Firm360

Pros: Our tax and accounting firm has been using Firm360, and we absolutely love it. The software has streamlined so many aspects of our day-to-day operations—client management, workflow tracking, document organization, and team collaboration all in one place. It’s intuitive, efficient, and truly designed with accountants in mind. What we appreciate most is how much time it saves us. Tasks that used to require multiple programs and manual check-ins are now centralized, which has boosted both our productivity and client service. The support team is also fantastic—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Firm360 has become an essential part of how we run our firm. If you’re looking for an all-in-one solution to manage your accounting or tax practice, I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Cons: Like any robust all-in-one platform, Firm360 does have a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. It takes some time for new users to get fully comfortable navigating all the features, but once you’re familiar with the system, it quickly becomes second nature and the efficiency gains are well worth it.

Pros: This software has been a game changer for our firm to help us ensure data security and gain efficiency in our firm.

Cons: I wish they had a mobile app. Our clients struggle with using a mobile device for document upload. The end user experience trying to access and upload to the portal on a mobile device is poor.

Pros: It's an all-in-one platform for managing accounting practices and their responses. We appreciate having time tracking, billing, project management, client communication, and document storage all in a single, organized platform. This consolidation helps firms streamline workflows and eliminate the chaos of using disconnected systems.

Cons: Problems with PDF document management and syncing. Features for managing documents were criticized for being customer-centric. For example, some reviewers noted that downloading multiple documents at once required first merging them into a single PDF.

Pros: Its simple to use, [sensitive content hidden] has been very responsive to messages and anytime anyone needed help, it is nice to track projects with.

Cons: I think the only thing I have disliked so far is if I am on page 7, and click an client, if I hit the back space, it will take me back to page 1.

Pros: The customer support team is exceptional—they’re always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we get the most out of the platform.

Cons: not really a con - but I wish that while searching through tasks you could drill down to the client custom fields like you can in projects.

Pros: Overall power of the software package to manage firm clients, including keeping time, invoicing, document storage, securely sending messages and documents back and forth between clients and accountants

Cons: It's not as visually organized as I'd prefer

Pros: Ease of learning and use. I am a new user to this software and have found it very easy to use.

Cons: As a new user to the software, I have not found anything. I have been amazed at the capabilities and various uses for the software.

Pros: Firm360 makes so many tasks more organized and efficient than software I've used. Project collaboration across a team is easier than ever. Document management is streamlined. The client portal eliminates the need to pass paperwork or clutter up email inboxes. Time tracking is simple.

Cons: Getting clients set up to access the client portal has had a few stumbles

Pros: Firm360 is a great way to make information accessible firm wide. Emails can be linked which allows other so see information if needed. You can create letter templates which allows you to mass send engagement letters. Can also manage workflow using projects and tasks. Many great features of this software!

Cons: There are occasionally some glitches on the website, but the support staff is very quick to respond and fix issues. It doesn't handle email sync well when there are multiple emails tied to a client.

Pros: Project templates, task management, client portal, document management.

Cons: AI tools are currently lacking. Hoping they add this in the future.

Pros: I love the ease of use and customer support.

Cons: Although there is a way to have emails automatically get linked to clients there is not a way to easily create projects from the email.

Pros: It made it so easy to look for a project and assigned tasks. It's so easy to reassign to others and receive back. It's supper easy to use and helpful to keep your files organized.

Cons: It's so easy even for a new user like me to get used to it.

Pros: It is logically designed for accountants. Much easier to use than Onvio. Support is awesome! They actually care that you get the most out of Firm360.

Cons: Not all projects show in the print driver. You have to go to the document once printed to Firm360 and assign the desired project.

Pros: The support team was great to work with. They were always available. As I use the program more, I am finding it easy to navigate.

Cons: I do not really have any at this time, I have been utilizing a different program for 20+ years, change is hard, but so far Firm360 has been great to work with.

Pros: The ability to upload a PDF straight into Firm360. This saves so much time not having to save to your computer and then upload the PDF.

Cons: The report options. Some of the reports don't let you filter down as much as we would like to have them.

Pros: Project and client management in one platform

Cons: Not being able to change the hours to reflect on the client invoice differently that what the actual amount of time was for the project that was charged. Having a better way to note projects in order of priority. Being able to tag a person whenever you can comment.

Pros: Very user-friendly! It holds everything our Firm needs to function smoothly and keep client data in one application vs. 3-4 different ones.

Cons: I know it's important, but being automatically logged out after a certain time and re-signing in and waiting for the text code gets to be obnoxious throughout the day.

Pros: The Project Management feature is great.

Cons: Unresolved Time Tracking issue which we have been dealing for months.

Pros: The customizations and ease of managing multiple projects at once.

Cons: My one complaint (very few this program is amazing) is I wish there was a way to edit project steps after a project is created.

Pros: The functionality. Everything is in 1 place and I like that option.

Cons: No problems so far for me. My boss mentioned there is no where it gives information on how to contact.

Pros: I have loved how easy it is to use Firm 360. I was worried it would take a long time to get used to but it has not!

Cons: So far there is nothing I have found that I did not like

Pros: The communication of the company and the ease of use of the program

Cons: The dashes and forward slashes in phone and Social should automatically insert

Pros: My favorite feature on Firm 360 is that you can virtually track a project. You can update the project status to show who is working on it, and what step they are on. This saves a lot of confusion and running around when a client calls to ask our Admin team what the timeline of their return, bookkeeping, etc.

Cons: There is not really anything that comes to mind when thinking about my least favorite feature. Firm 360 is constantly doing updates and informing us on "what's new." The team at Firm 360 are also open to suggestions which is great!
