Pros: I really appreciate the new update where you can write comments on the task for other teammates to read- it makes teamwork much smoother and keeps everyone on the same page.

Cons: When I want to find an older task to reuse, i have to scroll through the calendar manually to locate it. I would love to see a search bar at the top of the calendar view - it would make finding old tasks much quicker and more convenient.

Pros: What I like most about Uku is that it streamlines your workflow and reduces stress because you don't have to remember everything yourself. This allows you to focus on more important tasks and be more productive.

Cons: Sometimes it feels like I finish my work too quickly.

Pros: I liked that you can create work plan that will repeat every month.

Cons: I find difficult to copy work plan from one project to another if possible at all

Pros: Usability and lightness in userinterface is amongst one of the things I love the most about this system. It truly makes my life as CEO of an medium sized accountingcompany a whole lot easier everyday. All my employeess embrace the solution and use it on a daily basis for taskmanagement.

Cons: Its still missing some translation into Danish - and some of them are a bit funny.

Pros: The feature I appreciate the most is UKU reports, which allows me to easily collect the actual hours my team spends on tasks. This detailed reporting helps ensure transparency and accuracy when issuing invoices to clients. Also worth to mention, it is easily accessible. I usually tracking time via pc, but mobile access allows me to track time even on business trips.

Cons: I am using UKU for a year and I haven't noticed anything I wouldn't like.

Pros: I like that what ever I do for the customer, I make an notice to accountant or who ever needs to know that information.

Cons: Actually I can't point out anything special because I can't remember anything that I don't like

Pros: Perfect for planning monthly activities and share it with co-workers. Constantly developing and adding features and different options.

Cons: At fist it takes little time to get use to, but so does every other program. Lost the planned time summarizing option, but as I understood it is already in work to get it back.

Pros: many options and a lot of options to save time.

Cons: Hard to learn and use effectivley without good teaching.

Pros: How user-friendly it is, it is so easy to use, and it is actually very accurate.

Cons: That it is a lot of manual work, you need to change every task manually and sometimes you can forget about that.

Cons: There is no way to set up tasks that don't have an end date.

Pros: Perfect tool for planning workflow, distribution of tasks within the team, coverage for vacation season. For irregular tasks there is very convenient way to keep to-do list.

Cons: It is challenging to set a recurrency for some tasks, for e.g every 15 days.

Pros: I love that UKU helps me to track and plan my daily tasks without the need of keeping 1000 Excel sheets.

Cons: That I did not have it before! I can't imagine my life without it.

Cons: There isn't much for me to add here. Initially, the program seemed a bit different and perhaps not so logical to use. However, the more I use it, the more logical it becomes. Additionally, many features that required detailed training turned out to be very useful once I understood them better.

Pros: UKU has been of direct benefit to my work

Cons: From time to time you have to refresh the search to see the desired result.

Cons: I have not found any cons to Uku yet, hope to keep it that way

Pros: I love how easy it is to track my work hours with Uku. I've used other time management software/app, however it's family friendly and easy to learn design helps to get to know how it works easily. In case of a glitch, crush or system error (even shut down), Uku doesnt stop counting hours until you do so!

Cons: At first I had an issue with canceling the task (hours). It was a bit confusing but when you do it once, its understandable and you dont come across that issue again.
