easy to add custom messaging and replies with dropdown menus.
Cons: Not much AI implanted yet! I will say I did like AI integration with Vin, and would like to see AutoRaptor implement the same thing with AI tolls and tools for messaging new leads to identify buyers and window shoppers, ideally. As well as potential post sale messaging.

We have been using Auto Raptor for a couple years now and have found this CRM tool to be easy and affective in lead managment
Pros: Having the ability to call/ text/ email straight from the app that can be on any device is great for someone who is not always at their desk
Cons: sometimes leads will go into unassigned and does not show it as a new lead, I now know to check this area, it did lead to a few missed opportunities

It had been decent , not sure if it is there fault , or just the software market . Seem to always have different people.
Pros: Price and easy to use. Not a bunch of glipse and glamour but perfect for a smaller dealer. There is more robust options but at a cost , they have great value.
Cons: Reporting could be better , and more customizable. I dont understand why we cant put our road to sale on there.

Overall, I have had a good experience with AutoRaptor, I use it daily as a dealership CRM manager. It gives a good overview of all the sales reps activity and tasks to be done.
Pros: Autoraptor provides a great platform to manage all your automotive leads with synced inventory and an organized schedule.
Cons: I don't like that they don't currently have an integration with Meta Suite Lead forms. Also, their email marketing function is not provided in a good format, lacking analytical data.

Hardly ever had bugs so it ran smoothly with very minimal hiccups. Provided me with confidence that I was not letting customers fall through the cracks.
Pros: It is very user friendly, it helped keep me organized throughout my entire week. Scheduling future tasks and appointments was easy.
Cons: Texting images was difficult, and very slow if you were able to. Sending any sort of videos without a URL is nearly impossible.

very good overall. they keep it simple. nothing too fancy but they do give you access to the finer details if you are interested in that as well
Pros: very user friendly. clean setup. been using them for 7 years and compared to other CRM systems this is the most user friendly
Cons: a lot of minor updates that don't change a lot. the little updates they do slightly change colors or slightly change configuration of layout which doesn't seem needed

Easy, fast, perfect, user friendly, really helps follow up to the leads, before auto raptor we use to loose a lot of leads
Pros: Easy to use, love the AI option, and that you can send email and text on the website, my team and I love it
Cons: To be honest there is not much to not like, if you really put your team to work it will make so easy

I just started using this software 3 months ago and had never done this type of work before. This has been a very easy CRM to learn and master. :)
Pros: I love how organized it can keep all of your upsheets.
Cons: My boss wants us to upload pictures of the contacts, there currently isnt exactly an option for that. You can, however upload them as a file to the upsheet

It works well for the cost, but is not nearly as efficient as several other CRM's in the market.
Pros: I like how AutoRaptor makes searching for customers simple. It's very easy to pull up customers based on which vehicle they're interested in. The inventory features in AutoRaptor are great
Cons: The follow up isn't very easy to customize. There's no way to send out price change emails automatically or restart a follow up process. If the customer is in the system from 2 years ago and then submits another information request, the user has to manually fill in the follow up tasks. There's no way to automatically generate them once the customer has been entered into the system.

I truly consider this the best software I have ever used because of how easy it is to communicate with customers through the app and website. This software allows me to quickly set up appointments without much effort and it took me from selling 18 cars a month to 25 cars a month just from saving time not clicking between multiple different pages and tabs. It is easy to integrate with websites and has many features that you would not think you needed until you've used it. I am familiar with many different CRM and Autoraptoris still considered my favorite. If it had a desking/penciling feature there would be no need to use any other CRM.
Pros: The best feature of this CRM software is its ease of use. it is beginner friendly and you do not need to be tech-savvy as you would with other CRMS to be able to use it. It requires little training as most features are self-explanatory. You can be set up and use the CRM efficiently within 10 minutes. leads are evenly distributed. reps can even set up their day off so that leads are not received that day and other sales personnel receive their portion. There is a mass text effect so if you need to jump-start your leads when it gets slow you can do so quickly. The system will even automatically customize the text message so they are individualized.
Cons: I have not yet seen a desking feature implemented. If this feature was implemented it would be the best CRM software I've used at a dealership.

Being able to track and assign leads

Have used the Autoraptor CRM for over 8 years and previous employer tried SEVERAL times to "save money" by going with a less expensive option but they NEVER compared to Autoraptor
Pros: Ease of use for everyone. Customer support is swift and training is easy to understand. The automated texts & email options make it impossible to lose contact with your customers
Cons: Needs to have more optional vehicle request section that alerts you when a vehicle comes in

Overall it's not a bad system, It works for operating a business and customer service is exceptional
Pros: It's great for keeping touch and track of customers. It's pretty self explanatory to use and easy to navigate.
Cons: There are a few glitches sometimes with doubling of tasks/features. Sometimes if I claim a lead, it'll say that someone else already claimed it even though I clicked it and I have to go back in the system to find that customer to work it.
